Scheduled a appointment and they never arrived, called the office and they reached out to the representative Omar, and he wanted to come on a Sunday! Nope! We're done!!

I had a new fence install they were very professional and knowledgeable to our needs and it was done on a timely manner actually it was perfect I was able to schedule that job on my days off

Did not give proper estimate with measurements. Not associated with BBB or AFA. Very poor workmanship and does not honor warranty. Two of my neighbors and myself have had horrible experiences with this company. Save yourself the headache and choose another company.

I don't recommend this company at all! Our warranty wasn't honored and the owner acts like she doesn't know you once the job is done. She's very arrogant. We spent $2,600 on a fence 4 years ago and now the pickets are warped and they use cheap nails. Go elsewhere!

Read previous reviews. Not good. Decided to use company because I live and work in the community. Ordered a 6 ft dog kennel. Installed 5ft kennel. Have tried for 6 months to resolve issue. Even offered to pay more. Lots of promising. No resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

On 4/24/2016 the company was to stabilize the railing of a deck that was very loose for a seller in order to sell the home. The deck was a hazard. On 6/23/16 the railing was reinspected by the buyer. The railing was loose and the workers placed some 2x2 at bottom of railing. The railing is still loose. On 6/24/16, I called the company in order to get clarification of repair done a rude black lady answered and stated she was the owner and informed me to get another company. A company of this integrity shows the company owner is all about scamming people and placing lives in jeopardy when safety is a concern.

I am so happy with my new fence and the security it provides. I work in my garden in the back yard a lot and now I feel safer because I can lock the gate (had a stranger walk in my backyard acting lost). I got a great looking fence at a good price.

I love this company! I just had my second job done by this exuberant owner, and her awesome staff. They do really great work and always leave me with a smile…both for their service and the affordable prices.

Found this company on the Internet. I saw that it was very close to where I needed the work to be done. I called the number listed and no one answered. Minutes later I received a call back, the person on the other end stated he received a call from this number and said who is this. I think that was very unprofessional. The caller should have identified himself and the company’s name. When I told him he didn’t identify himself so I would know who I was speaking to because I didn’t recognize the number, he hung up in my face. So, judging by my first encounter with this company I won’t be doing business or referring anyone to them. VERY SAD...

I had a great experience with cascade fence, Ms Anderson gave me a good quote compared to other companies. then did great work on my fence. Also put in a very nice tree shrubs rocks around by front yard. thes other comments at BS. she was great hands down

This company is very responsive when there is a sale involved. They are courteous, and prompt for installation of your fence. However, the quick work comes at a cost of poor craftsmanship. When you call to get repairs for things that should have come standard, they quote you an insane amount of money. Rude lady who has poor customer service and business acumen. It is a shame that such a promising company treats consumers so poorly. I would NOT recommend this company for anything, especially fences, but suit yourself.

Cascade Fence does excellent work. Van is a pleasure to work with and Cascade is efficient, knowledgeable and I highly recommend Cascade when you’re considering a company to build or restore your fence.

I and my family have had 5 great experiences with Cascade Fence. Work was done quickly, a few trees needed to be cleared and were done at a very reasonable price. I’ve referred them twice now with no complaints

The price was good, also the owner of the company is a female. She is honest , fair and follow up to make sure I was satisfied after completion. Upfront pricing I feel I got a great deal. I will definitely use Cascade fencing again.
