Ryan was very friendly, helpful and very professional. He is very knowledgeable about the product and made me feel very comfortable regarding the whole process and options the company provides. I selected the Hardie siding in Mountain Sage with white trim. Thank you Ryan

Ron, our salesman was great as was the entire team when it came to communication. Communication before, during and after the job was completed was extraordinary. They kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we were happy after the project was completed. The quality of the work was excellent and the price fair. The only downside was that the installation construction crew were all Spanish speaking and only the crew leader spoke a very tiny amount of Spanish. I had to use Google translator several times to get my point across. That’s said they did a great job and cleaned up immaculately. Our garage roof looks great and I would highly recommend them.

Rich was honest and did a phenomenal job on the presentation and finance. Looking forward to getting my ice dams addressed as well.

Great crew came in and changed out 9 windows in 4 hours. Very considerate of cleaning up the area you wouldn't even know that they had been here. Matt was on sight and made sure all went well

Honestly, some of the people have been great. But wasn't a fan of the project Manager Matt. He was kind of arrogant. We had to reach out on multiple occasions and to get things corrected. Something a project manager should be able to see himself without customers having to point it out. On another note we have been trying to get this gap fixed for weeks and have tried contracting the project manager and have not got a response. We reached out to I believe the salesman Gerome and he has not been able to get any response from the project manager. It is getting a bit frustrating as our siding has been done for a few months now. If the communication and consistency were there I would've rated better. I want to note that Gerome has been amazing, but he can only get so far.

After many delays for weather, the crew arrived on a sunny but windy day. The four man crew worked very fast to strip the old roof and get the new one one. What was initially expected to be a 2 or 3 day job was done in one day. The roof looks good and so far no leaks (haven't had any real rain since, just a bit of snow). The large pieces of the old roofing were picked up and the pallets were gone. I picked up several dozen nails from my driveway and after seeing the number of nails on the lawn I ended up purchasing a magnetic sweeper and picked up several hundred nails, some staple sticks and a beer bottle cap. I also cleaned up several cigarette buts from the lawn and driveway.
I recently noticed nails coming through my porch ceiling. The wrong nails were used. -
We hired Capital Construction for a complete residing of our historic farm house. The scope included the removal of the old cedar siding, necessary sheathing repairs, building wrap and the installation of James Hardie Fiber Cement Planks and new trim work.
From the initial consultation with Capital Construction, the communication was clear and transparent. They provided a detailed, fixed-price quote with no hidden fees and clearly explained the materials, timeline, and warranty.
The installation crew was incredibly meticulous. The quality of the finished product is flawless—the seams are clean, the caulking is neat, and the details around the windows and doors are precise. What impressed me the most was their attention to what you can't see: they took the time to properly install the weather barrier and trim, ensuring a long-lasting, watertight envelope for our home.
We couldn't be happier with the results. Capital Construction has completely transformed the look and value of our home. We highly recommend them for any siding project, especially if you are looking for high-quality work and a professional, trustworthy team. -
So finished siding came out looking good that’s why they get two stars and not one . My two star rating is due to the project manager Matt. If you get him ask for a new one. He literally did nothing to help the job progress. He was barely ever on site and has no control over the crews the runs. Crew would not show up on days that he said they would and when he said they would not be here on Christmas Eve we got woken up early with the crew being here. During final walkthrough he told the crew to stay for it and they left. He had to call them back. We also had two tires with nails it it and did give money back but only for the tires didn’t pay for alignment that was needed when installing new tires on a truck. Upper management even told me they would clean up before they started as there was a snow storm coming in and nope didn’t clean up. I understand delays due to weather but this project got delayed due to crew being a no show on some days and needing to get more siding. They also damaged the driveway with the dumpster and areas cracked around where they placed the siding on the driveway. Matt dismissed it when I pointed out the driveway and walkway in front of the house sunk down as well.
I have done all the wrong clean up so far. Probably got over 300 nails myself. Even found nails up in the road which is how we had three nails in the tires. Was told by Matt the crew would be here on Friday or Saturday March 28 or 29 2026 and they did not show up to clean up the yard as I was promised or to put in the new down spouts for the gutters.
Run far away from this company and if you use them get a good project manager as Matt sucks. I don’t even know what he does besides drive around to sites and stands around doing nothing at the site. They also wanted I’ve 100,000 for a new deck. Absurd pricing. Only did siding due to prices. -
I hired this general contractor for a home renovation project, and the results exceeded my expectations. They were highly organized, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and completed the work on time. The team paid close attention to detail and ensured that everything was done to a high standard. I also appreciated their transparency when it came to budgeting and materials—there were no hidden surprises. The final outcome looks fantastic, and I’ve already received compliments from friends and family. I would confidently recommend this contractor for any construction or renovation needs.

Last Fall, Crossroads finished our basement, over 1800 sq feet, which was the culmination of a year’s worth of preparation, design and construction. Overall, they did an amazing job through every phase of this project, and we are very pleased and excited about our new finished basement space! Their attention to detail and willingness to share their ideas with us during the design and construction phases really made an enormous impact. The on site carpenters, Wayne and Kim routinely walked us through not only the work that they were doing, but also what other plumbing, electrical or HVAC work was also planned on any given day.. In addition, we really liked their mobile app as it allowed frequent and easy communications when we had any questions. The app also gave us terrific transparency into the working schedule, so that we knew who would be at our house and what they would be doing at any time. We highly recommend Crossroads for their quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and ease of communications throughout a project.

We hired Crossroad Contracting to remodel our home in the summer of 2024, and the experience was nothing short of perfection. From our very first meeting with Josh, we knew we were in good hands. He listened closely to our needs, offered insightful advice, and set clear expectations so that there were never any surprises. His guidance even helped us finalize our blueprint.
Shortly afterward, we were introduced to Darren and Bob—both of whom made themselves immediately accessible. Darren kept us updated with a detailed weekly email, while Bob expertly managed the day-to-day operations on site. They were respectful of our home, our family, and our busy schedule, ensuring that every detail was handled with care.
The crew’s talent was evident in the remarkable “facelift” our home received. Even when last-minute changes were necessary, their flexibility and responsiveness shone through. Their exceptional follow-up made us feel like a top priority, taking the stress of coordinating multiple trades—painters, hardwood installers, and window technicians—completely off our shoulders. We know we are missing many names but we thank you all!
A few months after the project had finished, we encountered a minor plumbing issue. Their follow-up and guarantee were as impeccable as their work; they prioritized the matter and fixed the issue immediately.
We highly recommend Crossroad Contracting and look forward to working with them on our next project!

Picking Crossroads Contracting to do our large renovation was the best decision we ever made. They were extremely professional, and an immense pleasure to work with. Their whole team is outstanding. The craftsmanship cannot be beat. Keri Davidson's home designs truly continue to bring us so much joy. We want to thank them for caring for our home like it was their own. We will be using them for another renovation in the near future!

I can’t say enough great things about working with Keri. She truly goes above and beyond—not only for her own clients, but also for mine. She did a wonderful job helping my client who relocated to New Hampshire renovate his townhome, designing a fantastic open-concept kitchen that perfectly fits his needs, lifestyle, and personal taste. The final result is absolutely stunning.
Her attention to detail, creativity, and ability to truly listen make the entire process seamless. From layout and functionality to finishes and design choices, she brings everything together in a way that feels both beautiful and intentional. I confidently recommend her to anyone looking for a designer who is talented, thoughtful, and a true professional. Five stars without hesitation! -
My wife and I hired Crossroads to complete a near full renovation of our home and couldn't be happier with the end result. Everyone at Crossroads - from the design and scope of work teams at the start of the project, to the carpenters and project managers throughout the project, were exceptional. A special shout out to Josh, Keri, Darren, Sam, Kim, Keith, Craig, Jeff, and everyone else who worked extremely hard to make our dreams a reality.
While there are too many pictures to post for a Google review, if you want an idea of how good they are, check out our master bathroom (which was just one part of their scope of work). The picture with purple walls was our old bathroom, the other two show what it looks like now! -
Our recent basement and elevator project with Crossroads Contracting stands out as our most exceptional builder experience to date. While we initially found the cost of construction daunting and my wife was concerned about the duration of the entire process, we have come to appreciate both the procedure and the value that Crossroads Contracting provided.
Living in a home undergoing construction or renovation is seldom without discomfort, but every individual from Crossroads and its subcontractors demonstrated courtesy, professionalism, and respect for our property and privacy. Crossroads made every effort to mitigate the dust and inconvenience.
Josh and Tim devised an elegant and practical design solution based on our input, meeting our requirements effectively. Tim's visualizations were instrumental in communicating the proposal clearly, which greatly facilitated our commitment to the project.
Shaun and Sam ensured continuous progress at each stage of the work, minimizing downtime between various subcontractors, even amidst five holidays throughout the project's span. They consistently kept us informed about every phase and the status of the subcontractors' involvement.
Wayne and Kim executed all rough and finish carpentry with precision and quality in mind. Their suggestions and decisions frequently enhanced the final product's quality and appearance.
The electrical, drywall, and painting subcontractors exhibited professionalism and delivered high-quality work.
Witnessing the extensive effort and expertise dedicated to "our little basement project," and the superior results achieved, we are thoroughly pleased with the value that Crossroads Contracting delivered.
Six months later, we are still thrilled with the work that Crossroads Contracting did for us. We would not hesitate to engage them for any future projects or to recommend their services to family and friends. -
We used Crossroads contracting to remodel 2 bedrooms over our 3 car garage into a master suite. One bedroom was converted to the master bathroom with a double vanity, shower, soaking tub, water closet and walk-in closet. The other bedroom had a complete refresh with new floors, lighting and fixtures, paint, and a bonus closet that made out of formerly dead space.
The whole team was great to work with, start to finish! Crystal really listened to help our vision of the project come true. It was really fun, and especially helpful, working with Keri to pick out all the finishes to ensure nothing clashed. We worked with a lot of people, too many to name, but they were all professional and helpful! Communication was easy with their app.
We are very pleased with the project: it came out perfect. We have been in our new bedroom for about 2 years now. There have been a couple minor concerns of which Crossroads addressed quickly.
All-in-all, 10/10 recommend them! You will not be disappointed with their work! -
