Custom Home Builder reviews across the US

We were contracted to handle a home demolition for Harbourside Custom Homes and they have quickly become a preferred customer of ours. Great communication, quick payments, professionalism that is hard to come by. I can't wait to work for them again.

I personally know and have been doing business with Jerry Colton and Chris Colton of Harbourside Custom Homes for over 20 years. They are men of high integrity and honesty, Its very refreshing to see. Their home building skills are impeccable. Building custom homes with attention to detail and finishes that are exceptional.

I was a subcontractor for HCH for close to 20 years. In my opinion they are the premier home builder in southwest florida. The quality, attention to detail, and follow up after construction is at a level that all other builders would do well to mimic. I was involved in the construction of hundreds of homes for them and the process for their clients is consistent each time in delivering a superior product. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting the highest quality home!

Caple Landscape Management has provided landscape installation for Harbourside Custom Homes for nearly two decades. They are, without a doubt, some of the best people we have worked for in our 30 plus years of business in Southwest Florida. We are treated as trusted partners, not just another subcontractor. This is the builder you should choose for your custom home!

Vogue Interiors has done many private residential homes and model homes with Harbourside Custom Homes for over 23 years. The clients have enjoyed working with them as well as my designers. We find the Harbourside team to be well organized, detailed oriented and meet deadlines. They have a team approach which is such a pleasure to work with.

Our experience building a home with Harbourside Custom Homes was excellent in all ways. Everyone at Harbourside is great at what they do and very detailed in every stage of the building process. Just as importantly, the employees of Harbourside are a pleasure to deal with, very nice and very responsive. From our first interaction with the owner, Jerry, to the building process with the superintendent, Mark, to the administrative and detailed questions with Shannan and Angie, everything went perfectly. We highly recommend Harbourside Custom Homes! Brian and Lauren

An amazing team of professionals to work with! Their vision is specifically fine tuned with new trends, designs, and enhancements for any luxury home. Love this team!

I have really enjoyed working with Dan and Paul. I feel that they stand behind their services and I would highly recommend them to anyone in SW Florida searching for a quality home builder.

Working with Paul Widhalm and Dan Medina could not have been a better experience. We remodeled our entire house, taking most rooms down to the studs, as well as putting on a new addition with a full bath. We always felt Paul and Dan had our best interests at heart, and they worked hard to find the right approach to achieve our objectives. They were honest, meticulous, and great at communicating with us or responding to questions. The finished product is spectacular, and the quality of craftsmanship is evident in every detail. Friends and guests cannot believe the level of finish from the incredible trim work throughout to the countertops. We would not hesitate to recommend Paul Widhalm and Dan Medina. They are truly the best at what they do.
