First off, the folks at CTC were great to deal with. I had a couple of conversations with the owners and the job was thoroughly discussed and the price was more reasonable than I had anticipated. The crew showed up on the scheduled day at 7:30 and got right on it. Their level of professionalism was evident in every step of the process. My property was a bit of a challenge but these guys worked it like it was their own. When finished, we discussed some final details, had a few laughs and they were on their way. I was particularly impressed with the draft they made and found myself waiting for some rain. Sure enough, the water flows away for the first time in 35 years!

CTC Construction Corp was professional from start to finish. They were able to come out the day after I called to inspect our existing driveway and a day later provided me a quote. Once I made a down payment they booked a date for the job less then a week out for my driveway to be completed. They showed up when they said they would and were ready to work. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and we love the results. The crew was very friendly. This is a Veteran owned company and they offered me a veteran's discount. I can't recommend them enough.

Last year my driveway started to develop large cracks. The walkway had lost its base and caused a hole to form. So we decided to have a new drive and walkway put down. I was given a few recommendations on companies that could do what I needed to be done. In January I contacted CTC for a quote on a new driveway. They couldn’t do much for measurements due to the snow. CTC told me they would reach out in April. Fast forward to April and I got a call from CTC to set up a time to come and discuss what I wanted done. Brian arrived on time and we talked about the plan. After he took his measurements we sparked up a conversation of how we would proceed. Then I noticed the hat he was wearing. It was from a tackle shop out in upstate NY. I found out we had fishing in NY in common. While talking about a few other things I noticed the Veteran plates on his car. He said he’s a Navy husband. Right then and there I knew I was going to have them do the work. A couple days later he sent over a quote. I reviewed it and sent a deposite. We set up a day to complete the job but nature had other plans. It felt like it was on day 40 of rain. Brian called to reschedule. They day came for the to show up. They showed up on time. We discussed the plans and they got right to work. Everyone at CTC was great to talk to and very professional. They produce great quality work and got it done. You will not be sorry when you hire CTC for your paving project.

We had our driveway completely removed, regraded and repaved a week ago, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We were so impressed with how the entire crew worked efficiently together through each step, with everyone getting involved in the hardest physical tasks, including the truck driver and the owner/supervisors. Our 80’ long driveway is relatively steep, making it a somewhat challenging project.

After obtaining several estimates and checking credentials, we chose CTC based on their knowledge, experience, professionalism, and the detailed description of their paving process. The estimate was definitely competitive, and the driveway replacement job was completed all in one day. The office manager provided great information before we signed an agreement regarding best practices in choosing a paving contractor. She also guided us through making the deposit, scheduling, time frames, and expectations on project day. When the driveway was complete, the owners gave us detailed instructions on how to ensure the integrity of the asphalt, with both short and long term actions, backed up with a pamphlet providing all the information.

We had such a positive experience with Brian and his crew! Details matter to me and I was so pleased to find that CCM feels the same way. Instead of feeling like the crew resented me for my requests, it seemed like they had already thought the same and were happy to do extra work to make things look polished and perfect in the end. Also, Brian and his crew also excelled in communication. Although I’ve met other folks in the construction industry who were both kind and professional (like Brian and his crew), where CCM really shines is communication. Brian was regularly checking in with me on various issues like materials and timing. Overall, I couldn’t be more happy with our experience and I look forward to working together on future phases of our project.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Manifest Builders. We utilized them to repair our chimney/roof leak and to remodel our master bedroom which had been damaged by the leak. The trait that distinguishes Manifest from other contractors that we have worked with is "caring". There was great communication; we were part of the process and in doing so our expectations were met and surpassed. We highly recommend Manifest Builders and plan to use them for future projects.

Running into issue after issue after buying a home that was "built as if my family would be moving in" says the builder. If you have half decent standards, find yourself a finish carpenter to come in after manifest builders and fix just about everything. As a veteran, and my wife as an ex firefighter, we expected a lot more. We have doors that don't shut, water coming in the house, patchy repairs, and much more. I definitely recommend doing your due diligence so you don't end up like us. We were pressed for time expecting twins and needed something move in ready. We've been moved in for a couple of months now and we find something new that's not right almost every week.

Einar Barenholtz, owner of Manifest Builders and crew were professional, dependable and timely with the project.
A studio addition was constructed above the existing master bedroom. Hence, roof was raised and joined to an existing roof line with an interior door being cut into the wall of the loft room on the second floor. The old roof was stripped and new shingles added over the whole house. Three new skylights were installed replacing the old ones. The goal was to add a room and a roof line that matched the existing roof line on the opposite end of our home. Essentially, having the addition, not look like an addition. Mission accomplished! Framers, roofers and sheet rockers all showed up on time and consistently throughout tht 8 week project. Each completing their respective tasks in a timely manner. Einar stepped in for a couple days when his foreman had to step away , keeping the project on schedule. Payment terms were reasonable and proper insurance documents provided before construction.

For our 170-year-old home, they have masterfully balanced modern functionality with period-accurate detail across multiple projects, including our kitchen, pantry, laundry, and custom library built-ins.
