Superior Quality and Craftsmanship! Troy, Anthony and John are a top notch team of professional custom builders! Will always use them for any type service in my home! Thanks Skolfield

I spoke with John to get help with a kitchen install gone horribly wrong. He came out and walked through everything and helped put together a report for us to provide the installer for all the poor quality and misses and costs associated with finishing the job.
He followed up with me several times to make sure how I was doing and how the installer was following up afterwards.
Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

John, the electrician, arrived at the time I was told he would, listened to my problem, analyzed and investigated the issue, a serious potentially hazardous one, and repaired it. He was both professional and personable. I’ve used Skolfield Homes for other issues in the past. They don’t disappoint.

their vehicles should not park in residential areas and obstruct the passage of the entrance. summerly community in saint cloud. It is a lack of respect towards the inhabitants of this neighborhood.

I’ve used Skolfield Homes and their Electrical Division several times over the years. Anthony and Jason (electrical) have always exceeded my expectations. They pay attention to details and point out ideas to improve the functionality of my home. Highly recommend! Keep up the great work gentlemen!

Working with Skolfield on our client project, specifically Joanna and Scott has been an absolute pleasure! Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are truly unmatched. The quality of their work truly exceeded our expectations, and we are honored to have worked with such talented individuals. Highly recommend Skolfield for anyone looking for exceptional service and results!

Luke crushed it. Professional, courteous, and kind, he helped provide a power source for our living room and then installed a light fixture above our pool table. I highly recommend them

I absolutely despise seeing your trucks in cm. The work you have done is mediocre and you don’t follow regulations.

Zac and his team are true pros and truly nice guys. They renovated my living space, kitchen and exterior. It turned out more amazing than I imagined. I've also asked them to come out and tackle some smaller projects (door install, electrical) and they're always willing take them on. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Well Done Builders. The build I moved into is absolutely top notch, and the entire process has been seamless thanks to Brendan. He’s been incredibly helpful, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with always making sure every detail was taken care of. The craftsmanship and professionalism from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Well Done Builders to anyone looking for quality work and a team that truly cares about their clients.

I have had the distinct privilege and pleasure to work with Zac and the team at Well Done Building and Design on an investment property we built together. We partnered as investors together to bring a vision, a unicorn property to fruition. From beginning to end, the team continually out performed all expectations. Their unwavering faith and determination brought the remarkable transition of this home. A gem of a home that the neighborhood deserved.

If you are looking for a General Contractor to partner with on an investment property or remodel your primary residence to make your dream home, Zac and the team should be your first call. They handle it all from in-house architectural design team to rough construction to the curated finishes its all you need!

Awesome builder, with impeccable Character.

Fantastic team to work with, and quality is there top priority. Would definitely recommend Precision Homes.

Bought a house in the winter Precison Homes already built. We found out that Spring they didn’t water the grass for a year and let the whole yard die.

Water has been leaking into our attached garage since we bought the home. Asked Paul who did roofing and he wouldn’t give me the name of the contractor.

Our vinyl siding that Precison Homes installed incorrectly and has been blowing off the side of our house ever since we bought it until a different company fixed it.

We had a great experience with Precision Homes. They listened to exactly what I wanted for my project, offered advice and support, and provided professionals who did high quality work right when we needed them. We are thrilled with how our backsplash turned out!

Precision homes built us an absolutely gorgeous custom home! We highly recommend them. We recently built another home in Arizona and only wish they could have built our home out here. Their quality cannot be beat!

Wonderful and pleasant people to work with, will go above and beyond to build you the home of your dreams. Paul and Alena were great team players, my husband and I really felt like we were working with honest and fair people. We love our home.
