A huge thank you to Home Best Roofing for their outstanding service! When Hurricane Helene hit Georgia, we had a serious leak in our house. After being turned down by our insurance and facing some poor repairs, Martin came to our rescue. He was knowledgeable, patient, and transparent about everything. On the phone or via text message he made sure I understood everything. This is my mom's house but I was making the purchase and I'm always at work so I didn't get a chance to meet him, but my mom liked his personality.

After the nightmare of Hurricane Helene, I am so happy Shane of Davenport Tree Service recommended Johnny with Home Best Roofing. He responded immediately to me offer to come up same day even though it was after 5 pm. He came early the next day. Let me know with the inspection how bad the damage was. Helped me navigate my insurance, got me a quote the same day the insurance company got back to me. They put a brand new roof on 2 days later. More wood needed to be replaced once they could see the full damage under the shingles and they are working with my insurance company to cover that so not extra out of pocket expense. Johnny truly went above and beyond.

I am a lot of hail damage to my roof from the Storm we had in March '23. OneSec roof company tried to get it replaced and fixed but I am with Allstate and it didn't get approve. That roof company never followed back up and left my paperwork in a publix! Enter in Home Best Roofing! They explained everything every step of the way and was able to provide Allstate everything they need to process my claim. They got me a new roof that I needed and did a superb job! Highly recommend.
