I just recently moved to Morrow ... they were very helpful getting my services set up

Worst Public Works office in the entire state looks like we could get a good trash service but not through these people and they do not care about the city of Morrow or its people

Staff is always friendly here. If ever a service issue. They are quick to resolve it. 👍

Worst customer service ever. I have never experienced sanitation pick up service that don't even provide the trash bin. Why are we paying $94.00 for.

Pleasant experience getting traah Service set up. However, after set up, it's difficult to get the guys on truck to pick up trash. Office is nice, but has no control of employees!

I encountered a problem with personal property being taken and supposedly confused as trash. This container was nowhere near my regular trash containers and had been outside of my garage for several years now and was never touched before in the past, plus the contents were not in trash bags and were 25 feet from where their employees have emptied the garbage cans/containers for the last several years. I have called the company and the subcontractor numerous times to no avail but I will not renew my contract with them again and warn others to be cautious when dealing with Morrow sanitation services!

The website is DOWN! Tried to pay my garbage bill online using several websites on their previous and recent bill to no avail. Plus they have moved the physical payment office BACK to their previous site. Called the billing office only to be told the website was down AND you can not make payments over the phone. NO consistence and NOT customer friendly. Would love to give "0" star!!

Horrible no response

Rob came out after the last big storm from Sac Valley Fencing. They repaired my fence for a great price and with out charge helped removing the large downed tree that took out the fence and hauled it away for me. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Fast friendly affordable reliable!

We would like to give a big thank you to Wes and his professional, courteous team for doing such an excellent job installing our new fence, side gate and double entry car gate combo. We'd also like to acknowledge how pleased we are with the outstanding service and professional workmanship with their special attention to detail that Sacramento Valley Fencing provided. The entire fence with gates look beautiful and we couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure doing business with Wes and his crew.

Where do I begin. Here I am, trying to fix large leaks into my garage before winter comes because of the work this company did to my home. As I pull up the deck boards that they slammed in with ring shank nails instead of screws, barely even hitting the joists most of the time. I'm realizing that the boards they broke were replaced with Doug fir instead of redwood like what was down originally. I'm realizing that my roof leaks so bad because of the poor effort (or no effort) of re-waterproofing what they ripped up, to replace the OSB underneath. Im realizing that I'm collecting a ton of trash under the deck boards that they figured would never be seen again as well as tons of screws and nails all over the place that my toddler that just learned to walk undoubtedly has stepped on. I'm realizing that my whole entire deck was better off before this company touched any of it. This by far is the worst craftsmanship l've ever seen. This is the definition of get in, get out and collect a paycheck. And communicating with this company and trying to get them to right their wrongs is impossible. They must be woke because NOTHING is their fault. Would I recommend this company? This company shouldn't exist. It is a fact that this company will cause more damage to your home than good. I know this as I'm sitting on my half way torn apart deck that was "fixed" less than 2 years ago wondering how anyone can be ok with this piss poor quality of work.
I'm blown away. Don't believe me? Wait for their response to this review, it won't be their fault.

Daniel and the rest of the staff were very professional. They helped me with water mitigation, mold restoration, and the build back of my bathroom when there was a tile shower leak. They were great about communicating with my insurance company throughout the process.

A1 Pro Property Restoration is awesome! My tankless water heater leaked through my attic and caused quite a bit of damage to my ceiling and surrounding wall. Once I replaced the tankless water heater, I had to deal with the residual damage from the water. The insurance folks sent out a demo team to take all the damaged wall/ ceiling and mold out. The insurance gave my Contact info to a Renovation company they use and said that they would call me. After a couple of days, I did not hear anything so I researched and found these guys on Yelp. They came out the same day provided a quote and I feel that their prices were reasonable. The insurance had already paid me out for what they guesstimated the cost of repairing everything ( i didn’t tell them how much I was paid out) and it was comparable to what they quoted me. Although they said if their quote was more, they had no problem going back to the insurance folks to deal with them in regards to more money to do the project. Thankfully, we didn’t need to do that. However, I thought that was important to mention because I didn’t realize that a lot of people do not want to deal with insurance companies. I was turned away a couple of times when I was trying to find somebody to Replace the water heater and I needed them To provide information to the insurance company. These guys came in and we’re so quick and efficient. I had a partial ceiling missing in my living room and in my garage. The wall that separated my living room and garage were missing. They Did the sheet rock,installation, crown molding, painted, Mounted all my cabinets and hooked back up my washer and dryer and sink in a few days! I’m definitely recommending them to friends and family.
