When another contractor noticed that the mold was not remediated properly after Georgia Waterproofing was paid to do it, they refused to admit that they missed the boat on this one and argued me down about it. Black mold should be gone after remediation; period! There’s not enough space in these comments to list the reasons Jose defended his company. He refunded me a small fraction which he claimed he didn’t feel he owed. Never again!! I would recommend that if you hire this company, that you get someone else to check their work immediately!!

I was impressed from the time Jose visited my home, understood what needed to be done and prepared a complete estimate. This was a tricky and labor intense job. Few people wanted to take it on and I was very worried if we would ever find a way to get the work done the way it should be. The cost was fair and successfully completed, as scheduled. After putting off having my basement waterproofed for quite sometime, it became a necessitiy. I started to research companies that would and could do a good job at a resonable price. I checked with a large well known company that gave me an ourageous price. A friend recommeded Georgia Waterproofing; I contacted them, looked at their offer and decided to go with them, one of the best decisions I have ever made. After signing the contract, I watched in amazement as Jose and the crew did the job, their commitment to excellence was evident as they worked. They did exactly what the contract called for and at a resonable price and without any suprises. In fact they exceeded my expectations; So without reservation, I would highly recommend Georgia Waterproofing for anything thay do.

I had water presence in my crawlspace which ultimately resulted in foundational issues. GA waterproofing was 1 of the 4 companies I called. After comparing prices and recommendations I decided to go with GA Waterproofing as Jose was the most detailed and pointed out several issues no other company mentioned. His bid was the bid that made more sense to my problem. I had waterproofing and encapsulation done in my crawlspace as well as leveling out my floors. My house is now leveled, thanks to GA Waterproofing.

Our basement flooded and we had five different companies give us a quote for the repair cost. Georgia waterproofing was not the cheapest but it was not the most expensive either. They came in and waterproofed my basement in two days and did an amazing job. They were very professional, very courteous and Jose’s crew went above and beyond to do the repairs needed. We are grateful to the team for doing the foundation repairs at our house. Melvin and the team came in the next day we made the appointment and got to work quickly. They inspected the foundation thoroughly and then started repairing it. They used good quality concrete filler sealants and sealed in all the spots carefully. We haven’t encountered any leaks since they did the repairs. We highly recommend them!

Excellent service that took 1 full day to repair my backyard drainage problem. All the guys worked hard, were polite, and did an amazing job, such that I can't even tell they were there. Dug trenches from the backyard to the front street to install new french drains and downsloping piping, and when finished, I could not tell any digging had been done. Showed me how the water now drains easily with the slope. Filled in a large hole in our front yard from the prior build with the leftover dirt. Price was fair and otherwise, I am very satisfied with the service provided with no complaints. They were careful not to hit underlying sprinkler system and other buried items, which has not been the case with other services I have experienced in the past where my sewer line, sprinkler system, and even gas lines were disrupted. Would recommend to anyone with yard drainage issues.

Jimmy and his team waterproofed our basement walls and did a great job. We were worried because the constant seepage of water during rainfalls lead to the formation of cracks in the walls. Luckily, a friend of ours helped us get in touch with Jimmy who did an awesome job of doing a thorough inspection and providing a reasonable rate. He began working on the repairs with his team the next day and wrapped up the job within 2 days. It has been over a month since they waterproofed it and we’re impressed we haven’t faced any issues since then! We absolutely recommend them!

Jose was very accommodating and came out to the property multiple times to make sure he got everything I requested done. He was very professional and easy to talk to. When the crew arrived they were very professional and respectful! They worked quick and did and amazing job! The day after there was a slight mess up to the concrete due to the weather messing up part of the concrete and they came back to patch it same day no questions asked! This is what I think about when I think service!
Also, want to give a shout out to Grecia! She was very professional and patient I had a lot of question and she answered them no matter what time I asked them or how complicated they may have been. She answered very quickly she needs a raise because she kept ensuring everything was going to be good as I was Scammed by the previous company before they took over the project! Hands down will use them again for any further needs!
