The inspection was quick and easy. Full of visuals to make it easy. Doug, Devin, Chanse, and Dave installed the system and were super friendly and knowledgable. Down poured the same night they finished and the system works great!

I'd give so many more stars if I possibly could! We were so very pleased with the entire Rescon Basement Solutions experience. Bob came to our house and assessed our basement/bulkhead wall issues. We were involved in any decisions and were given a very honest, complete quote and a scheduled date for the work to be done. Unfortunately, before the scheduled date, we had a very heavy rain and water poured into our basement. Bob from Rescon gave us advice on how to handle that and Alexa was able to move the work date up to help us out of a big jam. Patrick, Jake and Tim arrived promptly to get the work started. They were very professional and explained absolutely everything they were going to be doing. They set up plastic tarps to keep the rest of our basement clean and did a fantastic job. When they completed the work, they went over all of the new equipment and explained everything to us. We were happy with every part of this project. Cannot recommend Rescon enough!!!!

Doug, Alex and Devin did a fantastic job on our sump pump and lally column project in NH. They worked hard, were thorough, kept in regular communication throughout, showed up every day ready to work, and most of all were willing to stand by the quality of their work and take our feedback as homeowners. Very much appreciate the professionalism. Would hire them again.

These guys were awesome from day 1! Mike was very knowledgeable and just a nice guy who made us feel at ease about waterproofing the basement!

My husband made an appointment for Groundworks to come give us a quote on fixing a small foundation crack. When the technician learned my husband wasn’t here, his response was “oh, should I come back when he’s here?”I responded with no, we knew he wouldn’t be, but I am also an owner of the house and he could run any findings and pricing by me. He then asked “are you sure? I think I should come another time to be able to explain it to him.” I told him to explain it to me and if my husband or I had any follow up questions we could call him… but excuse me? I’m sorry you may think otherwise, but my tiny female head, can, in fact, comprehend ways of fixing a crack in a wall.

He then proceeded to tell me the only way to fix this was crack was to essentially put pillars under it in 5 places that went down to stone. For $13,000+ (photos of crack included).

We then got 4 different quotes from other companies, both big and small, and they all agreed that Groundwork’s was off their rocker.

Not Very good experience here. Would work two days take two days off work for two days. Take three days off. It was rather ridiculous that they couldn’t stay here steadily and get the job. Evidently they are done. I haven’t seen them no pictures of what they did and to top it off. I just spent $13,000 on my driveway and walkway and they spilled hydraulic fluid all over it. I’ve called I’ve complained I haven’t seen anything. Discussed about that. I’m told by professionals that painting it won’t cover hydraulic fluid so I’m not a very happy camper although I like Tim my salesman but the communication there again has not been very solid since they started the job. How they possibly have the ratings they have. I posted some of the pictures. This is a brand, new Driveway and walkway.
So I have upgraded my review due to the fact that we all make mistakes and have issues but this company really stepped it up once they got the right people involved they made it right and I’m very happy with what they did to make it right . this new team they sent over researched what should be done to fix my problem refocused on this new goal and completed it I would use them again, just for the simple fact that they backed up their work and fixed errors that they made. Way to go!!

Just finished a visit with Foreman Doug and his crew, Devin, Sean, and Mason. Waterproofing the basement and super sound and solid work! Doug was professional and very good at keeping me in the loop with the project over the 3 day visit, and created a solid system that we are confident will keep water out of the basement forever. Above and beyond as well with problem solving when having to find solutions to fit our basement layout, all with a solid financing option/great price and 5 year warranty/ yearly inspection plan. If you are stuck with water in your basement, get Groundworks working for you ASAP!

Tim and his crew did an absolutely amazing job on our renovations in our home. He was great at communicating throughout the whole process and always on time. The care he and his team put into their work shows by the attention to detail on every job they performed. Everything was explained with detail and it all turned out just as we had hoped for! They finished within the time frame given at the beginning even with some delays on our end picking out certain features. I highly recommend working with TJO contracting for anything you need done on your home! Thanks again!!

We had Tim build an addition and a new deck during the summer. He does quality work and reasonable pricing. Constant contact no surprises project was done on time. We definitely would use him again and highly recommend.

We cannot recommend TJO Contracting enough! We had 3 separate phases of our project and TJO completed all of it! Tim and his team were meticulous in their craftsmanship. The first phase: a full gut of our house built in 1900. Removing walls, adding/moving bathrooms, leveling floors, replacement windows, and rebuilding the staircase. Our home is now a modern wonder and we love it. The second phase was to restore the front porch to look similar to its original look, re-side the whole house, and add corbels to the roof-line. It looks beautiful and is a definite statement and conversation starter for our neighborhood! The final phase was removing the lead paint on a built-in cabinet so we could refinish it. Not only was it sanded down to the beautiful wood but they were able to find the hardware had amazing details in them!
TJO kept on schedule, stayed in constant communication, and came in on budget. TJO Contracting was exactly what we needed! We give Tim and TJO our highest recommendation to anyone looking for a general contractor!

Tim and his crew completed a large interior/exterior renovation for us. Tim was reliable, awesome at keeping us in the loop, and took the time to make sure that we were happy with the results! He had great suggestions during our renovation and was super flexible when things needed to charge or we had new ideas. I'd recommend working with TJO, and would definitely hire him again in the future.

Tim did both an attic remodel into a home office and he tore down an existing deck and rebuilt a screened in deck for us. Tim completed both of these projects quickly and of the highest quality. He was careful, thorough, had excellent input and suggestions and was willing to work both within our budget and accommodate our requests. His crew was awesome and there is not a single complaint I could imagine making about the entire process from start to finish with TJO Contracting. Hiring TJO for your project will be the best decision you can make.

We got multiple quotes to tear down & build our new home. TJO came in with the best quote. TJO designed & built our house on time as planned. Tim is honest & cares about his work. If we ever need another contractor for anything, TJO will be our first call.

Tim and crew are by far the best team I have ever had the pleasure working with. They did a fantastic job on my garage face lift and added some really nice windows and a great looking brow over my door. Tim also took part in helping me with a gutter company and electrical guy.
Tim also took part in getting my big shed roof replaced.
I'll using Tim and crew again this spring.

I did a lot of research and talked to several roofing companies before I went with John. He is prompt, honest, dependable and had excellent communication and kept me informed the entire time. He wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but was very insistent on a couple aspects of the job that other companies just passed over. His pricing was all inclusive vs. other companies that had separate charges. The crew was diligent, professional and did a great job on my roof and at keeping the grounds clean and safe. Any issues that came up were immediately addressed. I hope to do more business with John again.

I highly recommend John Denisco for your roofing solution. Upon meeting him the first time for a quote, he was amicable and professional, and it was clear he has passion for his work. He assured me that my roof could be replaced in a day, and carried excitement and energy as we discussed how the whole project would go down. I was very impressed with his motivation for taking on the work, and could tell he was head and shoulders above all of the other quotes I got due to his honesty, energy, and integrity. And all of this was before the roofing crew showed up!
On the day of the roofing job, his crew arrived early and were very efficient and professional. Within 3 hours, the whole roof was stripped, and by the early afternoon, my new roof was completed. My wife and I were very impressed with how beautiful our new roof looked, and grateful to John and his crew for the job well done. They did a great job cleaning up the property before leaving, and triple checking the ground around the house for nails and debris.
Every interaction I had with John was positive. His quote was spot on, and his follow through far exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with his work.

John and his crew are amazing. John and his guys did awesome work. They finished the entire job in 1 day. John spent extra time with me (2 visits to my house) to figure out a solution to the improper roof ventilation on my colonial house. He ended up cutting in a ridge vent and installing some vented drip edge, which now allows my roof to properly vent. He not only replaced my roof, he also solved a mold problem in my attic. I would recommend John to anyone. If I ever need roof work done again, I will hire John.

I wish I can give John and his team more than a 5 star rating. They were phenomenal from the time John came out to give us a quote, to the roof being installed. John quote was amazing, we not only needed our roof done but we also had 2 skylights that needed to be replaced. We had to make some changes to our scheduled because of COVID but John continued to make sure we were okay, and ready when able. When the team got here they moved quickly and smoothly. They took into account everything around the house to keep it safe and from breaking. They cleaned up our yard beautifully, and even replaced some of the stuff we moved out of the way. I would recommend Denisco Construction to anyone and everyone.

I would highly recommend John Denisco and his company for your roofing needs. I did a thorough research of roofing companies for my home in Nashua. I had one company quote me $18,000 for my ranch style house. I had another company quote me $10,500. I was in sticker shock and then saw that 2 of my next door neighbors had used John Denisco & his company for their roofing needs. They told me that John was an easy guy to talk with and that he had done a great job on their roofs. I was familiar with John's company from my thorough research so I contacted him and got a quote. It was a heck of a lot less and the reviews on the internet were impressive so I decided to go with his company. The workers showed up on time and were friendly to talk with. They came in the morning and were done by the afternoon. John stopped by to ensure everything was going smoothly and stayed until they finished. I had a blast talking with John and we had some good laughs over various subjects. He even did some additional work for no charge. John's services are very fair and I appreciate the quality of work. I will be needing some siding done on my house in the future and will definitely be giving John a call. Again. I highly recommend John & his company for your roofing needs.

We got estimates with a list of materials from 4 roof contractors. John's estimate listed all GAF branded materials, where others listed only GAF shingles with unbranded accessories. And when the others matched all GAF accessories thier price was considerably higher. John's crew came early, completely removed old roof, installed all new GAF products, I was particularly impressed with the sheet metal work on the rain drip edge, perfect job. The roof looks great, John included a GAF Weather Stopper System Plus warranty, and Military discount. I could not be happier.
