Working with Verde was a one of the most hassle-free experiences I have ever had with a contractor. They are the most efficiently managed company I have ever used. From the comprehensive inspection report to the clear and timely communication, everything from this company was top-notch! We received a thorough explanation of our roof's problems as well as drone photos and progress photos at every stage of the process. And what the estimate said was what we were charged- no hidden fees or extra costs. A few days prior to our install, we received a comprehensive list of steps to take to prepare for our installation- I have NEVER received that from a contractor. The roofers arrived early, were efficient and knew what they were doing (we were replacing an incorrectly installed roof), and picked up every scrap at cleanup, even using a magnet to be sure they got up all the nails from our yard. A day after work was completed, we received the warranty and a full report to forward on to our homeowner's insurance company as well. The COO of the company made THREE in-person visits to ensure everything was running smoothly and went above and beyond, delivering snacks and earphones to our household as a thank-you for putting up with the noise. That kind of attention to detail is unheard-of and is what sets this company apart from the rest. I would use them again in a heartbeat. If I could give them six stars, I would! Working with the Verde’s team was fantastic! They made the excruciating task of dealing with insurance so much easier. Yes, it took a good 2 months to finally get AllState to pay for a full new roof. They fought hard and accomplished what we hoped for. Triny helped immensely and gave us constant info on progress

Verde’s Contractors has been a pleasure to work with. I flip houses for a living and one of my projects needed a new roof after receiving a less than favorable inspection from the buyers. Verdes Contractors stepped in and was able to get the job done quickly with top quality work for a great price! Needless to say, they saved this deal for me! Now I have them working on a couple roofs for rental properties. They are super easy to work with and provide a great service guiding you every step of the way so there is no guess work involved. Communication was great through the entire process and they were also able to get two of my rental properties roofs approved by insurance! I highly recommend using them for your out of pocket and insurance claim roof replacements!

We had our home roof redone and Verde's did a great job. The product they recommended is high quality and the color looks excellent. They worked with us on cost and coordinated smoothly with our insurance company. The cleanup was stellar and some minor damage was addressed very quickly. Overall, we're very happy with the experience and the final result.

If I could rate higher than five stars, I would! He came to work on my crawlspace and ended up finding way more mold than he had initially thought there was going to be. He was so kind and didn’t charge anything extra for the additional work he had to do!! I would absolutely recommend this company for any of your mold issues

Mark was an absolute lifesaver. After dealing with several contractors who couldn’t resolve our issue, Mark showed up and completely turned things around. He was on time, professional, and genuinely kind from the moment he arrived.

What really stood out was how far he went beyond what he was originally hired to do. We had been without running water for four days, and while he was only scheduled to handle the remediation, he took it upon himself to fix the actual leak as well after previous plumbers left us hanging.

He didn’t stall or wait around for approvals—he saw the problem and fixed it because he genuinely cared. That level of dedication is rare. Thanks to Mark, we were finally able to get back to normal—showering, doing laundry, and living comfortably again.

I needed some advise as to what direction I needed to go after I found some mold in my ac and electrical outlet plate. I contacted Clymore and spoke to Mark. He was extremely helpful and advised me to send pictures. After looking them over he gave me a few additional test to determine if mold had spread. I did those and thankfully no mold in Sheetrock. My issue is my ac. He gave me comfort knowing it would not affect my medical condition.
