I hired this company to repair my wrought iron fence. The owner completed half the work, saying the entire fence was not in the contract. The contract reads that they will REPAIR THE FENCE. Her workers only painted half of the fence and didn't weld the other pieces that are clearly apart of the fence. Her worker shared what he got paid for the job (which was 1/3 of what she charged me) and said she wasn't doing business the right way.

They left their materials on my fence and left food bags hanging from my trees in front of my house. I would NEVER recommend this company or utilize their services ever again.

I was selling my family home in Georgia and this company was recommended to me. Because I don't live in Georgia I was at their mercy. I was very unhappy with the way they do business. It's like a mom & pop company. I had to reach out numerous times to get the written estimate, they never gave me an exact starting date. I purchased the paint which I asked to be compensated for and I was not. Three and half weeks after receiving my deposit they called and said the ATM destroyed my check. They were to scrape and paint the floor of the deck (mental), replace 1 pole and scrape/paint the other 2 poles. It took from a month and half to completed the job and when I thought they were finished I saw that 2 poles were not painted. I was told I never asked them to do them. When I told them I KNOW I ask for them to be done I was told they did not write it in the contract. No you didn't, but you inspected and the entire deck and we discussed the entire floor of the deck being scraped and painted. WHO DOES THE ENTIRE DECK BUT LEAVES 2 OF THE 3 POLES UNPAINTED !!! So I had to pay an additional $300 for that and wait another 2 days for completion.

Ms. Anderson befriends you to throw you off from her schemes. She’s a rip off and doesn’t provide quality services. The boards she provided for my fence were molded and looked diseased. I expressed my concern to her. She stated the wood is fine and only that way because it set for a while. SMH. She wouldn’t replace or correct her work. On top of that, she overpriced for services she states is provided by her company but is contracted out by others. She is the reason it’s hard to support.

Haven't had the pleasure of working with Ms. Van yet, but she knows her stuff, and offered me a very reasonable quote on my work. Looking forward to working with her in the future.

We chose Cascade Fence and Ms. Van (owner) to install our 6' foot privacy fence on 6/11/2020. The fence looks good. Ms. Van is very personable and very down to earth. She was a delight to work with overall. There were some hiccups along the way with the quality of some of the wood, but we let Ms. Van know and she honored her word to come back out and replace the pickets. Overall, our experience was good. We appreciated that she corrected the issues we brought to her attention in a timely fashion and left us with a quality fence. We would recommend Cascade Fence.

We contacted Cascade Fence Company to enclose our yard. The installation was scheduled and completed within a week of the initial consultation. The installers arrived on time and completed the work in @5 hours. Van was on sight at the beginning and came back before the work was completed to do a final inspection. We couldn’t be happier with the final installation of our fencing. Kudos to Van and her team for a job very well done! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Several weeks ago, my neighbor had a fence installed and from looking on the outside I thought it was nice, so I decided to give Ms. Van a call. Well, let me tell you something, a week since our initial meeting, my fence was installed while I was at work, and I'm here to tell you that the view from the inside is 10 times better 😉. My wife and I was so overjoyed the moment we saw our fenced in yard that it brought tears of happiness to our eyes. If you are a fan of professionalism, then I highly recommend you give Cascade fence a call. A number 1!

Van and her team did a great job putting my fence up with great skill and detail. They even stayed an extra amount of time to power wash my driveway and filled in a hole just to make sure the presentation was on point. I initially relied on Van to put up my fence over 10 years ago and she did an even better job this time around. If you need a professional team to put up your fence and make your home look spectacular don’t hesitate to connect with Van and her team. I will absolutely be referring anyone that needs work done to them.

Unfortunately we can't a review this company on Fence work on the account of never even getting to discuss what we needed done. My husband scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 10:30 am almost 2 weeks in advance. The day of the appointment 10:40 came and no one had arrived. He called the office at 10:55 and the rep said Van should have been there. No apology for the delay or nothing. Said she would call her and call us back. We didn't receive a call back from her but we did receive a call from Van apologizing and stating it was due to her clients running over. She asked if we could do later that day. We said 5:30 pm she said that was fine since we are right up the road from their office she would be here. We got a call at 5:26 pm from Van saying she would be to us in 16 minutes. No apology or acknowledgement that she was late, again. My husband said it was fine the appointment would just have to be quick. She called back saying she didn't want to mess up our schedule we could reschedule and would have her rep give us 10% off. Our schedule was already messed up from the first two appointments she missed. These interactions did not build confidence in us using them for such a large project.

Cascade Fence has done a lot of work for me over the years. A fence, my chicken coop, concrete/brick stairs, adding a bathroom , concrete pad in my front for fire pit, and more! Highly recommend.

Superior service, hands down, in timely manner.
Customer response time for services is great, no lag time for completion. I'd recommend any any time.

I was in desperate need of someone to come and repair the fence at my mom’s house after a reckless driver drove through her backyard and knocked down her chain linked fence. Ms. Anderson of Cascade Fence was responsive to my needs and did not try to over charge me due to my desperate need. She provided great suggestions to keep the price down but not compromising on the quality. Her team arrived on time and finished the work the same day. I will be using her services again.
