I really was impressed with the employees of this company and the great job they performed. Jimmy and Andrew were very polite, punctual, and very careful while moving my furniture out and back in while my floors were being replaced. They were quick, but careful and I really appreciated their moving technique.

BEWARE.

Watch like a hawk if you hire them. They’re team was friendly but sneaky. Do not let them speak directly to your insurance company. Always stay in the middle of it. Mark your walls and items that need replacing, to make sure they actually replace it. They told me they replaced things they never replaced, and fixed things they never fixed. If I wasn’t checking in every day, I would not have know what was going on. They were just going to pocket the insurance money provided to replace and fix items, and on top of that keep the contracting fee. Very disheartening that companies like this exist.

I read all the good reviews and thought this company would be great to hire. Had I not been involved and kept an eye on them I would’ve thought the same.I would not have known better and thought they did what they said. They tried to scam me out of insurance money and said they did thing when they didn’t and wanted payment for things that were NOT fixed.

Tyler (The owner) is very aggressive if you call him out. Don’t be intimidated by him. Insurance fraud is serious and he needs to stop cheating people. Don’t pay until things are all completed and don’t pay for things that haven’t been done. Google LF (linear foot), SQFT, etc and insurance terminology so you know what needs to be done. Have the insurance company wright you the check, and DO NOT PAY unless it’s completely fixed. Otherwise you’re the one out of pocket and have to pay to redo our fix correctly.

Also ask for receipts for everything, directly from the companies not from ESR. They tried to mark materials up thousands of dollars and charge me for it along with increasing their GC FEE. When I called the companies that materials were bought and I found out that the items did not cost what they were claiming it cost and that Tyler was pocketing extra money. Thousands of dollars. Don’t let them get away with subpar work either. Some of the work they actually did was awful and would need to be fixed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. BIG SCAMMER ! Very friendly to get you in the door but beware

Tyree and Journey were very professional and quick. They answered all my questions and explained what they would do beforehand. They always asked permission to enter or access any space beforehand to respect privacy. Tyree even came back after all the equipment had been loaded up to double check on something that was potentially miscommunicated. Definitely recommend these guys!
