The roof in our townhome was leaking due to heavy rain and wind. Martin was quick to perform an inspection and provide a competitive quote for repair. The work was done well and completed in a timely manner. I recommend Home Best Roofing.

We had such a great experience with this Company! Mario was so responsive and gave the best price I’ve found anywhere. He was willing to work with us even though we weren’t going through an insurance company (not all roofing companies are willing to do that!). His crew had the new roof on in one day and did a fantastic job! I am blown away by the service we have received!

OMG Mario and his crew did a great job on my new roof today 😁 the price was very affordable for me. I was able to get a quote from Mario and three days later decided to go with his company out of three other companies. His crew came ready to work and that's just what they did. I am very happy that I picked this company to do my roof. They cleaned up after the work was done and left my yard looking great . This has to be most inept business I’ve personally ever come across! Short version- I saw Mario’s Roofing ad on facebook. I inquired and received an estimate from them. I never actually spoke with Mario, and can only assume it was him I was conversing with via text messages. After receiving said estimate, I was told I would be receiving a call from Rosie. Never received that call! I messaged him again to inquiring about being put on the calendar. Once again I was told Rosie would be contacting via phone call. Never happened! I messaged again asking who it is I am actually conversing with. That’s the last communication I had, because he/she/they stopped communicating at that point.

I left negative feedback on Facebook. Only to have the majority of it deleted by them! I had other customers, even potential customers who had similar (even worse) experiences with this company! I did have a person reach out to me with a positive experience. One can never truly know if that person is an actual customer or a friend, friend of a friend, family member etc etc. From my personal experience, this is an extremely shady company! I have all texts, screen shots etc of conversations, reviews I (and others) left on Facebook. Mario, you won’t be able to remove this one! Unless you have Google friends, friend of friends, family members, so on and so on.

I contacted Mario's Roofing a few weeks back to get a quote. I had gotten over 10 quotes for my property and he was by far the best priced. Once I was ready for the new roof to be put on, he was ready to come the next day. His crew was very timely, starting early at 6am and were done the same day. I would definitely recommend Mario's Roofing to my family and friends. Excellent roofing work! And he guarantees his work. The crew also did wonderful cleanup job of any debris. I will be definitely be using him for other work.

Mario’s crew installed a new roof, gutters, and downspouts on my house. Both the roof and the gutters/downspouts look amazing! His workers were super nice, and they cleaned up when they were done. Mario was very communicative and easy to deal with and he answered and all my questions and texts. I would definitely use them again!

After my contractor I have used for years could not make time to replace my roof, I started looking for another roofer and found Mario. First of all I couldn't believe the great price. By far one of the best prices I had received. He came to my house on a Friday and the job was started promptly the next morning as scheduled. His team was focused and efficient. They cleaned up every last piece of debris, even as they were leaving and getting into the truck one of the workers picked up one last thing. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Yesterday my roof was replaced. Marios team is wonderful. All so professional, came, did their wondeful job, cleanead everything after and left. We are very happy about their service. Negotiations before were smooth, quick. Scheduling fast and comfortable. Price affordable. Really recommend.

I highly recommend Mario's Roofing. Due to Hurricane Helene storm damage, I needed the shingles on my 3245 square foot roof replaced. With all of the local contractors in Augusta, GA. backlogged for 2 months, I decided get a quote from Mario's. After requesting the estimate and sending my address via Facebook Messenger, the next morning I received a very detailed price quote with two options: Option 1) Architectural shingles with a 10-year warranty or Option 2) Three Tab shingles with a 10-year warranty. I chose option 1 and selected Tamko shingles. The price quote was very reasonable and the customer service from Office Manager Rose was excellent in every regard throughout the entire process. The roofing crew was very professional, highly skilled..and the quality of their workmanship was top notch! I'm very glad that I chose Mario's Roofing! I give the company 5 Stars for excellent service!

Excellent contractor, price is always fair, had several roofs and exterior painting work on my house. Work approached with care and concern, and details well managed. Company is busy, so ideal to book in advance. Hope to be able to continue working with Mario’s Roofing in the future, as I am not the easiest customer to please. They do a great job!
