10/10 Highly Recommend!!! The wind blew down our big tree couple weeks ago and they did a professional job removing and hauling it away. I was so impressed with how safely and efficiently they removed the tree and totally cleaned the area. I couldn’t even tell there was ever a big tree there.

I’m a first time home buyer and I needed to get some work done in my backyard. The house was great but the backyard was a mess . There was an old shed that needed to be removed and a lot of junk from the previous owners . I was alittle nervous to contact someone to come and remove the shed and junk since I’m a new home buyer and I never had to do this before but when I went to search on Google, A1 pro property services popped up and I gave the company a call. I was really impressed with the customer service and I was able to get someone to come out the next day. Daniel came and he removed the shed and all the junk. He was friendly and professional. He was very communicative on what he was going to do and had a very positive demeanor . If you need junk removed call A1 pro property services . You will not be disappointed . This company responded quickly to my request to respond to a mold problem. They were professional and on time with appointments. I was greatly satisfied with the work that was done. They set up barriers to self contain the work area and cleaned up the area and waste from the mold. Price and efficiency were very good. I highly recommend this company.

I had been dragging my feet deciding what to do with a very old and broken down in-ground pool that was taking up our entire backyard for some time... I finally contacted a few contractors to demo it and right away Daniel became the front runner. He was so professional, clear and communicative from day one.
While other contractors came, took a quick look at the pool, and gave me a ballpark quote, Daniel took detailed measurements, asked us questions about our expectations, could give us a general time frame and finally a detailed quote and contract THE SAME DAY. He was great with handling the permit process with the city and county himself, and he helped us with the small parts we were responsible for. He started the project the moment he could, always making us feel like a priority. He was totally on top of things the entire time, and he and his team were always respectful and courteous.
I am so happy to have reclaimed our backyard space! I would happy recommend him to anyone, 10/10 made a not very fun experience painless and enjoyable.

Highly recommend A-1 Pro Property Services - they did a great job on my landscaping project! They were able to tear out my entire front lawn, dump all the removed sod, and level and compact a 12x12 section in front of my home to prepare it for pavers to go in. They knocked this out in a day with no issues, and were very easy to work with from quote through close of project. Definitely check them out!

Our homeowners association hired A-1 Pro Property Services to remove the old furnishings from our clubhouse. Two sets of sofas and love seats and upholstered chairs. Daniel and his crew were very friendly, personable and hard-working. We were given a very competitive rate and we are extremely pleased with the services they provided, the professional and friendly attitude and we would highly recommend them!

If I could give ten stars, I would. Daniel and his team were outstanding in resolving my water/mold problem. I had an unfortunate situation in my kitchen that required water and mold remediation service. Daniel came and assessed the situation. He and I had a meeting of the minds and the next day his crew came and tackled the problem. The damage was extensive and Daniel kept me informed every step of the way, sending me pictures, salvaging what he could, explaining what he found, and applying treatment to remove the mold. The area was tented, vented, dehumidified, dried and the air scrubbed. The area passed a mold test.

I believe Daniel is a fair, honest, and reliable expert in his field. He is personable and is his crew. I especially appreciate his use of technology that allowed him send work orders, invoices, texts and other communications directly to my phone and computer to facilitate signatures and document the work. I always knew when he was coming over, where the process stood, and what the next steps were. That allowed me to relax a bit during a very stressful time.

I cannot recommend A-1 enough! Daniel did an amazing job and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process after we called him regarding a leak in our ceiling. He told us the worse case scenario and came back to assess the situation. After he looked he let us know that there was not much damage and he could take care of it quickly. He gave us a great price. It is hard to find people to trust and this company is a trustworthy one. They were so professional and kept everything clean. They made sure there was no trace they had been there. Awesome company!

Truly great customer service and fair pricing. I had some bad water damage at my house. The first quote I received was not only super expensive, but the guy couldn't start for over a week. When I called A1, Daniel answered and came over right away. Gave me an estimate of more than half of what the other company wanted to charge. We had a deal. He started that day. This is important when it comes to water damage because the longer you wait, the worse it gets. He communicated well throughout the project. I'm impressed. Would recommend!

A-1 Pro just finished up a big project at my house in Rancho Cordova. We had an upstairs bathroom leaking into a downstairs ceiling, and (separately), a downstairs toilet that had leaked all over a floor that had soaked up into the drywall. A-1 Pro did EVERYTHING for us from initial diagnosis to demolition, tenting off and air scrubbing, cleaning and sanding, and then reconstruction (lumber, drywall, base boards, new flooring, plumbing, toilet replacement, electrical, repainting - everything!). Daniel and his team are really talented people with a commitment to excellence, job site cleanliness, and attention to detail. With the demolition, drying, cleaning and reconstruction finished, there's literally no sign that there was ever any water damage. It was also really affordable and completed very quickly. I definitely recommend A-1 Pro.

Phenomenal work speed and excellent prices. Highly recommended. A-1 unclustered a huge mess left by squatters in my rental. I though it was going to take several months they did it in 1/4 the time I was expecting. It’s so hard finding crews that want to work and do good work. These are the guys to call for everything from demo to finishing.
