Custom Home Builder reviews across the US

KGA was easy to deal with, straightforward, and finished project on time. We now have a beautiful, functional patio cover with no installation problems. We highly recommend working with Gemmadiy, the manager, who is very helpful and pleasant.

Working with KGA was great. I’m very happy with my patio cover and I would recommend KGA to anyone.

I got several quotes on patio covers and KGA was among the lowest with good reviews. I spoke with Gennadiy who gave me detailed requirements our county would require and explained them in a way I was able to grasp and understand without mansplaining. Once I paid the deposit and they were able to order materials, I was put in the schedule immediately. Luckily for me we were past the busy season. The installation team was friendly, and they cleaned up their mess when they were done. All in all I am very happy with the results.

Our patio cover is an amazing , a very professionally done project . The patio collors match perfectly the colors of our house. Nice job KGA Construction!

I can’t thank KGA enough for our beautiful patio. He was very detailed with helping us choose the right design and the job was fairly quick, clean and professional. Thank you!

They do amazing work, my patio cover looks first class with very rich looking accents and materials. I will highly recommend KGA to all my neighbors, friends and family, they are the best out there.

Working with KGA with our cafe build out was a great experience! Responsive, reasonable and makes sure the job is done right! We have been complimented on how good our store looks from our customer! See his work in our photos! Will be contacting KGA for our second store build out!

Gennadiy installed our pergola and we just love it. He was very responsive during the whole process, he and his crew were very professional and it looks amazing! I would highly recommend him!

Genadiy delivered a superior level of customer service. Pergola looks great and appreciated his level of detail. Very happy with his work and highly recommend KGA Construction.

We love our new patio cover! Gennadiy was professional and took the time to explain all the options and features to us. He also handled the required permit and inspection. The patio cover turned out beautiful and we are very happy! Thank you!

KGA construction is the best. I got 4 bids from contractors. Mr. Korolev from KGA had the best plan and advice of the companies at the lowest price. He quickly had building permits pulled from city of Davis , which is difficult. Was very efficient. Whole job was completed in 3 days. Worksite cleaned up perfectly. Fantastic job. All electrical with integration to pre existing lights and a new fan work perfectly. Everyone who sees my new patio cover is impressed. Thanks for a great job!

KGA came to the rescue! After waiting 6 months for family to find time to assemble a garden shed, I found KGA on Yelp. He was prompt in his replies & we agreed on a start date. They arrived as promised, kept things tidy & cleaned up when finished for the day. Within a day & a half, my shed was built & ready for paint. I was so pleased with their work, I had them do the painting also. I highly recommend KGA and look forward to working with them again on a few more projects!

Kga construction did amazing work! The pergola looks beautiful and completely upgraded our backyard. Very professional, clean, and well-built. Highly recommend!

As a trade partner of Nickleson Construction we can confirm the attention to detail their team brings to the table.

High end luxury custom building is their expertise.

Our company had the pleasure of taking part in a very special project which was designed for a disabled occupant. The entire build from start to finished required the highest level of attention to detail.

The communication of information to their clients and contractors allowed for 100% transparency throughout the life of the project.

10/10 recommended Nickleson Construction for anyone looking to tackle luxury custom buildings.

Issac and his crew are very professional and do a very quality job. They built a deck and finished the downstairs for me. I would highly recommend them.

It was great working with Isaac, he came in on time and on budget, and we were very pleased with the quality of work and the communication.

I've known Isaac for a number of years, and have also used his construction services. With what I know of his personality, work ethic and commitment to quality, I'd not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

The whole team is fantastic to work with. The client portal makes it easy and efficient with the least interruption to our busy lives. We had a great experience and love our new kitchen and front room. Highest quality work, service, on time and competitive price.

Isaac completed two projects on my home, one interior and one exterior. I was very pleased with how they both turned out. The entire process was great from quote to completion. Very easy and straightforward with great communication throughout. I highly recommend.

Nick did a great job! Jason the subcontractor that he hired was amazing as well! And all of the other subcontractors were prompt and kept everything clean and any issues that we had were immediately addressed and they really listen to our needs and wants. The app that they used was really cool and easy to use! I would definitely would recommend this company to all of our friends and family! And would use them again!

I needed a carpenter to build a fireplace surround over an old 70's brick fireplace. Isaac put me in touch with his brother Matthew. From start to finish this was a worry free experience. Matthew was on time and kept me informed in all phases of the project. Always polite and courteous Matthew was a pleasure to deal with. His attention to detail impressed me and I'm pretty finicky. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Matthew.
