Blown away with the services I have 10 acres in Clayton nc and decided to clear 5 and build a pond for my animals not only did these guys give me a quick free estimate they started as schedule and finished early I was really nervous about doing this project however they made me feel comfortable and walked me threw every step and on top of that the neighbors love it ...awesome work you guys thank you

Needed 30 acres cleared. Gave them a call. Not only did they do an exceptional job. But they finished on schedule and beat a previous estimate i had with a another company. I highly recommend.

When planning on building my first home ever I was very nervous! All the money that I was going to be investing and going into debt for was a little overwhelming. I asked around to many builders to get references on a couple of different clearing and grading companies. Numerous times I was referred to Williams land clearing. The lot I build on needed a good bit of work. The day the foreman showed up he instantly calmed some of my nerves. He let me know the quick time frame that I could expect the land to be complete that way I could line up my other contractors. The job was done in a very timely fashion, actually quicker than I thought it would be done. Not only did I complement this companies work but so did the company I had dig the footing for the house. They told me they deal with a lot of headaches behind some grading companies but they also have never had anything but satisfaction from the company I did much research to find! I would recommend anyone who needs anything in this field to give them a shout!

We had a 5 acre wooded lot that we wanted to turn into pasture and Williams Land Clearing more than delivered. They kept us in the loop the entire time, the team was professional, and even through the record breaking rainfall, they kept making progress. The owner is awesome and thoughtful and kept crews on the site until it was perfect. Over 300 trees were removed, stumps and all. Thank you!

We used CRS for a temporary storage of our furniture during renovation. Despite special request, the dining table was returned damaged. They have also not been very responsive to my follow up inquiries. Highly disappointed.

Content Recovery Specialists of Cary did an incredible job with our moving needs. We had a fairly traumatic event at our house and Vivek and his team did an incredible job moving everything out and then moving everything in. They made sure everything was handled with special care and they were so thoroughly organized in everything they did. I would highly recommend this company and if I could give them 10 stars I would.

Vivek is a true professional who cares about you as a human being, and his team is amazing! Highly recommend if you are in a situation where you need content recovery. 10 stars if I could!

I highly recommend CRS. They cleaned some of the contents of our house after a mold disaster. They did an excellent job carefully packing the affected contents, then cleaning them and storing them until we could take them back. Kuan and Dezzie did a fantastic job delivering them back to us and were courteous and professional. .

They are the best in the business, I cannot recommend them any more! The owner, Vivek cares deeply about you and your contents. The team took great care in packing, restoring, and returning our contents to our house as if nothing happened!

Alexandra, Dezzie R., and Kianj were excellent! They arrived when scheduled and wrapped all the furniture with care. They returned the items exactly when scheduled and unwrapped and placed the furniture with care. They were an excellent team and we were very pleased with their work. Great job!

I was very impressed the way they worked together as a team. They worked very hard but were very nice to each other and most of them smiled often. The team leads were very efficient and made sure everyone followed protocol. If i had questions, they were on top of things and could follow up with answers quite quickly. The majority of my things came back from storage as they left. The only issue i had was with my electronics and the cords. However, they were more than helpful to come back to make sure this was resolved and i was happy. If i ever had another flood in my home (god forbid 😊), i would request them in a snap.
P.S. At the time, i was too upset to think about taking photos so no photos. Just as a side note, Farm Bureau ins. was also excellent. From my standpoint, everyone worked well together.

I've used Fred for several projects including sod installation, a new driveway, and my foundation when I did my addition. Always very professional, and did a great job with cleanup.

We would definitely NOT recommend Fred Construction Company. They were hired by our builder to do our concrete driveway and landscaping. They did a very poor job with everything!! The driveway cracked after a month or so in many places. When we reached out to Fred as to what could be done, we never heard a word back. We recently had someone out to look at our driveway and they said one of the reasons it cracked was due to not being prepped properly with gravel underneath and now we have water intrusion. This is a MAJOR issue!
They were also hired to put down sod & seed on our 1+ acre lot. We saw them throw the seed down with no concern to where it was going and they did the same with the straw. We had areas very heavily seeded or heavy with straw and others with nothing. They did not level out where the sod was being laid and we have holes all over our yard that we now have to fill in. They also did not do anything about drainage as we now have standing water on the one side of our home anytime it rains. Another issue we are going to have to deal with ourselves to correct. We had never seen Fred at our home during any of the work being done or afterwards. They have blocked me from their FB page due to my
review there. Again, no response from them. VERY unprofessional and very sad they don't stand behind their work and won't return emails, texts or phone calls.
UPDATE: We had a concrete company out to look at the cracking and they said it cracked due to the cement being watered down. Nothing can be done to correct this unless the areas are torn out and re-poured.
IN RESPONSE FROM Fred Construction Co.: We understand we did not hire you directly, however indirectly you did the work for us since it was our home that was being built. When there are issues with subcontractors after closing, you reach out to them, not typically the builder. We had roofing and AC issues, we called those subs directly and they came and took care of the issues. So as far as the driveway cracking, yes you should be responsible for it. We DID NOT have our moving truck come on the driveway or any other heavy vehicles within 30 days. They pulled into the lot next door and came around to the back. With our own vehicles we were EXTRA cautious and gave the concrete more than enough time to cure before we even drove those on it.
We were on site when much if not all of the work your company did, so we saw first hand what was being done.
We HATE that you still have not been paid!! That is totally unacceptable. We understand you are not alone. Several other subs were very late in being paid or not paid also.
Whether or not you have been paid, we feel that our driveway should not have cracks this early and that you should have at least responded to our email. We have had to spend thousands of dollars correcting things that were not done correctly or at all and as we get the funds will have to do even more work. In regards to the sod, yes we understand that was the builder's call, however, why would nobody question putting Bermuda sod down and fescue seed?
