Emerg+NC was amazing handling our very large rebuild. It was a massive undertaking. Josh(Our PM) was really awesome. He always communicated to us on all aspects of the build. We had a bad feeling about another vendor and went with Emerg+NC and I can’t explain how happy they made us feel about using them. They were very professional, superior quality work, excellent communication, on budget, on time! The whole organization works like a well oiled machine. We were NEVER worried about was was going to be done. I will never use any other company. They always showed up with a smile and were really nice people..just like family. Their estimate was bang on and no surprises. They made us feel like our home was back to normal again. Yes. That’s possible! Josh is the man and his crew rocks. We always felt cared for and important. We have never been through something like this and I don’t know what we would have done without them. You would be a fool to use any other company. They knew how to do everything. Deal with the insurance company, all the stages, what to expect and when to expect it. Seriously, no surprises. When challenges arose due to market changes they were always explained and managed perfectly. Their professionalism was top shelf. Our biggest concern was cost, communication and quality. They excelled in all areas. So here it is folks. I absolutely recommend Emerge+NC for a superior professional restoration if you have a large claim and they are the best!

So the wind and rain that came through last Sunday took off a section of ridge vent from our roof. No stress there, right? I called Emerg+NC, because it was. I had a wonderful experience with Emerg+NC. Although the circumstances were of course stressful, Tim and his team did a wonderful job remediating our water damage. From the first point of contact with their team, each step of the way was completed with expedience, competence and professionalism. For anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate position of having to deal with water damage or leaks in their home, I cannot recommend Emerg+NC enough.

My program manager (Tim) was very good. He explained everything to us, he and his team arrived right on time and got to work. The setup the drying equipment and removed any excess areas wet insulation. They came back multiple times to ensure that all affected areas were completely dry. We were very pleased with the whole process; I would highly recommend Emerg+NC.

I definitely had an emergency when my toilet upstairs flooded and damaged everything, but when I called Emerg+NC they came out the next day equipped to dry and remove damage. They worked very patiently with the insurance company for the mitigation, and they are still working with them for repairs. It seems my insurance company doesn’t want to repair my property with the same quality material that was used in my home. However I do believe Emerg+NC will get it handled. There’s a great group of people that work with this company so you will be in great hands working with them.

The crew left a mess and didn't even perform the mold remediation, then when informed of the situation offered a 5% discount. Will not recommend this business to others.

Emerg NC helped to efficiently dry my home. I contacted them when the pipe burst and water flooded my house. They responded to my initial call very promptly, They were on time, communicated everything they were going to do and why they were doing it. They left the job site clean and tidy and took good care of my home and personal property that needed to be moved/ covered. Fred worked with my insurance company, also keeping me in the loop.

Emerg+NC responded quickly to our water leak emergency earlier this summer, started mitigation right away and was great in helping us navigate our homeowner's insurance. Dan kept us in the loop during the entire process, checked in often, and was always a text away when we had a question. Washing machine on 2nd floor malfunctioned and leaked down into the kitchen and then crawlspace. This all occurred 2 hours before we hosted a 2 year old birthday party (luckily mostly outside). Fred from EMERG+NC was at our house in just under an hour from our phone call, then had fans and dehumidifiers, and a plan all set up w/n another 30-45 minutes. Outstanding responsiveness, very understanding, easy to communicate with. Would use them again! (Hopefully we don't have to. :/)

Emerg+NC took care of my home water emergency and restoration from start to finish. We discovered a leak around 10:00pm on a Thursday night. Our fridge water filter had been slowly dripping and water had dripped through our hardwood floor, pooled under our house, and soaked up our baseboards. They were out in under 30 minutes to start the containment and repair process. They made the entire experience as pain free as possible, previewing every step, dealing with the insurance, and making sure quality workmanship restored our home to "as-good-as-before" (maybe even a little better) shape. They definitely walked us through the complicated insurance process and made that much, much more simple. Very happy with the final result. No one wants a property emergency. If you ever have one, I would call Emerg+NC.

Had water damage in my house. Fred and his team (Jaleel, Logan) came in first thing in the morning. They helped with the demo work. The whole crew was super communicative. They did a great job.

Sometimes, you get a great reminder that you are working with actual people, not a cold machine of a business. The folks at Emerg+NC are incredible. They helped me every step of the way in both mitigation (dealing with the water leak) and reconstruction (rebuilding everything that got damaged), and I felt like they were taking care of one of their own.
