Luke and John provided outstanding land-clearing services for our project on federal property at the Bay Pines VA campus. The two young owners mobilized on time, worked efficiently, and maintained strong safety discipline in a sensitive operating environment. They cleared the designated areas quickly and with care, leaving the site clean and ready for the next phase of work. Their performance exceeded expectations, and we would confidently recommend them for future federal or commercial projects.

JNL did a great job with the demolishing of our old barn. They were prompt, courteous, and left the area clean of any debris. I will definitely use them again on any future job I have and recommend them to my friends.

We can’t say enough great things about our experience with JNL! We had a 17 trees and an asphalt tennis court that needed to be removed so that we can build our forever home in Lutz! Luke was professional and organized! He did a great job keeping in touch with us throughout the job and even stayed calm, cool, and collected when there was a hiccup with our water main from the well! We were panicking, but not him! Had us reconnected in under 3 hours! Highly recommend this company!!

We had all our windows replaced with hurricane windows four years ago, 19 in total. They did an amazing job. During hurricane Milton one did it's job. Fast forward to now. We had water damage near one of the windows. Turns out it wasn't the window but they responded to my call immediately, asked for photos and were out the next day. They are absolutely first class! Would and have recommended them without reservation!

We are extremely happy with our new windows! The whole process was extremely easy and exactly as described. They were very professional and handled everything here at my house with care and detail. Every single employee we interacted with was kind and very personable. They took care of everything (permits, and inspections). I would highly recommend this company.

We upgraded all of our 1989 single pain windows and doors in the house. The sound from outside was terrible, when storms came the wind made it sound like the house was going to blow away, and we were always having humidity regulation problems. We interviewed west coast windows as well as a couple of other companies and they were by far the best quote for the best level of windows/doors. They are also a family owned business and you could tell they took a lot of pride in their work. Just had the windows and doors installed and couldn’t be happier. The windows and doors look great and have completely changed the look and feel of our house. It’s also very quiet now, and the temperature is much better regulated. Windows came and were installed in only 5 weeks from the time we ordered them! Installers were very professional, and very clean, no dust or anything left in our house. We are extremely happy with the quality and service of West Coast Windows & Exteriors.
From the beginning to end the process was easy and pleasant. We have very custom window sizes, and Joel the sales guy, was very knowledgeable and forthright with what size hurricane windows can fit in the space and with a very weird triangle window we had, he told us hurricane window would not fit in that space but was able to come up with a great solution that we are super happy with. We really appreciated his honesty especially since he used to be an installer! Other companies had sales people that just said Yes we can do everything and when we pushed repeatedly and after they checked had to admit that they could not.
Our installers were Leo and Ali, they were so nice, friendly and professional. They covered our floors and we felt they respected us and our house while they were super capable of installing each window - the county inspector said we had the “A” team, and we agree!!
Norma who answers the phone is always super sweet, and Dan who follows up did a great job.
This is our phase 1 of replacing our windows to hurricane windows. When we’re ready for phase 2 we will definitely be calling West Coast Windows & Exteriors again!! Quality, service, honesty, reasonable pricing were all top notch!! We HIGHLY recommend them!!

We had a great experience with Ryan Dawson. He was very knowledgeable about the business and the process about replacing the windows. He also assisted us with guidance about the financing and getting quality of windows for a very reasonable price. He listened to us and took in consideration all the details that we needed for our home project. He was also very attentive and responded to all our questions and concerns about the time, stiles, installations and materials that we wanted. He also made the time to return phone calls and to clarify our concerns.
The company was very punctual with its deadlines, and the work was carried out with great professionalism. I recommend this company for its reliability, quality, and dependability. Everyone who came to perform the work was very courteous and professional. Excellent quality of work.

The project manager, Pete and his team project designer and foreman were very attentive and extremely enthusiastic with their intent to work up and recapture every details that Pete wrote up, from the details of the Insurance field adjustor's inspection, they spent ample time walking us through everything that we were entitled to have, in order, to recapture what was needed to be restored from our flood loss claim, We felt things were really looking up and we felt very good about the mitigating process and felt our first experience with ATI Restoration was reassuring that the recovery of our house was in good hands. However, their work start was derailed as a result of our property falling under a compliance rule as a result of a National Flood Policy rule preventing us from getting the work permit. I can't give ATI a full review However, based on our experience with Pete and project development team, I suspect the full experience would have been the same. We were looking forward for them to do the work!

I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for high quality home restoration! My wife and I had an our shower reconstructed after dealing with a catastrophic leak requiring our shower to be rebuilt, and ATI came in and fixed it beautifully! Shout out to project manager Mark for being very communicative and keeping us up to date throughout the process!

Matt Benson of ATI lived up to their motto in that he was responsible for my being able to recover from a hurricane disaster. He became the project manager a bit late in the process but was responsive, professional and knowledgeable; a pleasure to work with! Thanks Matt for all your help.
