In this day and age of finding the right contractors to work ,well it can be very challenging. Finding Fred Construction Company was a great find. Going forward I  HIGHLY  HIGHLY  recommend this company to do all my future concrete work . The team were very professional in dealing with me and the job they had to do. Quality was very important them!

We recently worked with Fred Construction company on two different projects for our home. On both occasions they were amazing—they did great quality work, were extremely communicative and are all around good people. Jose and his crew were such a joy to have onsite everyday. We would recommend them to anyone needed hardscaping, grading and foundation work.

Cleared years of bushes, briars and small trees along the woods surrounding our farm in Franklin county.

Worked tirelessly throughout the day, budgeting his time to finish about 2/3-mile of wood line in one day..

The owner and operator Rick is super attentive to details and applies his machine exactly where you want it. This is the third straight year that I have used him on my deer management area. His machine is a dedicated mulcher and is much more powerful and effective than a skid steer with a forestry head attachment. As a result he is able to cover twice as many acres in a day comparatively. I had many shooting lanes and food plots put in by him recently. They were all very straight and were tilled so well that I was immediately able to sow wheat right behind his work without having to further till the soil myself. If you have graduated to land management for deer and are in need of “sculpting” tree stand sights with food plots and shooting lanes then he is the man you need. You get what you pay for with this company.

We got Real Deal Forestry Mulching to redo our hunting lanes. We previously used another company but wasn't satisfied with how it turned out. So we contacted Real Deal and Richard came out and worked his magic on our lanes. We are very happy now with the outcome. Our lanes are wider and much smoother now. We give them a 5 star review!!

Great guy, really good work. He did a lot more than I expected, and then he did a little more after the time ran out to make it better. Very honest hard working guy!!

This past year we used Dream Remodeling for a major renovation on our home.
This included two kitchens, laundry room, bathrooms, office, built-ins, and lots of cabinets, cabinets and trim on a two story fireplace and more. It including coffered ceilings and heavy trim work throughout the house includinga two story foyer.

Now for a variety of reasons, them being rather busy along with rapidly changing costs of inventory and reduced access to materials and supplies because of Covid, and working around scheduled for other contractors as well, it all took much longer than I had hoped. To be fair, this was a major renovation with nearly 5,000 gutted and walls and ceilings removed. But with some patience in the end it turned out beautiful.

There were a few times I wasn't crazy about a small detail here or there with the trim or other items. They were committed to getting the job done to my satisfacrion and went back and fixed it.
