Tyson and his team did an exemplary job sealing our driveway. The work was outstanding but the communication received, along with adhering to specified dates that were set, were perfectly coordinated and adhered to. That was very much appreciated! The team on site offered advice on care and upkeep. They have our continued business. There is no reason for anyone to go anywhere else.

What an amazing job and Christian H led my first application by this company. These guys actually used a paint brush to get as close as they could to edge my driveway on certain area's. Their attention to detail and was amazing and the finished look is also absolutely perfect. These guys are not in a rush to get my driveway completed, and you can tell that they are definitely all about quality of each driveway job from Making The Cut. I just needed my asphalt driveway sealed and some cracks addressed. You don't need to be home for the quote or the work! The process from start to finish was very easy. They came and gave me a quote, I approved online, and Tyson was communicative about when they were coming out. The team was prompt, efficient and had my driveway done in less than an hour. I'm very happy with the results. I think it is well worth the money to have the driveway cleaned off, weeds removed, using commercial grade materials and professionals come do the job. I could have done it myself, but I know I would have gotten frustrated I had been sloppy in areas. Making the Cut was also recommended by the service who paved part of my driveway (Gavers Pavers). I would highly recommend Stop Restoration for any water damage you may experience. Once other companies heard that insurance wouldn’t cover the slow leak water damage from our shower in our master bathroom, we were ghosted and were feeling so much frustration and anxiety that we couldn’t get it remediated/stop mold from growing. I finally started a new google search and found Stop Restoration and spoke with Kevin. What a guy! He came to the rescue IMMEDIATELY, got me a reasonable quote, and got two very professional, communicative, and great guys (forgot their names) to come do the work. We ended up having the equipment out for a bit longer than what was specified in the contract, and I was not charged extra. Kevin stuck to his word that they would not take advantage of us as so many other horror stories have shown. Thank you so much, Stop Restoration!

As a roofer, I meet a lot of people with roof leaks. I've had a few customers who had a significant amount of water damage to the ceiling and walls of the interior of the home. I referred STOP Restoration to mitigate the damage. My customers were very pleased with the speed and professionalism.

My pellet stove malfunctioned while I was at work and left my home full of smoke. Stop restoration turned this very negative situation into a very smooth and easy clean up. They were very punctual and very communicative. Everybody from the company is so nice and very professional.

We just moved into our home and had a mishap with our washing machine. Flooded the carpeting in our hall and two bedrooms. These guys came out quickly an got 'er cleaned up saving our walls and carpet. Jesse was our initial contact who came out that night and sorry, I can't recall the name of the service guy who followed up the next day but both did a great job. Very professional and prompt. We had a water line freeze and break in the attic of our home while we were away. Water was everywhere! I got on the phone with these guys because they were the first result of my google search. Let me just say, they belong at the top! I wasn't sure who to call first, insurance or water evac. I was upset about the house and not thinking clearly. They were very helpful and told me what I needed to do before they could get started. They were at our house within 20 minutes, ready to get to work and help us out. They work hard, are very courteous and have great communication throughout the entire process. Do not hesitate to call if you ever need their services! Great company!

Daniel and Jesus showed up at 9:30 at night to help us with our flooded house and we couldn’t have been more grateful. We came home after a long day at work to a flooded house and had no idea who to turn to. Stop restoration took our call with the kindness and attentiveness that we needed to get through this loss. They were there everyday after to remove the wet carpet and laminate and make sure our house was 100% dry and ready for repairs. In the meantime, Paul made sure to answer all my questions and made me feel calm when all I wanted to do was lose it because my house was completely broken apart. I definitely recommend Paul and his team at Stop Restoration to get your house back to where it needs to be so you can safely make the repairs you need after. Stop even works with your insurance to make sure they know what was a complete loss and what should be covered to get your home looking like new. Thank you again for all your help!

This company from the moment they stepped foot into my home seemed very pushy. This should’ve been a big red flag. They were telling me that this restoration could cost up to 70 ,00 or more. We were also told our wood floors would need to be pulled up we actually got a second opinion and this was not true It seriously ended up only costing 12,500 of which they tried to bill my insurance 14,000 . The insurance company disputed that. I was privy to the invoice sent to me from my insurance company and they charged my insurance company almost $800 for the cleanup. They never did any cleanups they just brought in fans. I called the company and voiced my concerns and fraudulent charges and they said they would take care of this. I asked them to follow up with me. They never have. Beware !

The crew at Stop Restoration was very helpful when are water heater busted. They went above and beyond are expectations!! They came in and did everything and more to help my family with are unfortunate situation. They were very clean and had one of the cleanest work trucks I've ever seen. If I could give them 100 stars I would!! Thank you very much Stop service team. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! We had a flood in a Sunday and they didn’t show up until Monday. Told us on Sunday they would be here with in the hour, they had us waiting around all day and never showed up that day. They said they had another emergency, we had emergency and they could care less.
They didn’t bring enough dryers to extract the water and due to this we had to replace all our floors. If they would have shown up on time I believe our floors would have been saved.
Don’t use this company.

Kegan, Paul and Team are absolutely AMAZING. Not only did they handle the mold issue at my house in a costly manner but also in a timely manner. I would highly recommend STOP restoration for any clients needs. You will not get a more professional team. They were reasonable in helping me while I was under contact to sell my home. STOP Restoration acted quickly in order to assist my family and I, in assessing and then treating a water emergency within our home. We are thankful for the professionalism of each staff member, their responsiveness, and their expert knowledge that they shared and used to help us during this time. The thing that impressed me most was that STOP was able to be at my flooded house within one hour of me calling them. After that, it took about 8 days to dry everything out to their satisfaction, and they did a very thorough job. They even cut the drywall in a such a way that it was easier to patch. Would definitely recommend.

The only good thing of my experience is they answered quickly, other than that they were very disrespectful with my house. They tore up my walls, to the point that there are holes. They took my sliding closet doors down, and I cant even find the parts to get it but back on. They tore up my carpets in an un professional manner. My insurance had me call someone else to finish the job as they were causing more money and damage. They were pressuring me to keep the heaters in my house past 5 days when it wasn't needed. I was very dissapointed. I still have more needed repairs to get fixed from the poor job they did.

Stop 🛑 Restoration was an absolute God Send. Our home flooded Thanksgiving night and absolutely destroyed our flooring, walls and crawl space . After a day of trying to suck up the water and dry things out like most people do we realized we were in over our heads. I called Stop for a quote @8am and they took the reins from there. Stop dealt directly with my insurance company walked me through everything and had a crew at my house by 10am same day and we live roughly 80 Miles away from Albuquerque. The professionalism and communication is top notch they truly have their clients best interests at heart they know you are going through a tough time and they make you feel like your part of their family.
