They are very good at they're jobs very neat my tile came out awesome in my bathroom i would definitely use them again the woman upstairs had a leak and I'm having them fix the ceiling now that's how good they are... they're great at what they do honestly u wouldn't regret using them for any type of work. I absolutely 💯 love ❤ my bathroom now thank you guys for making another happy customer 😀 😊

I had Pojoy replace trim and fix some old existing trim in my bedroom. I am so pleased with the results! It’s seem less with the older trim and will look great once I get a chance to paint it. They were on time and very clean. I plan to use them again for more projects around my home.

Pojoy did a great job rebuilding our front porch. They demolished the old one and built new from grounds up. They also installed new flooring, new door and windows, painted it inside and installed siding on the outside. Thanks!

It is my pleasure to give them an A+ rating for the work they did in my yard. The crew worked diligently to clean up an enormous amount of debris that had accumulated for years behind my shed. They also removed dead trees as well as dead branches from huge trees. All of the work was performed perfectly, and the area was cleaned and left in pristine condition. Their workers are highly competent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them do any type of work in or out of my house. I highly recommend this company.

Francisco and his team did a great job painting the exterior of our cottage. He always kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on. He offered a very fair price and suggested ideas to keep costs low. He stayed within budget and finished on time with no "extra" charges. the finished product was great. I recommend Pojoy.

Pojoy was subcontracted by another construction company I found through Home advisor and Angies list. They did an amazing job tearing down and rebuilding our deck. Hardworking crew took care of details, and put in many long days to finish up the project. Even spent a day outdoors in the rain to button everything up. Would recommend them for deck work and repair work with no hesitation. Will keep them in mind for future projects now that we know them.

Pojoy painting & construction built us a new front porch for our house and they did excellent work. I worked with an architect to create the design, and they executed it perfectly, even suggesting some improvements to make it even better. Result has changed the whole curb appeal of the house and makes us smile every time we come home! Really high quality work.

We just had our deck completely rebuilt and changed into a side porch, the front porch roof fixed and the top deck replaced. They did a great custom job according to our design and at a reasonable price. The quality of the work is high and they were very responsive to any additional requests. I recently had Pojoy painting at my home to paint 5 room ceilings. Two of the rooms had knotty pine ceiling beams which needed meticulous cutting around the beams. The two gentleman Francisco had do the work were wonderful paying careful attention to detail. They were careful with protecting my furniture and floors which I appreciated very much. They came early in the morning and worked very hard till late afternoon. They were friendly while also being professional. The ceilings came out beautifully and I am very happy with the results! I highly recommend Pojoy, they were a pleasure to work with. They replaced a rubber roof, deck and installed an exterior door. They were profession, punctual, hard working and paid attention to every detail. Francisco was very patient and communicated well. All my questions were answered and every suggestion he made improved the result of what I wanted done. They stand behind their work and came back to make adjustment when the change in seasons impacted the fit of the door. I look forward to hiring them again. How often can you say that about a contractor willing to work in the city!

Francisco and his crew at Pojoy are excellent! They just finished the renovation of two bathrooms and basement in my home. All of their work was of superior quality. This included replacing tile, installing a new shower, lots of interior painting, wallpapering, installing laminate flooring, recessed, lighting installation, and some additional odds and ends. From beginning to end, it was a pleasure working with Francisco and his crew. They are all courteous and hard-working. They left the job site orderly and clean each day. Came in on time and within budget. We look forward to working with them again to do some exterior masonry work. Highly recommend!

Garage door repair was very fast, took 40 mins or so. Friendly and responsive staff and workers!

Thank you, again for sending out the crew to take down the trees at 2481 San Filippo Dr SE in Palm Bay, FL. They had all three trees down with the stumps removed in an hour. They came prepared with all the right equipment, plus an entire crew. They never left a spec of dust behind, and left the stumps below grass level. It honestly is perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing these services.
