As a real estate partner, my experience with Ritz Builders, high-end custom homebuilders in the Silicon Valley, Bay Area, Marisa Elblinger has been wonderful since I spoke with Costa. Her team consistently delivers rare quality and precision, demonstrating a strong understanding of the construction market, making them a great partner for me as an agent.

You can tell they care about their team just as much as their clients, and that really reflects in the quality of their work. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to others.

Joel & Co. Construction is a custom home builder that delivers exceptional results. Their dedication to excellence, craftsmanship, transparent communication, and commitment to the environment make them a top choice for anyone looking to bring their dream home to life. I am overjoyed with my new home and couldn't be more grateful to the entire team at Joel & Co. Construction for their outstanding work. They have truly made my dream home a reality. Thank you once again!

We are Completely satisfied with my condo remodel. I was introduced to Joel by a girl friend of mine who had her yoga studio designed and built by him. I had just bought my first condo here in West Hollywood, so this was my first experience with a contractor and happy to say a great one. I met with Joel at my new place to go over the scope of work. We seriously spent about two hours together going over all my ideas and style. He was super nice, charming and most importantly very professional. After having such a great meeting with Joel, I did a little research on his company and come to find out they are a popular construction company out here in L.A. From the get-go I had a really good feeling about Joel & Company. I had them completely renovate my condo. I had them install new wood floors, remodel my kitchen, bathrooms, and paint the entire unit. I had an absolute wonderful experience with the renovation. This is an awesome company!! Joel is an amazing contractor and friend :) I’ve already recommended Joel to a few of my friends and they all like him just as much as I do. Thanks again Joel for all of your help. Told you I would remember to post a review!!!!

These guys do beautiful work. They did some remodel work for me which turned out great. Also, I work for the electrical contractor that wires all of their homes. These guys are just about the most organized builders we have worked for and their homes turn out amazing. Cannot recommend enough.

Owner drives overly aggressive and nearly caused an accident today for no reason. Tried to call and discuss the manner and he told me to kick rocks. Would not recommend working with them based solely on this interaction.

Great attention to detail and very professional!
