Custom Home Builder reviews across the US

I can simply say that the Freeman family of contractors is the best there is. Conscientious folks that stand behind their workmanship and hold themselves accountable for the workmanship of their subs. They are second to none!

This Company is a wonderful family owned and ran Business. They have been in business for over 30 years. They do exceptional work, and are licensed, bonded and insured! I would highly recommend this Company for any remodel or new home builds, they are great people to work with!

I have personally worked various side jobs with this company in the past, from remodel to photography. This is a household name you can trust and I know that from behind the scenes. Choosing a contractor can be quite the endeavor these days! I recommend them to anyone looking to have a professional job done in a timely fair manner.

The Team at Freeman's is professional, efficient and great at communicating. I've had the privilege of working with them on numerous graphic design projects and I am always given clear feedback and they are quick to respond with questions.

I have been hired by Brian Freeman to capture their projects through photos and video... It's what I do for a living. I see a lot of home that have had construction done and I can say without the attention to detail in their projects is 2nd to none! Ive come across so many homes where the company oversees or cuts a corner.. but not with Freeman's Construction... I enjoy shooting their projects....

We were a fire rebuild too from the 2007 wildfires. We interviewed many GCs to build our 6,000+ sq. ft. custom home. Freeman's Construction was by far the best choice and they didn't disappoint! They are family owned and operated and are just all around sincere, hard-working and godly people. All the sub contractors they use are top notch - from the framers and electricians, to the plumbers and cleaners who made the place spotless before we moved in. The construction site was always incredibly clean and Bill was there a lot to make sure everything was just how we wanted it. They communicated early and often as the project progressed, which kept us right on schedule. We came in on budget too (with any overages being our decision to go beyond the allowances). Everyone comments on how beautiful the home is - the craftsmanship, the detail, and the quality work. We are SO thankful we found and hired Freeman's Construction and wish them nothing but good fortune and blessings in all they do!

We have used Freeman's Construction for various construction projects dating clear back to the 1980s! After the devastating Witch Creek fire in 2007, they rebuilt a house that we lost in the fire. They communicated very well, were meticulous about all the details, and worked hard to keep the construction costs within our budget. This company is family-owned and family-run, and operates with absolute integrity. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have worked with Freeman's Construction for many years. They have such a friendly staff, their subs are great. On a personal note there was a house fire in my Mother's home. Most of which was located in the kitchen with major smoke damage throughout. I suggested my Mother use Freeman's Construction. The results where amazing the cabinets, and numerous additional up grades greatly enhanced and improved the home. Everyone involved was so kind and supportive to my Mother. There professionalism, care, and quality of workmanship was greatly appreciated by my family. So grateful to this wonderful Construction Company. Many thanks! Cheryl Rice

My husband and I were so glad we choose to work with Freeman's Construction on our major home renovation. Bill, Brian, and Missy were wonderful to work with and the project was finished on time and within budget. The crews were hard-working, well-organized, friendly, respectful and cleaned the worksite at the end of each day - even our neighbors commented that the disruption to the neighborhood was minimal considering the extensiveness of the work. We highly recommend Freeman's Construction for anyone considering a remodel or renovation project.

We needed a complete remodel on our home. Working with Freeman’s Construction was the best decision we could make. They were very professional in every phase of the project. Everything turned out beautiful and we recommend them to everyone. You can not go wrong by hiring Freeman’s Construction.

We hired Freeman's Construction to remodel and add additional rooms to our newly purchased, over 100 year old Victorian style home in the San Diego downtown area. My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of their work. The owner, Bill Freeman, is a very experienced contractor and builder and Brian Freeman is one of the most detailed people I have ever met. Their office manager Missy is also very organized and responsive. The subs that Freeman's Construction used were amazing, fairly priced and professional. We are thrilled with how our house turned out. It's absolutely beautiful and like new!

Several years ago, the owner of ethos (nick) was doing business in Colorado Springs under a different name. He and his contractors came in and remodeled our basement. My wife and I are very very, five star, pleased with his work. He has since opened a new business and works exclusively in Castlerock. We are Saddened He no longer works in Colorado Springs, Fountain, area since we surely would use him again. Nick is a gentleman, and will take care of your business as a professional.

Ethos Construction finished our basement to perfection! Their workmanship speaks for itself. In addition, their communication and timeliness made our experience even better. Everyone we dealt with was top notch. When we sold our home, the finished basement was a major highlight. You can't go wrong with these folks!

I am a commercial real estate broker and developer in the Douglas County and South Denver area. We have used Ethos Construction for several of our own projects, and recommended them to many of our clients. For a variety of commercial projects. Ethos brings the perfect mix of design expertise, quality construction, timeliness and communication for our business. Highly recommend!

Ethos Construction has remodeled my master bathroom and finished my basement. Nick has a great creative eye and a high attention to detail. I have referred Ethos to friends and family without hesitation. Great work for a reasonable price.

Ethos exceeded our expectations at all stages of our project, from initial scoping and bids through final punch list. This was a very challenging remodel in many dimensions: the scope, standard of craftsmanship, permitting, site logistics. Ethos was professional, organized, flexible, communicative, budget & time conscious, and brought many creative ideas to the table. If you want a project done right with a partner that has your interests at heart, then Ethos is your team.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Ethos Construction in the building of a beautiful new home in the mountains above Evergreen, Colorado. Nick Kuntz was a consumate professional in helping us create a realistic budget and sticking to it. If we made a change, he was careful to explain the additional cost and often found savings in other areas to make up the difference. Ethos is so fortunate to have Artis handling all the accounting and billings. Every item was accounted for to the penny as we worked through the project to stay on budget. I highly recommend Ethos Construction to anyone building a home near beautiful Evergreen.

Nick Kuntz and Ethos Construction have made a dream come true for our family! Nick is easy to work with, reliable, incredibly smart and hardworking, and has an attention to detail that results in top to bottom success in managing large-scale home construction projects. It is a rarity to find a builder that can deliver on-budget and on-schedule, and Ethos did just that for our family. We will forever be grateful to Nick and Ethos for that have delivered to our family!

Ethos Construction has been a great partner on several commercial projects we have done in Castle Rock the last couple of years. Nick and his team are highly skilled and combine that skill with a good sense of design and function. Our project at 309 Jerry Street was on time and on budget. Nick assisted in efforts with the local economic development office to get grants for our exterior renovation.

We had Ethos Construction complete a main floor remodel of our house including a bathroom, kitchen and removal of a couple walls. Nick and his team did a great job! He was great to work with and understood our needs as well as out budget and was able to work within it. I completely trusted Nick and his team with our house and dogs! Nick has even helped me out with recommendations a year after the remodel was complete. I would highly recommend Ethos Construction!
