I highly recommend Mark Allen Contracting. I have used them before but recently had them redo a deck on a home I was selling and I had a great experience.

The project manager is absolutely awesome. He was there for all my questions and answered them with knowledge and professionalism. I live out of state, so the project manager was there to take care of everything I needed. He was available for questions or problems and concerns with me all through the process.

Life savers! My parents had a bathroom leak and I found this company on google. They were great, on time, and very clean. Brian, the project coordinator, was extremely knowledgeable and great. Definitely recommend!!

Unprofessional. Set up a zoom meeting for 10am, they never got on the meeting. So I called, Justin Upchuch answered and asked me to send him pictures and said he would call back Thursday to set up a appointment. He never did. Don’t waste your time with them because they will sure waste yours!

Update: In their response they said “we didn’t fit their company” this is just a excuse for slacking on their end. BEWARE!!!! If they slack on the front end they will slack on the back end!!!! And blah blah blah about the small business card you are trying to pull. Be professional no matter how many employees you have.

I would highly recommend Mark Allan Contracting. I engaged them for a home renovation project, that involved drywall, kitchen upgrade, removing popcorn ceiling and complete painting interior for a large home. They delivered first class service with attention to every detail and made sure that project moved smoothly and quickly.

hired mark allen after a horrible water leak. I was in a hurry to get it fixed asap as I had family coming in town the following week and my house couldn’t be a disaster. the project manager Brian could not have been more helpful. he consistently communicated with me and kept me informed every step of the way. all of the workers were timely and professional. I can not thank these hard workers enough! they were excellent!

Working alongside Mark Allan Contracting's Tree Removal Division has been a remarkably smooth experience. Derrick's leadership ensures a well-coordinated and navigable process, enabling our team to consistently deliver desired outcomes to clients.

I had a half finished bathroom that needed tiling, plumbing ,electrical and painting work. Derek managed this project efficiently and the work was done well. It was a great experience for us ! Also after the completion of the job I had a water issue unrelated to their work and Derek quickly came by and helped to solve that problem as well. Hurray!

Completely ghosted us and kept us waiting for 2 weeks for no reason after agreeing to take over our project

I was remodeling my office and they really recommend you in all aspects to make the best decisions. Derek was always attentive and in contact until the project was finished, I would definitely work with them again.

The team with Mark Allan Contracting did an awesome job with my backsplash install in our kitchen! Our Project Manager, Justin Upchurch was very detailed when he came out for the quote and followed up to do an amazing job! They were easy to work with, reasonably priced, and their work was quality. I would highly recommend them for your next kitchen project or bathroom remodel!

Derk has been great staying in contact and helping us thru the process of getting trees off our house and fence due to Hurricane Helene.
He’s answered questions and been straightforward with what to expect.
He’s helped us deal with our insurance which has made this so much easier.

We really enjoyed the service we got from Mark Allan Contracting. We had an unexpected leak from a busted pipe leading to our toilets. It caused a good amount of damage in our guest bathroom as well as our garage. The crew came in and got a lot of work done after another demolition crew pretty much destroyed our bathroom way more than needed. My guess is they were looking for more pay (referred to us by insurance). So when we contacted Mark Allan, they came out immediately with a solid crew. Worked long hours and did not leave until we were satisfied. Our insurance company was hard to work with for all of us, but Mark Allan’s crew was patient and very understanding. They were on time, respectful and extremely hard working. I would recommend to all my family and friends!
