I have had the pleasure of working with Groen on a couple projects. They are wonderful people and very responsive to any concerns. As a tenant in one of their locations, I know that I can reach out to the team with any questions or concerns and they get right back to you. Beth in the main office is fabulous to work with and does a phenomenal job at communicating different work that is going on in the building.

Dana and team did a great job installing a new septic at my house. On time within budget and extremely friendly to deal with. Would highly recommend and I will use Decosta again in the future

Dana did a nice job of overseeing a renovation of 2 bathrooms & a kitchen at our getaway home in Campton. He also replaced a number of doors, improved the baseboard heating, reinstalled better lighting, and cleared/ regraded our back yard to give us more lawn. He started on schedule and was able to complete the project in a reasonable amount of time, given the additional work he was asked to do. Thank you for all you did, Dana!

I contacted Decosta Construction to build two care ports, one on each side of the existing garage. The crew and work was exceptional and they completed the project in minimal time with outstanding quality.
I also decided to have them remove some trees and construct a parking area for my camper on the property, again the work was promptly completed and looks great. I have to say I am very satisfied with the entire project and the professional approach from Dana Decosta and his crew. I would recommend them to anyone contemplating a construction project.

Dana has been a pleasure to work with! He is very responsive and does a great job at explaining every step in the process. He treats my property and new build like it is his own with great care and precision. Every time I go see my property (I live 2 hours away), he always makes it a point to stop by and explain the work he has done. I highly recommend Dana and his team for your next project!

Dana Decosta of Decosta Construction and his crew of workers just finished building a stunning, cozy and Energy Star home for my wife and I. This is my third home that I have built and have worked in the building industry for years. Dana Decosta was like no other builder I have encountered. His attention to detail are unsurpassed. Dana and his crew took pride in their work and the craftsmanship reflects in very room, top to bottom, every nook and cranny. Dana amazed me with all of his knowledge about all aspects of the building process. He was exceptional at coming up with budget solutions consistently. Dana Decosta built our dream house in Woodstock NH. A very challenging site...the basement was quarried out of solid granite! He managed all aspects of the work with the highest quality. He personally handled site work, construction, HVAC, septic, well, radiant heat, and EnergyStar certification. We are highly appreciative and give him our highest recommendation.

We had an excellent experience with this general contractor. The team was skilled, reliable, and attentive to every detail. They kept us updated throughout the project and completed everything on time. The craftsmanship is impressive, and the finished work looks amazing. I would definitely hire them again for future projects.

The sewer line from the street to the house needed immediate repair. Jack responded immediately. The price was reasonable and the work was done in an expedited manner. Excellent work!

Excellent contractor. Responded quickly to our problem of a sink hole. Mr. Crisp came over the same day he was called and inspected the hole. He said he could take care of it. If a few days his crew arrived and filled the hole.

I needed someone to come to my house and dig and cut a hole for my egress window and dig a walkway for my new home business. I made a lot of calls and no one responded as quickly as Jack. His price was responsible and he arrived when he said he would. His employees were great as well. The work went as planned and he is a great man to work with. I would definitely recommend his company.

Wow, where to start! We've had a couple of experiences recently and they have both been positive. Quotes for work were fair. We started a project on our own, and got in over our heads; they were receptive to 'rescue' parts of our project and work with us to achieve our vision. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves (in addition to being exceptionally respectful of our home, carpeting, and animals while here), and offered helpful suggestions for us to consider both when we initially discussed our needs and as the work progressed. They gracefully accommodated changes in original plans as the remodel unfolded and we discovered new options we wanted to include, but they didn't try to upsell their services, which I appreciate. Can't say enough good about Matt and Bob...

Hadn't seen the review below prior to engaging their services...can only say that absolutely wasn't our experience, and folks who know me find me a little exacting, precise, and very conscious of detail, for what it's worth.

Over the past couple of months, I've had Erickson do a myriad of different projects on the house I just purchased and everything has come out to my expectations and then some. The projects ranged from installing new hard wood flooring to removing part of a fireplace and replacing it with drywall and a very nice mantle. They even fixed my gutter which fell off during a windstorm since I had no idea how to do it.

They are clean, friendly, and do quite good work. I highly recommend them for doing any kind of renovation work or even basic handy-man type things. I will also be using them again for some upcoming projects come the spring/summer.

I am very impressed with the service and quality of work by Erickson Construction. It is a family owned business and you can see the pride they take in doing the job right. I definitely recommend their work, and I found their proposal to be competitive and fair.They were able to make suggestions that made my project turn out even better, but there was no pressure to do upgrades, it was more like being presented with options. They cleaned up after themselves every night, and I think I only found one stray empty coffee cup the whole time. Everybody that comes to my home raves about how nicely the work turned out.

We had a 3 season porch added on top of our deck. The workers Travis and Justin did an awesome job. They worked through the coldest week of the year. There were wind chills below 0 but they worked from 8 to around 5:30. They had the kind of work ethic that is seldom found today. Erickson supplied an outhouse so the workers wouldn't have to walk though the house. Which was especially great in this pandemic. I would recommend this company highly for the wonderful job they completed.

Erickson Construction is a top notch outfit with quality employees. Matt was very competent and extremely helpful with helping us plan out a sunroom and deck addition to my parents home. He also created a new door opening to the deck where a window had been, added three new doors and a side door porch with railings to the house for safety reasons for my elderly parents, and made several suggestions on how to improve our project to keep costs under control.

I found their work to be above the quality I expected, and I am very demanding in what I want quality wise. The workmen, especially Eric, were very personable and easy to discuss ideas with as the work progressed. Their ability to produce top quality work is second to none, and they were willing to share the reasons and processes necessary to do the work with me was exceptional. They will tell you I am very curious about how things were done, but they explained things to me whenever I asked with a cheerful, helpful attitude.

It was a pleasure to have them complete our project, and I am having them do additional projects at my parents house. I also plan to use their services at my house when we begin our renovations and additions in the near future.

We constantly receive positive comments from people in town about the quality and the great job that was done. Even from the town building inspector, who was greatly impressed with the quality of the work. Hire these guys without reservation!

We recently had a sunroom put on our house by Erickson. My experience was totally positive. This company seems to have a motto of under-promise and over-deliver which is exactly what they did. The project was started (and completed) a week sooner than promised. Bob, the project manager, had everything lined up so there would be no glitches along the way. The crew of Eric, Ryan, and Drew were professional and detail oriented. Everything about the result exceeded my expectations. The room is well-built, functional, and looks absolutely amazing. I am constantly getting compliments about it. I highly recommend Erickson for your home project. You won't be disappointed.

I am writing this review only to help those who are in doubt and questioning themself if they should let Erickson company build their dream sunroom. Don't think it twice-that will be the smartest thing you will do as you will not find better partner to finish your project. From begining with Matt from sales who understood what i want and build project idea around it to Bob who took over and made adjustments that made sense, worked around my budget and left no detail overseen. Finally their staff, Eric and Travis that are most detailed, disciplined, organized and clean builders you will find that will respect your property and make no shortcuts, work with you and share ideas how to make things better. this team of people brought my dream to life, hey, even their HR manager stopped by to say hi :)
