Custom Home Builder reviews across the US

I am a designer and I worked with Matt on an event where he helped build a temporary kitchen install. Over the years I've seen his work and I'm INCredibly impressed at his expertise. I don't know anyone who takes the time to research every SINGLE product being used in the home/process (and ALSO sharing that information with customers). He absolutely has the experience needed to do great work!

Matt at Sawhorse is fantastic. I can't afford SawHorse's services at the moment but Matt gave me several tips and pointers that are tremendously helpful anyway. He even sent me an email with great information after we got off the phone, which I greatly appreciate. He was still helpful even though it was clear he wouldn't make a buck from me. This was a breath of fresh air. I'll certainly work with Sawhorse when I secure a reasonable budget.

Working with Matt on the construction of my rental house in Home Park, Atlanta, GA was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship truly set them apart.

From the initial planning stages to the final walkthrough, Matt demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies of construction. They were not only skilled in their craft but also displayed excellent communication throughout the entire process. Any concerns or questions I had were promptly addressed, fostering a transparent and collaborative working relationship.

The project was completed within the agreed-upon timeline, and the end result exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality product were evident in every corner of the house. The craftsmanship is superb, and I am confident that the property will stand the test of time.

Beyond their technical expertise, Matt also impressed me with their dedication to customer satisfaction. They were not just building a house; they were creating a home tailored to my vision and needs. I wholeheartedly recommend [Builder's Name] to anyone seeking a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused builder. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I am beyond satisfied with the results. Thank you for turning my vision into reality.

Matt is a force when it comes to building science and its practical applications. We’re working with him on both full Passive House and “regular” high-performance builds. His extensive knowledge and his attention to the important details ensure that his clients are not only getting a beautiful home but also an energy efficient building envelope that’ll stand the test of time. If you want to build a durable, healthy, and comfortable home that also minimizes your energy and maintenance cost, talk to Matt.

Working on a couple complex projects with Matt at Sawhorse, I have seen a great attention to detail and an anticipation of potential issues to ensure everything is done right the first time. Matt combines a deep understanding of building science with years of construction experience to enable him to deliver projects that are not just high quality but also extremely high performing. If you are building a home in greater ATL and you prioritize quality and performance, I would highly recommend Sawhorse.

I worked on a remodel project with Matt where he updated and improved an OLD residence to bring it into the modern age with style and elegance, The original facade was maintained while the house improvements challenges modern amenities and comfort with style.

Matt is the man and his company Sawhorse is a well oiled machine!! I own a glass company and work in conjunction with Matt and his PM's. From our perspective it is a fantastic experience. The work is always top notch. The jobsites are neat and organized. Plus their scheduling is air tight. The whole process is buttery smooth. We couldn't ask for better guys to work alongside.
