These guys are amazing! We had to have water and sewer put in our park.. Very professional! When they ran across hiccups. They fixed them fast. I would definitely recommend!

I reached out to Peter earlier this year about a large project at my house. He was not the first contractor I spoke with but from day one, he was very open and honest. He has been in contact with me every day as we went through the project. We had a two story addition added on to our house and also replaced all the windows and vinly siding. Our house looks so much better now!

We recently had Great Dane Construction remove our porch and replace it with a 3-season room. We are beyond happy with it! Peter and his crew were fabulous to work with and the construction is impeccable. Everyone was respectful, knowledgeable, skilled, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Peter constructed an in-law addition for us. Admittedly the time frame that was quoted took longer than anticipated due to some unforeseen circumstances. However, Peter was easy to get a hold of and very responsive in keeping us informed. He and his crew did a fantastic job in constructing our parents a new home and Peter truly was committed to making sure we were happy with his work. We had Great Dane come in and remodel our bathroom and we could not be any happier! His electrical and plumber sub's were amazing gentleman to have in our home and Peters crew was phenomenal! They were very respectful in our home and the detail work they put into our bathroom was great. We recently completed an extensive renovation with Outside In Construction, and they did an absolutely amazing job! We worked closely with Chuck, Aimee and Jen, and each of them was professional, attentive to every detail, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire project.

The quality of workmanship was outstanding. I especially want to recognize Jen. She has such an incredible talent for design and was an invaluable help when it came to choosing colors, layouts, and finishes. I truly don’t think I could have done this project without her expertise. She has a real gift for what she does.

My wife and I did an extensive renovation project at our house in Tuftonboro. We selected outside In Construction and couldn’t have been more pleased with the work. We began the process with Jesse, the owner, and worked through the start up phase efficiently. Our house brought some challenges to the process and Jesse and his handled them all without issue. Once we began the construction portion of the effort, we were turned over to his team of Chuck, Ami and Jen. They were very helpful as the project got underway. They had excellent ideas and suggestions, worked with us professionally and never failed to respond to us in a timely manner. As the project ran through the winter we relied on Chuck (our project manager) and Jen (our designer) heavily. We were remote for most of the process and they provided such good communication and updates (including pictures and videos) that we never felt remote. I can’t state strongly enough how valuable these two people were to us and how great a job they did. Two of the most responsive and capable people I’ve ever worked with. Many thanks to them and all the rest of the team. The project finished in over the summer and couldn’t be happier. Everything is perfect and the couple of items that needed a little more effort were addressed immediately and without any hesitation. Certainly a five star experience for us and five stars plus for the work Chuck and Jen did for us.

We selected OIC after interviewing several GM's in the Lakes Region. We consider owner, Jesse Lindland to be customer-oriented, very competent, has excellent communication skills and most importantly is extremely responsive. He and his OIC Team worked based on our schedule from 2013 to 2018 to renovate our seasonal "camp" to a very elegant and comfortable home. I have included below only a few pictures of their extensive work showing new staircase, hardwood floors, entire kitchen, window and tile installation. We have continued to engage Jesse and his Team over the last three years for additional projects. OIC provides excellent quality, value and service to any home project and I can highly recommend them!

We added a breezeway and attached garage, starting in the spring of 2021 ending in spring of 2022. Outside In saved the day, taking the job over from the scammer who started it. OIC did everything but the foundation, having to remove what had been started. The end result is beautiful, high quality work. I would give them 5 stars, except for significant delays caused by their PM (no longer there), COVID related supply issues, and weather. I should have escalated concerns to the owner, Jesse (vs to PM) earlier, because when I did - he made things right ASAP. Great company that I wish I found sooner. I will definitely work with them again. Thank you, Jesse and Steve!

I would highly recommend Outside in Construction. They built us a beautiful home on an extremely challenging job site (small and tons of ledge to deal with). Jesse was very professional and fully engaged from the sales process right through to ensuring every item on the punch list was fully addressed. No job of this scope goes without some issues but Jesse took care of each and every item without hesitation. Steve, Heather and Amy were all a joy to work with and we couldn't be more happy with the end result!

Jesse and his team are professional and awesome. Did our first new construction project on the lake with them in 2014-15. We are now on our second new construction project with them. Would highly recommend!!

We hired Jesse Lindland to build our home on top of a former ski area in Plymouth New Hampshire in the southern tier of the white mountains.

Jesse's quote was not the least expensive. In fact, it was higher than the two other quotes received. However, it was the most detailed and we felt more accurately reflected what the actual price to build would be.

Jesse uses Internet tools and online applications that allows the customer to be fully engaged throughout the entire process.

A Project Manager was assigned to our build. Steve was excellent. He became our partner and addressed any and all issues that surfaced along the way.

This is for all potential customers that are considering a home build or major renovation for the first time: No project of this size executes flawlessly. Unexpected things arise. Our build was no different. That said, Outside In Construction addressed all the issues to our satisfaction. This is important.

Our home was built during the pandemic. Despite supply chain delays (materials), our home was ready for occupancy just two weeks after the original promised date. That was amazing. There was another home being built around the corner from us. Those unfortunate future homeowners wound up firing their contractor in the middle of the build, then needed to sue him to get some money back. You won't have any contractual issues with Outside In Construction. They are professional and take pride in their work.

We had OIC build a 1500 sf addition to our existing home on the lake of a master suite with bath, kitchen, and large family room with custom windows plus a 700 sf garage. It included a new septic, full basement, decks and whole home generator. We have the highest regard for Jesse and his team. Jesse is a straight shooter, very fair, and is very knowledgable. He designed our addition and incorporated all the details we envisioned, while making suggestions to keep us in the budget we needed. The project budget and timeline were reasonable. OIC staff aim for, and deliver, a high level of quality down to the smallest detail. The transition to the existing house is seamless and well done. And after construction was completed, warranty service was quickly addressed. We feel blessed and proud to live in our beautiful home. We highly recommend OIC with without reservation.

Scott was the sole reason I decided to use this company but his crew is a huge reason I will keep referring them to everyone I know. I am from out of town and Scott has proven to be my “boots on the ground” managing my entire renovation with confidence and ease. There have been multiple setbacks (no fault of his - cabinet damage from manufacturer and Home Depot delays) but he strived to keep the project going in spite of these issues, even helping with his own contacts to make amends even though the issues were no fault of his own company. Scott will not let you down. I full recommend working with him - I have been in the industry myself for over a decade and his prices are fair and he always shows up when he says he will. A RARITY for those in the field. Highly recommend!
