The team at Stop Restoration is really great. I had a water heater leak and they were able to come out the same day to get the water cleaned up and flooring dried out. They were very thorough and really easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend them!

Our Pellet stove had a malfunction and smoke went everywhere. STOP Restoration came in and did an amazing job cleaning our home, furnishings, and helping us with the exhausting task of dealing with our insurance company. You could not ask for better customer service or communication. We spoke to someone daily through the process and the end of the day emails really let us know that they cared for our situation. We have recommended them to friends and family and the results are always the same. I hope no one is ever in the same situation. However, if you are, this is the company to use.

They responded quickly and understood my elderly parents needed extra reassurance. Chris, Ben, Kegan, Kevin, Armani, and Ronnie were very helpful and patient. STOP helped us find storage and construction contractors for our project.

My house was broken into and flooded, which ruined all the floors, lower level cabinets, and lower parts of most walls. STOP Restoration quickly went to the property, stopped the water intrusion, and begin their work. They communicated clearly and efficiently to me, as well as to my insurance company, allowing me to be relatively hands off and let them do what they do best. Really appreciated their professionalism and quick attention to my questions and concerns.

We have never been more pleased with a company coming into our home. My wife works from home so she is usually the one who is there for any install/delivery/repair/etc. Jesse and Jimmy were so professional, respectful, and kind, that it’s the first time my wife wasn’t apprehensive about being alone with strangers in the house. They called each morning to give a timeframe of when they would be there, and they were on time. They left the areas they worked in so clean that if they didn’t have to tear down walls, you wouldn’t have known they were there. The work was done so quickly, it exceeded our expectations. Jesse and Jimmy, and this company as a whole, were outstanding. I can’t recommend them enough or say enough good things about them.

I called your business today , and I got an instant response from Andrew. He quickly came over to my brother's home in less than two hours . Upon inspection of my brother's home , he told us about how hazardous it is for my brother to be in his home. Andrew is working now, efficiently to try to get my brother help with repairs to his home which include mold and asbestos. Andrew is a real answered prayer and we are grateful for his caring professionalism. This company is blessed to have him on board.

STOP responded to significant flooding in my home due to a burst pipe. They responded immediately and got my home cleaned up and dry in no time. I highly recommend Service Team of Professionals (STOP)!

We recently experienced a pipe leak which damaged our kitchen ceiling, flooring, and cabinets. The STOP team came the same day we called, assessed the damage, and began drying things out over the course of several days. They monitored the humidity in our walls, flooring, cabinets, and ceiling closely and were very responsive to our questions, concerns, or requests. We are now finished with the water mitigation process and are sad to see this amazing team go. If only we could talk them into doing the rebuild process too….

We received the best care from each team member who came to our home or talked with us via phone. We got daily emails reporting the actions taken that day, just to keep us fully informed. STOP Restoration can do it all. We had significant flooding damage at multiple school properties in late June, 2024.

Their team has provided excellent customer service and has been instrumental in the cleanup efforts, from demolition and asbestos abatement to storage of materials and remodeling.

I’m giving two stars instead of one because Brianna in accounts payable was kind and professional despite her coworkers and owner being just the opposite, in my opinion. The workers who came were not welcoming, kind or compassionate considering they come into the homes of those who just had some form of destruction happen to their customer’s home. They make you feel uncomfortable in your own home and stand around a lot instead of working. Last complaint, is the extreme unprofessionalism displayed by their owner. After telling him that I was calling to pay he threatened us with putting a lien on our property, which is absurd considering my payment was not late according to their terms stated in my invoice. Even so, the disrespect and unprofessionalism he displayed came as a shock to me considering I had told him multiple times I had full intention of paying them in full that very day(which i did uphold my word). He seemed so desperate for my payment, that I can assume business is not going well for him and I am not surprised as to why. My husband works in construction alongside many other contractors, business and home owners. We will make it a point to let it be known that STOP restoration is not the company to trust their business or home with under any circumstance.

My garage was recently flooded. Stop Restoration came on very short notice, and got everything dealt with and back to normal! The workers had very good customer service, and the owner Kegan Stephens was great to work with! I’ll be recommending them to as many people as possible!

Great at beginning and middle— end was difficult because Stop is short on staff. Finishing project got delayed, delayed my contractor for a day, but overall, stop was tidy , professional amd did a good job.

STOP Restoration was fantastic to work with. They came in and took care of a severe mold issue that we had discovered. Their team was highly professional and cleaned up the mold issue that had spread extensively throughout our guest bedroom, bathroom and the adjoining bar area. Every time they came to our home they cleaned up like our house was their house. We passed the mold testing with flying colors. Highly recommend STOP Restoration!
