Quality of Work: 5/5
- SLE did their work efficiently and the final product was of good quality.

Communication: 4/5
- It was easy to get in touch with them and the quoting process was simple. It difficult for them to set a date and communicate when they were coming. Fortunately I was working from home when they showed up the first time. I also made it clear up front that the primary reason I wanted the survey done was to identify the boundary points. They had to come out a second time to identify two points that they didn't mark the first time. They also showed up without letting me know they were coming. It was a bit frustrating, but maybe this was an atypical experience based on other reviews.

Value: 3/5
- As someone who works in construction, it's a bit hard to justify the cost of a boundary survey. I think it would have been different if I needed this done for something other than adding a new fence. If I could go back, I would have considered buying a measuring wheel/metal detector and doing this myself.

Summary:
- SLE is a fine company and they do good work. $1,200 is just a bit steep if you want to get your boundary points identified.

I'm doing a rather involved remodel - Started off getting the site survey and the tree survey ...then needed a site plan, which includes all kinds of details for land disturbance plan, stormwater plan, Tree Removal, Fence permit, retaining wall permit... Not to mention the impervious calculations and so on and so forth.

Steve is very easy to work with, very efficient, and he really (really) knows what he's doing. Knows all the complex stuff that city wants, knows how to document it all.

Not a lot of nonsense going on here, and no issues when submitted to Sandy Springs.

Would absolutely recommend these guys, and going forward, will never work with another Survey / Site Planning Company.

I was uncertain about where my property lines were so contacted Survey Land Express. Paul was great at helping me decide what I needed and flexible with scheduling. His team came out and did a fantastic job! I was thoroughly impressed by the time they took making sure each detail was accurate, which took them several hours. Once it was completed, Paul explained everything to me (I had several questions). As it turns out, I was right to call them as one of my property lines did not match up with what I expected and the landscaping I was planning would have been in my neighbor's yard.

This is the best business to get your home renovation services. Professional crew and helpful staff! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Hired this company to remove medium size tree in my front lawn and grind the stump. The price was very reasonable and they did a wonderful job! Office was always quick on responding to me. Highly recommend.
