Custom Home Builder reviews across the US

Aviv at Rosegold Builders did a breathtaking remodeling job with our new house. From the first time that we met with him at the house, Aviv was very knowledge and with extra design skills for everything we asked and thought of doing and he was very easygoing when it comes to go over all the questions we had during the meetings. We had a strict timeline to finish the work because we needed to move in the house and Aviv promised us that everything will be complete on that time and he fulfilled his promise! Everything was finished in precise condition and on the time he promised to us. He was at the house daily in order to make sure that there are no delays or problems with the work. We were very happy with what he did for us that we already started to talk with Aviv to remodel the second phase of the work to our house.

Rosegold Builders finished remodeling our remodeling project that included a new kitchen and an addition that was made to add a full bathroom. The crew showed up every day and on time, the office staff took care of all the permits and plans, and the supervisor made sure that all the inspections will pass and signed off by the city. The whole remodeling project included the demolition of the existing kitchen, the design of the new one and the implementation of the designs that we loved and agreed on. The completion of the work took 3 months and the craftsmanship is remarkable!

Highly recommend Rosegold Builders. They redid my bathroom and kitchen and were able to stick to the timeline we agreed on. Aviv and his guys are a class act—honest and communicated often throughout the project.

This was a complete demolished and rebuild of our kitchen and master Bathroom. The new design plan that ended up with the final construction was the longest part of the work but the corporation between us and Aviv was the main key for the success of the project which we love most. We shared with Aviv all of our ideas and visions that were basically different from the existing spaces, floorplans and cabinet structure. After we select the new style and finishes, the remodeling work of the remodeling began. We know that we never would have pass this part if not for the excellent design and tremendous help from Aviv and his people. Aviv have a very professional eye for things that go perfectly together and for things that just can’t be or done! He saved us from so many mistakes and disasters. Our home came out gorgeous and we got so many compliments from friends and family.

We hired Aviv from Rosegold Builders to remodel our master bedroom and bathroom in addition to a small remodeling of a Jack and Jill bathroom. All people in the working crew were enjoyable people to work with. They were professional, skilled and came over to the house each day and on time. We am very precise about how things need to be accurate and neat OR in other words, it is hard to meet our expectations especially in the remodeling aspect. At the end of the work, our expectations were met. Our special requirements do cost and it’s hard to find someone that can actually do it right, but overall Aviv was able to achieve it in a realistic price considering the value of actual work and materials. Our 2 bathrooms and the master bedroom are gorgeous and we enjoy showing them to our family and friends. We would not hesitate to use Aviv or any of his workers in the future. Great work and thank you.

Rosegold Builders was a pleasure to work with. I had them convert my garage to a livable space and Aviv and his crew were easygoing and willing to do it within the time frame that I asked and below my budget. The construction went smooth and without any problem that the team couldn’t solve. The attention to details was very good and the complete project proved that. My communication with Aviv and the office staff was also good and they responded my emails, texts and phone calls always within a normal time frame. Aviv was a pleasure person to work and deal with while I will always recommend Rosegold Builders to my closest friends.

Our review is for the Kitchen remodeling project that included the replacement of all the hardwood floors and new installation of all the ceiling lights at the house. Aviv and his team at Rosegold Builders were very fast, honest and professional during the whole remodeling project. We really love the results of the work and the high quality of all the materials that were used in the work. Highly recommend company for anyone who is interesting in a home remodeling project!

We needed to upgrade the kitchen and to enlarge it by adding new space. We had few estimates for the remodeling, but the one who stood out as the best for us was with Aviv from Rosegold Builders. Aviv gave us a fair estimate for the big remodeling job. Right after we got the approval from the building inspectors, the demolition stage started few days after. The communication with Aviv during the whole remodeling project was outstanding. The working crew arrived to the house each morning and all the materials for the work arrived as needed and a new wall was built 3’ near the garage. The new space of the kitchen become much larger and better than we wanted. The working people were very nice people to work with, but on top of that, they always listened to our comments and always did everything to our approval. We are in love with our gorgeous new kitchen and we want to thank Rosegold Builders for making it. We highly recommend.

Aviv and his team at Rosegold builders are the best. I’m a Realtor and they have helped so many of my clients from remodels to additions. They are communicative and punctual which goes a LONG way in this business. Their work is impeccable and every single one of my clients has been incredibly satisfied with both their work and their professionalism. Soon they’ll be starting on my own addition and I can’t wait! If you’re looking for a great team, Rosegold builders is the one to call!

Wanted to share a positive experience about Aviv’s communication. He’s flexible and showed up on our home purchase closing day to give us a quick quote on changes we wanted to make. This definitely helped ease our apprehensions about the home. He went above and beyond. We closed on the home.
