I highly recommend Restoration Experts of NC! They were timely, professional, and knowledgeable. My husband and I hired them for restoration services in our newly purchased home, specifically from previous water damage. Dale and Frank did a phenomenally detailed job and provided great customer service. I would definitely hire them again.

Troy and Austin were extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable during our mitigation. They were thorough with what to expect and the next steps during the process. During the mitigation process, they were respectful of our home and property. We would highly recommend them!

We had a sewage back up and our whole bottom level had to have floors and walls removed. Great help with Tim, and his team who worked on our house. Through removal and rebuild. Highly reccomend.

My husband and I hired Restoration Experts when one of our bathrooms had water damage due to a leaking toilet. Everyone from Restoration Experts was knowledgeable about how to handle our problem and clean it up. They took the time to explain what happened, how it could be fixed, and how they coordinate with our home insurance company to make the clean up/fix up process easier for us, the home owners. Restoration Experts technicians arrived on time every day, and were so helpful about getting us through this icky situation. We so appreciate their work. Kudos!

Absolutely Amazing Service from Dale Pope at Restoration Experts. We were doing some renovations and had walls removed. The insulation appeared to have mold. We called them and they literally were able to come out within an hour of calling to do an evaluation. Dale was friendly, on-time and most importantly honest. We did not end up having mold and was a huge relief as this was the kids bedroom. Based on this one experience, we will have them as a go-to for any issues in the future. Restoration Experts was great! On Sunday Morning our kitchen ceiling was showing signs of water damage. I responded to their googled listing and was called back Sunday night. Early Monday they arrived to assess the damage and immediately started to remedy and fix it. They had to dry out the bathroom above the kitchen and the space between the bathroom floor and kitchen ceiling. Then they had to replace the ceiling drywall, kill the water stains, and repaint the ceiling and all connecting ceilings. In the process they willing repositioned a light fixture. They finished one day and at the end of that day I could still see water stains, so I contacted them. Early the next morning they arrived and corrected it. During the time they worked on our house, the approximately 10 different men were always punctual, personable, helpful, careful of our belongings and considerate. I rarely rate things at the highest, but they deserved far more than the highest! Tyler Wallace was absolutely the best.

We are so pleased with the work Restoration Experts of NC did on our home. After a wild hailstorm came through we weren't sure what to do. Daniel and his crew (Dale, Frank and others) went above and beyond to repair and improve our home. They were considerate and super kind to my wife and two boys throughout our project. They did an amazing job working around the rainy weather and the end result is better than we could have asked for! Highly recommended for service and quality of work!

We recently experienced a water break while out of town. When we got home we had found that the water had saturated a large portion of our home. The damage to the sub-flooring was extensive. I contacted Restoration Experts and received an immediate response. Dale came to our home on the weekend to do a primary inspection and get the ball rolling for us. Dale and the rest of the crews began the grueling process of removing the damaged materials so that the drying process could begin. It took several days to complete the demo and drying. The work crews were excellent, working fast and efficiently with attention to details. Jacob was fantastic, he was able to assist us working through our insurance coverage and answering all of our many questions. I would Highly Recommend RESTORATION EXPERTS OF NC. These guys are Awesome.

We had water damage in the kitchen cabinet, kitchen floor and crawl space. Restoration Experts responded quickly and sent professionals to our house. They works closely with the insurance company, which makes things much easier for homeowners. We're very satisfied with Shane (Operations VP), the project manager Andrew and their crews' work. Highly recommended for the quick response and high quality work.

We asked Dale and his team to stop by for a quote on some possible mold in the ceiling. Dale's team arrived promptly for the initial assessment and took their time to thoroughly inspect each potentially moldy area.

Dale concluded that there was no mold present and we were just seeing water spots. Dale advised us that it was not necessary to have any mold remediation work done and the ceiling simply needed an anti-microbial layer of paint.

We are truly appreciative of Dale and his team's expertise. They saved us quite a bit of money by not recommending any unnecessary services.

Dale at Restoration Experts came to my house to check on several areas that I suspected mold and moisture. He was prompt and thorough. After his inspection he gave me ideas on how to divert water away from an area of my crawl space and on how to get rid of some pests in my kitchen. I highly recommend them. Shane worked effectively with my insurance company, providing thorough, well documented estimates for the full breadth of services required to completely restore water damaged areas in my home. The Project Manager, Andrew, clearly communicated and expertly negotiated schedules throughout the process to ensure that my expectations were not only met, but exceeded.

Work crews performed thorough, meticulous work on time and within budget to mitigate water/mold damage, replace my entire roof, and paint walls and ceilings in several downstairs rooms as well as half the garage. Managers, supervisors and work crew members were efficient, professional, polite and responsive to requests, such as moving large furniture items, etc. On site supervisors identified materials inconsistent with bid specifications and arranged for replacement with upgraded shingles prior to beginning work.

My new roof is gorgeous; the indoor and garage paint jobs make the rooms look almost brand new. My neighbors have requested referral information so they can contact Restoration Experts to do their roofs. I will definitely use this company again for future work in my own home.

This is extremely honest company. I needed help with a mold issue in a bathroom that didn't have correct ventilation. They came out the same day to give me a quote and I was not charged for an estimate. When there was a portion of the job that the company didn't specialize in Dale recommend a general contractor so I wouldn't be upcharged. I found this honesty very refreshing and unlike some more profit-based businesses. Thank you Dale!

The guys did a great job helping me with a potential mold issue in my guest bathroom. The provided fast response, showed up on time and and helped me figure out how to do it myself. Highly recommend.

I was fed up with the mold in our bathroom that kept coming back. We tried a few different things to get rid of the mold, but nothing seemed to work. I called and set up an inspection, bracing myself for a pushy salesperson that would pressure us into services we didn’t actually need. Instead, we met Dale, who was very friendly and knowledgeable and transparent about what our options were. He gave great advice that helped us stay on budget. I’m definitely keeping his business card in case his services are needed in the future!

We experienced water damage. The Water Mitigation Manager (Dale) was absolutely superb! He communicated clearly the scope of work to be done, was very prompt and professional. Unfortunately, we had three different repair project managers with no updates, calls or any communication. I do not recommend this company.

I liked how I got a response the same day I called the company which was a Saturday. I had water standing under my house which was definitely an emergency.
A young gentleman came out and brought a big machine to start the repairs. He was very friendly and courteous.
He assured me someone would be out on Monday.
Fred came out early Monday morning as promised. He worked hard to get my home restored.
I want to give a special thanks to Fred and Josh they were there for me, and showed me that they cared about my situation.
