Sadly this is the review I have to give. I gave this company from November 2025 to come and fix the job they did. In October they stained and sealed my pavers. In November the stain started coming off certain sections. I have tried on numerous occasions to get them to come remedy it. They either would never answer me or say they were coming and never show up. It has been six months of me trying and the repair was never done.

Quick, seamless, and a GREAT job. We needed pavers put down to form a pathway and small deck area. They worked with me to pick out colors and patterns, giving recommendations of what they thought would look best. They started on a Friday and I let them know I’d be having people over that Saturday, they ensured me it would be finished in a day and they delivered on that promise! The work was fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with the job. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family. I will definitely be using them again.

If anyone is in need of having their pavers cleaned. Highly recommend, Shine and Shield!! Great price, excellent quality.

If only someone hadn’t of spit gum out on our pavers… thankfully a lot of it came up. Carlos, the owner, is so thoughtful and truly cares about his clients. Carlos will swing back out in a couple of weeks to see if there is anything else we can try at no additional cost.

For our next outdoor projects, we will definitely be using Shine and Shield! Later this year we hope to have our backyard paradise (pavers under the pergola) dreams come true! 🥰😎

P.S. I don’t have before pictures, because the driveway and porch pavers were a mess! Remember to always throw your gum away in a trash can! 😅

My wife and I hired Carlos and his team and they nailed it. They listened to everything my wife wanted and made it happen. We can not be happier with the outcome. This is an amazing team that listens to your vision and makes it happen.

Excellent Job! I called many paver services in the Tampa Area, but Carlos at Shine and Shield Paver was the only person to answer the phone. He asked very pointed questions, stopped by, evaluated the job and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. Carlos and his crew finished the job in 2 days and did an amazing job as can be seen by the pictures attached. They properly prepped the pavers, cleaned them with a pressure washer, added sand to fill in all cracks and applied several coats of sealer. Just a great job! I am very happy and I highly reccomend Carlos at Shine and Shield Pavers Sealing.! You should call them today!

I contracted Shine & Shield to seal a new paver install. They were reasonably priced and completed the project quickly. They also did a great job on cleaning up. I would use them again.

Carlos and his team did a great job installing walkway areas on the side of my house. His team was punctual and respectful. Feels good to work with a company that means what they say and say what they mean. Highly recommend

Carlos responded immediately to my request for a quote. After I selected Shine and Shield, they arrived on time and finished as promised. The crew was professional and detail oriented. I am very impressed with the work and price.

I had a very average impression of this company. I chose them based on their reviews, but I found that I had to closely supervise the job to ensure it was done correctly. Initially, I requested excavation, root removal, the addition of new base material, and the re-installation of pavers in my driveway.

The first worker who came simply removed the pavers, added a little concrete, and left it at that. When I saw the outcome, I noticed that the pavers were uneven and some were hanging over the edge. I called the sales representative, who assured me that everything was "good." However, I refused to pay for the work as it was unacceptable. After I insisted, they returned and completed the job properly.

I have more to say, but I will leave it here. Next time, guys, please be more professional considering the amount of money you charge.

Shine and Shield Paver Sealing did a great job. I was a little hesitant because my husband's car had spilled oil, and there was no guarantee that it was going to come out.

I liked the fact Carlos was very honest about that.

I think his guys were very thorough with the power washing.

The results were better than expected. You can hardly see most of the oil stains We were very happy.

I would totally recommend them and will use them again.

I contacted the company through their website and received a callback the next day (Saturday) to discuss what service was needed. A section of paver walkway had caved in. Carlos advised he had a technician that was in the area and could come by same day. The technician arrived within the hour, assessed the damage and advised what would be needed to repair. He also said that he would be able to do the repair then. Carlos provided the estimate which was reasonable and acceptable.
I’m pleased with the results and that the work was done well and timely. They are prompt, professional, and efficient in resolving the problem. I definitely recommend contacting them for assistance.

This has been the easiest and most seamless project I have ever ever contracted from my home. The entire team had professional and prompt communication, the estimate was fair and extremely reasonable. The team came within 24 hours of me signing the contract and completely confirmed my pool Pavers into a showplace. It's very easy to write YAY for a 5 star review that doesn't say much. I would like to provide some details so anyone looking for services knows what to expect.

We needed pavers in an area since the sun wouldn't reach the grass and the dogs created a mud path. I must have made 10 calls to paver companies. Half showed to the appointment and then I never received any quotes. I mean this is Florida so I'm not surprised.

I found this company by accident since I needed the pool deck sealed. I worked with Cole to fix the mud problem I was having. He actually came to the appointment and sent the quote when he said he would. I was stunned.

We decided to move forward with them and stop looking since Cole was just so responsive and forward focused on the customer. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Carol as well. He is just as customer service focused.

These guys have been in constant communication. They want to make sure everything is right and check along the way. They even have reached out to just make sure that I like what I'm seeing so far.

Originally I was told there could be a longer lead time for the stone we wanted. They sourced the stone within a week. It looks amazing. Please see the before and after.

They use true craftsmen. The stones are cut and laid perfectly. You can see a true attention to detail and pride in their work. I am very impressed all around.

We just had our pool area redone by Shine and Shield. The work comprised leveling out the travertine, cleaning, stripping the old sealant, sanding and resealing with a more efficient sealant that works better with travertine. Carlos' crew came to the house over three days and they did a wonderful job! His crew were super professional and detailed oriented. Their work output was stellar. It looks as if we have a brand new pool area thanks to Shine and Shield. Carlos was super easy to work with, as were each of the crews that came on the different days to complete the various stages of the work. Carlos was approachable and easy to communicate with - via text or phone. Above all else Carlos and his crew members were super courteous. They certainly know what they are doing and looped me in at every stage.
