Working with Treehouse Experts, Nicolas and the WHOLE team from office to carpenters was the smoothest process I've ever been a part of and I work in construction!
Everything was straight forward. They were responsive and super attentive. With such an amazing group of people came an amazing treehouse. You can tell they really do care. It's not just a job, it's a craft and super proud of their product. It truly shows. I guess I've been working with too many commercial framers because my standard was to the floor, but I was truly impressed. Everyone who saw it and even in photos, are equally wow'd (and a bit jealous ;)).

From conceptual design to installation, the entire process was as advertised. Both the children and the adults in our family are thrilled with the final whimsical tree house. Our initial questions related to the contract were answered immediately, payment options were flexible and both the back office and onsite construction team were highly effective communicators, professional and friendly. Our desires were translated into exactly what we were hoping for. Additionally, the workmanship is on point, materials of excellent quality, custom work for the door and changes made at the time of installation as needed.

They built a treehouse office for me -- working together carefully on the design for several months, and then constructing a finished product that far exceeded my expectations. We have had out treehouse going on 7 years now and it’s still in excellent condition. They really customized the structure to our back yard and came up with some creative solutions. They also continue to work with me to perform safety inspections and ongoing maintenance. It’s well worth the investment!

They designed a tree house that met and exceeded my kids requests! After they designed it, we lost some trees and they were easily able to accommodate and redesign and reconfigure without additional charges. During the build they were professional and diligent. They patiently answered my sons’ questions about construction and tools each day as the boys watch the build. Such kind and lovely and talented people. Exceptional service!

The team at Treehouse Experts was a pleasure to work with to make our family treehouse dreams come true! They were ultra professional from the start: clear and prompt communications and transparent about pricing, scheduling, their process, picking out finishes, etc. The team of carpenters that built the house were gifted professionals that left no detail unfinished. Our family has been enjoying the new treehouse for a week now, and we could not be happier with the final product. Our idea was to create a double-decker platform with the upper platform hidden in the canopy of our live oak, and they nailed it! After our initial contact, the treehouse experts came out for a site visit and provided a very detailed set of drawings of what the structure would look like. The options for finishes and accessories are very well detailed in the brochure, but they were open to additional ideas/modifications. Once the crew arrived for the build, we were amazed with the creativity and artistry of the builders as they fit the structure into the tree and uneven terrain surrounding it. We were concerned initially with impact on the tree, but to our delight very little of the foliage and no large branches were harmed. The crew was extremely polite and professional. They even entertained our kids constant questions. Finally and importantly, there were no surprises on the final bill. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build in a tree.
