Custom Home Builder reviews across the US

Have worked with Chobey’s Builders on multiple projects. They are professional, reliable, and great to work with. The quality of work was outstanding, communication was excellent, and everything was completed as promised. Highly recommend!

Very hard working employees.

I’ve never used them, but they’re working on a house across the street from me. They’ve driven their vehicles through my yard twice and over my shrubs. If this is how they run their operation, I can only imagine what kind of disaster is going on over there. I would steer clear of them.

We used them to remodel our bathroom. We have enjoyed it and are proud of their work.

Andrey and his crew are very professional. They made sure everything about out renovation was done right.

I have worked with Chobey's on numerous projects and their communication, finished product and pricing all met my expectation. I will continue to use them for all renovations moving forward.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people! If they have the last name Chobey....run away! They promise to do the work and then take your money. Then it is excuse after excuse on why they keep missing the appointment and then you never hear from them again!!

These guys are the first call I make when something is amiss around the house. They try to get there for a quote as soon as possible, but once you have the quote, the turn around time for the work is usually incredibly fast. The workers have always been very diligent and done a very thorough job!

They are The Best! They remodeled the inside of our office and everything was completed in a timely manner as well as outstanding work! All are so kind and helpful! They always answered our questions and concerns! Best ever!!!

Andrey and the Team did an excellent job on our complicated rebuild and gave us status ahead of the next work to be done. Great work and would highly recommend them.

We had a water leak in a bathroom from a hot water heater located in the ceiling. After the water restoration was completed, there were multiple holes in the walls to get everything dried. We used Chobey Builders restore the bathroom. They were professional, clean, and completed the job in a timely manner. They patched the drywall, painted, installed new drop ceiling and installed a new vanity. I will definitely use them in the future.

Chobey Builders remodeled our first house and did a great job. When our family grew he built our new home. He had the foresight to suggest we hire an architect to design the unique house and the project went off flawlessly.

Great work! Remodeled my entire house, roof to floors. Wonderful people to work with. Honest and always there to help with questions and ideas. Also built us a metal shop. Very satisfied.

I had a 100% positive experience with Chobey's Builders. Nick Chobey was very easy to work with and communicate with. His team was able to come out quickly, and their work was impeccable. I found their prices to be very reasonable for their services. It's hard to find a company that can take on your unusual projects quickly and affordably, but Chobey's Builders delivered. I would definitely work with them again, and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I highly recommend Chobey's Builders for your building needs. I had a patio extension completed and Chobey's did not disappoint. Their crew of employees are professional and very hard workers. The got my project completed in the planned timeframe.

Andrey and his team did a fantastic job on our commercial roof and our home roof. Andrey did exactly what he said he would do and communicated well with us. We appreciate the quality and the effort they provided.

Andre, Matthew, Ezekiel and the team got our roof replaced and in shape on schedule and on quality. Call Andre and let him assess your needs. Chobey builders inc can get you where you need to be

Chobey’s completed our custom home remodel of an older home. The team’s craftsmanship and creativity were top notch. We are very pleased with our home and appreciate Andrey’s friendship to this day!

Excellent work on my grandmothers roof. Andrea was very knowledgable and patient with our questions. Quick response, fast crew, easy to work with. Will use again for other services. 100% recommend to anyone needing quality and convenience.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Chobey's removed and replaced my wooden stairs. The stair steps were okay but Chobey used warped and bent wood on the railing balusters which look terrible, cheap and are so badly warped they almost serve no purpose. Due to Chobey's excessive amount of time and significant communication issues that they created, the City of Huntsville had to get involved to get Chobey's on track to finish the job. Chobey's left tons of trash all over the property including plastic tape, nails, rusty used parts -tons of junk was strewn about everywhere. Chobey's has TERRIBLE follow through. I DO NOT recommend this company.

I took on a big project with Andrey. He provided a clear plan and was transparent throughout the whole process. His crew did excellent work. I couldn’t be happier and if I ever build a new home or garage again he’ll be the first contractor I call.
