Very professional and trustworthy! I had a tiny leak make a huge mess that ruined my bathroom and my wood flooring. My insurance agent recommended ESR/Disaster Hero, and Tyler and his team took over and did everything. It was eye-opening seeing what a group of professionals can accomplish while staying in budget! We went over all my options and he listened to all my concerns and said five little words that made me so happy, "We'll take care of it". I highly recommend this company, they know what they are doing.

ESR Disaster Hero did an excellent job cleaning and removing all debris and hazardous materials from our home after a fire. Ross is professional and easy to work with, an excellent resource for help in a disaster! Would highly recommend!

I had to call ESR when the arctic storm came through and pipes were burst all over town. ESR came out in two days when it took 2 weeks to get a call from the wait list of other companies.

They were professional, walked me through the process every step, were thorough in examining the damage in my unit, and took great care of my personal items during the flood cleanup.

The billing process was great, they worked with my insurance and I didn't have to worry about anything. I would 100% recommend them if you're in need.

I had a wonderful experience with ESR! They came out in under 45 min and were extremely thorough! Miranda put my worries at ease with being knowledgeable and understanding. She dealt with everything super fast! I had a team out and all things cleaned up super fast. Super thankful for her and her help with the insurance. The original rebuild adjuster was not a favorite and it definitely felt rushed only to put me on the back burner.
I was glad to have her help with understanding how things work and what I needed to next.

ESR did a wonderful job. We had a water leak in our wall. Mold was growing in the carpet and along the baseboards. They cleaned and dried everything and removed the mold. Then they sanitized the room. Not only did they do an excellent job, they were very quick to respond. They were very courteous and caring. We are extremely happy with their service.

I received 4 estimates for my roof to be replaced. The money was in the same ballpark on all of them so I had just rely on impression. Tyler was 100% professional, and never applied pressure to do the work. He was detailed with the work that would be done and explained my options. We scheduled, materials were delivered the day before the work. Tyler and his crew showed up went to work by 8:30 and were leaving my driveway at 3:45. They left me with a beautiful roof, and my yard in better shape than they found it. I believe we made the right choice! I would definitely recommend Tyler and ESR!

While replacing a hail damaged roof doesn't rank up there with tornado or flood damage, it is still a challenging experience. ESR Disaster Hero met with my insurance adjuster and worked closely with my insurance company to guarantee the job was done professionally with top quality materials and workmanship. They met their promised deadlines and had a manager here in conjunction with a supervisor to ensure the permits were acquired; coordinated city inspections; and made sure the upgrades noted in their quote were delivered as promised. Their communication throughout the job was great and they were a pleasure to work with. He liked their approach so much my neighbor selected them to replace his roof!!

After two rooms in our home flooded we weren't sure what to do or what the next steps were, a friend of mine got me in contact with Tyler at Disaster Hero and that was literally the best decision we could have made! Tyler and his team are amazing and explained everything from start to finish and took care of everything! The longest process was working with the insurance company (but we expected that lol) They were always a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns and I felt comfortable with everyone we met. I would definitely work with them again and will definitely be referring them to family and friends!

Tyree and Journey were great and very professional. Would highly recommended those two! Had a water break and flooded half the house. Those two worked with me and my work schedule on coming in everyday and running dryness checks. They also helped answer any questions I had. ESR disaster Heroes saved me from my home. I had multiple plumbing issues that had caused a lot of damage in my home. I called Tyler who showed up same day I called him. Tyler put me at peace right way with all that was going on , he dealt with the insurance company, his crew was able to start right a way literally same day. All I had to do was pick out tile and paint and they had my house done quicker then I could imagine. I have worked with tons of builders in the past so when I say they were fast with getting the work done I know. All employees were so polite and helpful and my house had a few surprises during the remodel that Tyler and his crew were quick to fix so I would not have to stress over. I had all of my down stairs remodel top to bottom and it looks like a new home. My home looks so beautiful now!!! Thank you Tyler for making my vision come true!! Also they were on top of keeping my house clean as possible during the construction, I appreciate very much since my family and I had stayed up stairs during it. I could not recommend a better company to use than ESR Disaster Hero if you you want a job done right and quick this the company to call!!

I had a sewer line backup and flood the house over the weekend. Initially I called a big disaster recovery company in Tulsa, they came out for measurements and promised a quote for work that afternoon. Called the next day and still working on it. Insurance Agent recommended ESR, so I called them and within a few hours there was a crew there ready to start.
Tyree and Journey were professional, honest, and diligent. They were quick to get all the impacted areas removed and sanitized.
From the bottom to the top ESR was the first to make me feel like my emergency was actually an emergency and took care of my family. I hope I never NEED to contact ESR again, but I can’t recommend them enough for the service they provided.

PS. Month later and I still haven’t received a quote from the other company.

I have appreciated having ESR Disaster Hero in my corner during the process of my slab leak repair. Journey and Tyree were “exceptional” in regard to work they performed. They were dependable, knowledgeable , courteous, and thorough with their job. I have been very pleased and would highly recommend ESR Disaster Hero. Another person with ESR I would like to acknowledge is Rudolph Sperberg. He has been invaluable overseeing the project and helping deal with insurance. I would definitely call them again if/when need should arise.

VERY SHADY COMPANY. SCAM. READ BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM.

They do not even deserve the one star. I would not recommend using them for any job large or small.

I had ESR come out back in March and get me a quote the very next morning. Ross quoted me $5-8k to dry the areas that had been affected. I had them start the next day. This was my first time dealing with this, but my insurance was involved, and we were just going motions of getting things taken care of.
I only heard from Ross maybe a few times after his initial visit and only to let me know the crew was coming to monitor the moisture levels. After that, it was always their crew that would call to let me know that they were stopping by to check moisture levels. ESR ended up being in my home for 14 days. I did not think twice about it because this was my first time dealing with this kind of thing and I had no idea how long it takes to dry things out. Once the adjuster came out, Ross came to meet him at my house. Ross told him how long they had been in there and it quickly became a heated argument between the adjuster and that they should NOT have taken that long drying out my home and that if it wasn't drying within 3-5 days that they should have been cutting out drywall, etc. and it will have to go through an approval process and that claims would not likely pay for how long they were there. At this time, ESR had not even got an invoice together yet. Ross stated they had been busy, and that it had fallen through the cracks and he hadn't had time to get one together yet. I was still under the impression that it would be what I was originally quoted - $5-8k. A few days later, I was copied on an email to Statefarm with an invoice of $17k+. I was astonished but again I didn't know the ins and outs of how things work and had been told they directly deal with the insurance company for payment.
Fast forward a few months. ESR starts texting - not calling or discussing through email - texting from a number I had never even seen. They were threatening to put a lien against my home because they had still not been paid by Statefarm and asked that I get them moving so this does not happen.
ESR has continued for MONTHS to threaten to put a lien on my home. They have tried to bully and harass me into paying the invoice in full. Even through Statefarm has gone through the process of evaluating their invoice and found it to be extremely high. They had Servpro come out and do a comparative estimate and come back with a counter quote AND has issued a check for a reasonable amount, but ESR continues to disagree.
I decided to get an attorney involved to comb through everything to protect myself.I would strongly advise you to avoid using this company.

Journey and Tyree were great to work with and did a quick, yet thorough job removing water damaged carpet pads and baseboards. They were prompt every day coming back to our house to check on the progress accomplished by the carpet fans and dehumidifier. These two young men were professional and very enjoyable to work with. Their "ballpark estimate" of what the total job would cost was a bit low to the actual invoice, but Ross was able to explain in detail how the daily costs added up based on equipment day rate and daily visits from Journey and Tyree. Overall a good experience.

My filter under my kitchen sink busted and flooded my entire house (no one was home). Called the Disaster Hero team and they responded within the hour. Tyree and Journey were great to work with! Great communication and very friendly service. It took a week to dry my house out and they were there every day making sure my house dried out as fast as possible. Highly recommend!

My house was found flooded on Christmas Eve. The house had been vacant for a few days and an upstairs tub valve broke. The house had several inches of water throughout, coming out of ceiling light fixtures. I called Rudy with ESR on Christmas Eve around 9pm. He had a crew out within hours to begin water extraction and had fans and pumps up and running before the end of the night. He also dealt with my insurance company directly so I did not have to worry about payments. Absolutely great company Great, quick communication. They helped make a tragic situation better!

Great experience with this company!! Greatly enjoyed the presence of Cole and Gavin. They came in and got straight to work. Took photo documentation, cleaned up after themselves all in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

My husband and I have used ESR Disaster Hero twice for water mitigation following pipes bursting. Hands down, they are the best company you could go with. Rudy and Ross were incredibly attentive, helpful, and were there for us every step of the way. They were always available to answer any questions we had and were quick to get back to us if they couldn’t answer right away. Journey and Tyree were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were hardworking, courteous, and they took great care with our belongings while they were moving them for us. They went above and beyond by helping us put some furniture back together once we got moved back in, even though they didn’t have to. Not once did I feel uncomfortable with anyone from the company being inside our home. God forbid that we have another flood, but we know who to call if we do.
