Custom Home Builder reviews across the US

Prompt, polite, and professional. We hadn't used our fireplace in years and wanted a safety check. They did a fantastic chimney inspection, found a small bird's nest blocking the draft, and cleared it out safely. They are truly knowledgeable experts who care about home safety.

After discovering mold in our attic, we contacted this company for mold removal services. The technician, David, arrived on time and performed a detailed mold inspection before starting the mold cleaning process. He explained how mold removal and mold remediation services work to prevent future growth. They also handled our chimney cleaning the same day, which was incredibly convenient. The team’s Mold Cleaning, Removal and chimney cleaning service was efficient and thorough. I appreciated how careful they were with containment and cleanup. The air quality in our home feels much better now. Rhino Chimney Inspection Services LLC professionalism and expertise really stand out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing mold cleaning or chimney cleaning services.

For my yearly fireplace cleaning and inspection, I had an excellent experience with Rhino Chimney Inspection Services LLC. The expert took the time to thoroughly explain the cost of the chimney check. They looked closely for mold and found early wear indicators that required chimney repair. They provided clear guidance on mold eradication if needed, and their mold examination was comforting. The entire procedure was orderly and seamless. My fireplace is operating more efficiently than before, and I have faith in its security.

Outstanding chimney cleaning today. The technicians were friendly, honest, and thorough. They gave us a detailed inspection report afterward. I feel much safer using my fireplace now. Excellent value for the price.

Don’t waste your time because they will waste yours.Called 12/1/25 to make an appointment. The appointment was confirmed for 12/2/25 12-3pm. Called the office 12/2/25 to confirm a technician will call 45 min before arriving so I can leave work to be there on time. 12/2/25 at 3:10 called the office wondering where the technician is. The office said they will call back with an update…no call back no call from the technician and nobody showed up.

I very much appreciate the professional service and customer care that was evident starting from the first meeting we had with BBM Attic Insulation Services & Roofing Services Of Wellesley, MA. During the installation Gerald was friendly and efficient. As a facility manager for a large corporation, I've dealt with outside vendors enough to recognize good service. Great job!

Our first choice in Wellesley is BBM Attic Insulation Services & Roofing Services. Jose has been our helper for the past two years. His work on chimney repair is consistently excellent. We again utilized their Attic-Solution service this year, and we were pleased with the high-performance insulation that was put in. Early wear and tear was identified by their roofing service, and it was promptly repaired. The effects of cleaning our dryer vent, which was past due, were astounding. The air quality significantly improved when the air ducts were cleaned. We value their comprehensive job and reasonable prices. I heartily suggest Jose and the team—this firm truly does it all.

Not sure how this company has such good reviews. First, it seems sketchy as the company is called BBM but any interaction with them they then just call themselves attic insulation services. Then someone came to give me a quote for insulation and before even looking around started claiming the company that previously did our insulation was a scam (it was not) and then proceeded to quote me $19,000 for a not that large attic. Other proposals have been less than half that. They then said they would send me a proposal which I never got. I’d be careful as something fishy was happening.

I didn’t realize how much neglected attic insulation could affect energy bills until BBM Attic Insulation Services & Roofing Services came out. Dion inspected our attic in MA, recommended insulation removal, and carried out professional attic insulation repair. The attic cleaning they did was beyond my expectations. Their attic restoration work not only looks good but also gave us a huge airflow improvement in the attic. Our home now cools faster and stays comfortable longer. They gave solid attic maintenance advice and were respectful and tidy the whole time. BBM Attic Insulation Services & Roofing Services exceeded all expectations. I’ll be recommending them to family and friends.

I highly recommend BBM Attic Insulation Services & Roofing Services Of Wellesley, MA if you need attic cleaning done right. Alex arrived promptly and gave a detailed overview of the work needed. They removed old insulation, completed attic insulation repair, and handled attic maintenance professionally. They even addressed issues we didn’t know existed during the attic restoration. After their work, the airflow improvement in the attic has made a big difference in our home's comfort and energy efficiency. I’m thankful for their honesty, skill, and customer service.
