Update: A tree fell on my house during Hurricane Milton at around 2am and went through my attic into my garage. By 9am the next morning, I was texting with the owner of JD Contractors. He immediately connected me with a crane company to have the tree removed and within 24 hours of the tree removal he was in my driveway with a tarp he had purchased at Home Depot to cover the roof so no more damage happened while we waited for insurance. When insurance took months to come through, he continued to check in and make sure I was all set and even came out to reconnect the tarp that had come loose. When the insurance was settled he had his crew out within a week putting on a new roof, fixing the rafters, installing soffits, and fixing the frame. I can't recommend this company high enough to anyone needing their roof done. They not only do phenomenal work, they actually CARE about their customers.

I called out six different roofers for the Seminole and Largo area. Two didn’t even respond. One scheduled to come and never showed or called. The three others gave me quotes. I have a 2600 sq ft house with a 2 car garage and a detached shed. One of the quotes was fairly reasonable for the roof but wanted an additional $2500 for the shed (it’s 10x12). The other roofer told me I had to pay two separate permit fees since I had two separate units (house and shed) and then quoted me a ridiculous amount which varied by which shingle color I chose. Brandon, with JD Contractors, came out and pulled a schematic report of the roof which he then shared with me so I could use it to compare other quotes. He included the cost of the shed in the total amount without a separate permit.
His fees came in almost $3,000 less than the other companies and it didn't matter what shingle color I chose. But what I found most impressive was that Brandon never took advantage of my lack of knowledge on roofing, permits, etc. He made sure to educate me so I knew what I was dealing with before making a decision. 100% recommend this company.

This is my second time using JD Contractors. First time was back in 2015 at my old house. They came in and gave me a very competitive quote and a ton of education about roofing, especially flat roofs. They completed the job within 2 days and gave me an incredible warranty on the work. Fast forward 6 years later and they just completed the roof on my new house. They arrived when they said they would, completed the job on time, and did an incredible job cleaning up. For good measure I called in one other company for a quote and they couldn’t beat JD Contractors. I would recommend them over and over and will continue to use them 20 years from now when I'm ready for a new roof!

The roof was replaced in September 2022. There was discussion about repairs, waiting on permits and roof tile, which was slow because of Covid. Every piece of scrap roofing, wood, my nails were completely removed. Extremely friendly, did everything that we had discussed before we signed any papers. I think they are excellent roofers! I would recommend them with five stars plus. Very satisfied, very good job!

I contacted JD contractors for a roof estimate and Kevin came to the house to perform the service (I also had here other companies doing the same thing). Kevin was on time, courteous and provided a timely estimate. We ended up using JD Contractors for our roof and they were done in a day and we LOVE the color of the tile! I have already recommended them to three other people!

JD contractors did my mom roof, the pricing was fair and the service was fantastic. Her roof if perfect and they even had to take off solar panels which corrugated with another company. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the roof is perfect

JD Contractors installed our complete roof after hurricane Milton. Our chimney was knocked off our roof and roof was damaged. Brandon and his company were great. Brandon assessed, helped us temporarily until we were ready and did a seamless installation. From start to finish they were courteous, prompt and cleaned up the site immaculately. Kevin and his crew were wonderful from start to finish and we could not be happier! He was so responsive thru email and phone calls. The whole time you know what's going on and when. The new roof looks great and has an excellent warranty. Their pricing was about 25% less than a brand name competitor too. I HIGHLY recommend them.
