I had originally had Hollar come out about a year and a half ago, life got busy and never pulled the trigger….round two Noah came out gave me new measurements and we made it happen! Great experience from the first all the way to the last fence post and install. Would recommend to anyone.

I recently had Hollar Fence replace a large run of my privacy fence, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the first quote to the final walkthrough, they truly went above and beyond what I expected from any contractor. The team was incredibly fast. They completed the whole job in record time without cutting any corners or rushing the quality. The communication was spot-on every step of the way, and they were respectful of my property, keeping everything clean and tidy during the install. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I really was impressed with the employees of this company and the great job they performed. Jimmy and Andrew were very polite, punctual, and very careful while moving my furniture out and back in while my floors were being replaced. They were quick, but careful and I really appreciated their moving technique.

BEWARE.

Watch like a hawk if you hire them. They’re team was friendly but sneaky. Do not let them speak directly to your insurance company. Always stay in the middle of it. Mark your walls and items that need replacing, to make sure they actually replace it. They told me they replaced things they never replaced, and fixed things they never fixed. If I wasn’t checking in every day, I would not have know what was going on. They were just going to pocket the insurance money provided to replace and fix items, and on top of that keep the contracting fee. Very disheartening that companies like this exist.

I read all the good reviews and thought this company would be great to hire. Had I not been involved and kept an eye on them I would’ve thought the same.I would not have known better and thought they did what they said. They tried to scam me out of insurance money and said they did thing when they didn’t and wanted payment for things that were NOT fixed.

Tyler (The owner) is very aggressive if you call him out. Don’t be intimidated by him. Insurance fraud is serious and he needs to stop cheating people. Don’t pay until things are all completed and don’t pay for things that haven’t been done. Google LF (linear foot), SQFT, etc and insurance terminology so you know what needs to be done. Have the insurance company wright you the check, and DO NOT PAY unless it’s completely fixed. Otherwise you’re the one out of pocket and have to pay to redo our fix correctly.

Also ask for receipts for everything, directly from the companies not from ESR. They tried to mark materials up thousands of dollars and charge me for it along with increasing their GC FEE. When I called the companies that materials were bought and I found out that the items did not cost what they were claiming it cost and that Tyler was pocketing extra money. Thousands of dollars. Don’t let them get away with subpar work either. Some of the work they actually did was awful and would need to be fixed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. BIG SCAMMER ! Very friendly to get you in the door but beware

Tyree and Journey were very professional and quick. They answered all my questions and explained what they would do beforehand. They always asked permission to enter or access any space beforehand to respect privacy. Tyree even came back after all the equipment had been loaded up to double check on something that was potentially miscommunicated. Definitely recommend these guys!

We had a water line break in our wall and flooded most of the down stairs. They came out quickly in a Sunday afternoon and got started. Water remediation is done and Jimmy and Andrew have been great and very hardworkin . Miranda has been great dealing with the insurance adjuster. Very responsive group. So far I am very pleased.

Tyree and Journey did a great job of removing the damage and getting our home dried out. Very quick and efficient!

Our whole home flooded due to a frozen pipe. Disaster Hero’s was out at our residence within a couple hours after I called. Tyree was amazing and really took the time to explain to us what was going on. He was out at our residence all but one day checking on everything!! We greatly appreciate it!

Drain backed up in my garage and flooded my living room, dining room and hallway! I just had hip replacement surgery so this couldn’t have come at a worse time! All my wood floors had to be ripped up and I lived for more than 5 days with what felt and sounded like 100 ginormous fans blowing constantly. All my furniture got moved to a pod in the driveway. During the course of this disaster my cat went missing (she’s an indoor only rescue kitty)…now comes the GOOD part…..Andrew, Brandon and Tyrese opened and thoroughly searched the pod and found Minnie inside the couch after Brandon heard her meow. She would not have survived another 24 hours inside the metal pod in 90+ degree heat! If I could adopt these young men I would! This company was thorough and professional. I am totally impressed with the service they provided! I’m so glad my insurance company recommended Disaster Hero!!!

ESR has been a very positive experience! They have been courteous, informative and efficient 100% of the time!

I have a Tree Service in the Tulsa area, and
when we get called to a residence for a tree on a house that has cause damage to the house, I recommend Tyler. He is very fast to respond and once he meets with the costumer he makes them feel at ease. He handles everything with the insurance company and gets things started quickly. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

We returned home from vacation to find our carpet was wet. Disaster Hero with Tyree and Joel came out the next day to mitigate the damage and begin the cleanup. I am very happy with how well they worked with us and our schedule.

I reached out to ESR about a new roof for my house. Tyler was very professional and turned around my quote quickly. They started work the next day and the roof looked fantastic. They even painted the vent pipes to match the roof! I also couldn't find one nail laying around and they cleaned up the job site cleaner then it was.

ESR restored our home! Brandon and Jimmy worked with courtesy, sympathy for our mess, and great knowledge. After pulling out an old dishwasher, black mold was all over the wall. ESR came out very quickly, covered it with plastic to contain it, and gave us a fair quote to remediate about 8 feet of wall behind the kitchen cabinets. This was Christmas week, and office manager Miranda was sick, but she prepared our quote from her home. She was so kind. Brandon and Jimmy were so smart, and they were done in only a few days in our home. The kitchen was tented with black thick plastic, so no mold spores escaped as they ripped out the affected sheet rock. No dust got in our cabinets because they carefully sealed them with blue tape. They thoroughly cleaned all surfaces, with vacuuming and anti-microbial cleaner before they left. We highly recommend them!

We found a small leak that was caused by two of our windows not being sealed when we built our house two months ago. Tyler was prompt and efficient at diagnosing the problem, and getting the restoration started. I was super impressed with all of the individuals working for ESR. They were professional, kept things as clean as possible, and very thorough. Strongly recommend this company to anyone needing restoration-they make things as painless as possible.

Very happy with the work Journey & Tyree performed at my house. I was in a panic with the water issue & they were extremely helpful to resolve the problem. They were very organized, precise & did a great job by cleaning the area. I appreciate Ross for coming in such a timely manner.

I had a supply line break in the middle of the night flooding by bathroom and bedroom. The next day we had a toilet overflow. I was referred to ERS Disaster by a local plumber. He told me that they were great. He did not exaggerate!! They sent a crew right out to my home and started cleaning up and drying out the walls and floors immediately. They worked excellently with my Insurance Adjuster getting everything approved. After dry out was complete, I had a water leak in the foundation. This time it flooded the hallway into my carpeted living room. I called Brandon in tears. I couldn't afford another deductible and didn't know what to do. Tyler sent Brandon back with the equipment at no charge! This company truly cares about you. They have been extremely professional, reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about helping me in my time of need. I called Disaster Hero due to having a leak in my bathroom and from there the work became more extensive. Tyree and Journey arrived on a Saturday night, no less. These two gentlemen have been so caring, accommodating, and helpful every step of the way. I’m so pleased with their work and professionalism. It’s a pleasure working with them. I had a shower pan leak that damaged not only the bathroom but the master bedroom and closet. The ESR DISASTER HERO literally came to my rescue! Tyler coordinated everything with awesome precision, professionalism and a generous amount of caring for my understanding of all aspects of the project. We had a water pipe leak that went under our flooring and into a few of our walls. The owner came out right away and assessed the damage and within an hour their team showed up and cut out the wet areas to avoid molding. They were very clean and disposed of all the debris and installed fans and dehumidifiers. Every day after, Tyree and Journey came to check moisture levels and were very prompt on times they said they’d come. They were very friendly and filled us in on every detail of the process. I’d recommend them to anyone in a disaster situation.
