Lynn Salmon was extremely easy to work with. After communicating everything we needed to accomplish and in such a short amount of time, Lynn assured me that she could handle everything. I had many questions for her throughout the entire process and I'm sure she was annoyed with me by the time we finished, but she never gave up in providing all the important details I needed, questions answered, and making sure we didn't miss anything along the way. Lynn provided support in getting all our licensing requirements done in Washington for 3 of our entities. Lynn expeditiously got everything done to get us going in Seattle. Not even sure where to start. Was introduced to these guys (most specifically Patrick Hau) after we needed some work done when we had a water issue, and such a good experience we had him do a couple more projects that had needed to be done. I was able to relax/not stress, focus on work and life, and know it was all getting done right.

I recently needed some demolition work done in my kitchen in order to install new countertops. When I contacted Servpro of Florin they quickly answered the phone and after discussing the scope of the project we scheduled a day to complete the work. Additionally, Patrick was able to minimize damage to my house when he discovered during the demo work that my kitchen valves were faulty and leaking. I will highly recommend Patrick and his team for the top notch service they provided for water leak in two bathrooms in my rental property. From the very first day from finding the cause of leakage to completing the remediation Patrick always kept me in the loop on the progress of the remediation. He was very professional dealing with my tenants and always much sure my tenants felt comfortable during the cause of remediation. My home was damaged by a falling tree. The damage was extensive requiring limited reconstruction of the rafters, roofing, duct work and ceiling. This company was professional, timely and responsive. I am pleased with their performance and I would recommend them without hesitation.
