We used Calem Custom Homes to build our new house in Loveland CO. Bobby Trayor the owner of Calem and our general contractor was a wonderful person to work with and helped us from start to finish. His experience and understanding of our wants and desires made the difficult home building process easier. He was there for us on some warranty issues and was available after closing to correct several minor problems.

Calem Custom Homes is a top notch builder. Within the past two years, Bobby has finished our basement and renovated our kitchen. Each project turned out better than we imagined. Now, he is building a patio cover/deck for us this summer. His quality of work, and integrity can not be beat!

We highly recommend Bobby for his integrity, talent and attention to detail. We watched as quality was built into our home from the ground up. It's important to us that the structure, wiring and plumbing are all solid, but the real joy has been with how visually stunning our house ended up at completion!

Other than building us a gorgeous, custom home, here are some of the things that have impressed us about Bobby:
1) He's a person of his word. If he promised something, he'd deliver.
2) His quotes were accurate. The house didn't become a money pit with hidden fees.
3) His spreadsheets and payouts were open to us. This gave us the freedom to keep within budget with no surprises.
4) We felt that he genuinely cared about what was important to us. He'd point out things that we hadn't considered. His professional opinions were invaluable.

From the very start Bobby was very responsive and really listened to every detail of what I was looking for and made excellent recommendations to make my dream basement come true. He researched and made sure every detail was perfect. If a small hiccup happened he would call, explain and stay in communication. Bobby and his team were exceptional and now that my basement is finished, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Calem Custom Homes for a basement finish not only for the work performed, but also the constant communication, OCD making sure everything is perfect, and just the friendly attitude Bobby, Cameron, and his entire team have.

So, the only reason I gave a 5 star is because I couldn't give a 10.

If you are looking for HONESTY, QUALITY, AND SERVICE that is second to none, Bobby Traylor and his team of contractors are the ones to choose for your next project. They finished our basement, and I would ask them to build me an entire house in a heart beat. Don't waste your time with "shopping" for a better quote (but seriously, don't waste your time)! Bobby shoots you straight in all aspects of the project. We had a lot of questions as it was our first experience with finishing a basement and Bobby's decades of experience was extremely helpful!

Reliable, honest, timely, and cost efficient contractors are impossible to find. Best Builder Construction was recommended to us after our first contractor strung us along and then dropped our project at the very last minute. With a very tight timeline, Miguel and his team arrived to save the day - navigating the creation of a new bathroom, new closet, and replacing a bathtub and tiling in our bathroom - while we had to live in the house during the construction. The team was on top of keeping things clean and bathrooms functional during that entire time. They also navigated the city’s permitting and inspection process exceedingly well. We were very happy with the outcome and finishing work! We could not recommend Miguel and Best Builder Construction more.

We used Best Builders to add an additional bedroom to our newly purchased home. Miguel and his team were professional, courteous, clean, punctual, and came in exactly on budget.

They drywall-ed in two sides, framed up a door, and added a closet. The work was so good, you wouldn't be able to tell that it wasn't an original piece of the home - which was very important to us.

I highly recommend Best Builders for their impeccable work. On top of all that, Miguel just seems like a really good human - and I'll look to use them again in the future.

I was blown away with the attention to detail and cleanliness of the work that was done . I can’t emphasize enough what amazing work they do. They surpassed my expectations and more. There was nothing they can’t do from little to big requests needed for the job. There punctuality and showing up as promised finishing the job sooner than what I expected. I really was impressed with all the work that was done and the process was pleasant and great communication. I honestly can’t believe how good they are at what they do it’s so hard to find reliable people that do a great job.

I’ve used Miguel and Best Builder for all kinds of jobs for the last 4 years. They’ve done electrical, plumbing, foundation work, built fences, a kitchen remodel, floors, bath remodel, installed windows and doors and built two complete garage conversion to ADUs for me. They are excellent at all trades and good value for the money. The most helpful thing to me is Miquel’s ability to figure out how to complete the work the right way. I highly recommend him. I’ll continue to use him for my jobs and I recommend him to all my real estate clients and friends.

I highly recommend Best Builders Construction! Miguel and Best Builders did a fantastic, very high-quality job completely remodeling one of our bathrooms. They were on-time and within budget while keeping the work area protected and clean. There was intricate plumbing that had to be moved and redone. Extra labor was needed tiling the floor, walls, borders and shower insert. We also had them do some other repairs on our home and they did a great job on all of it, with high quality.

Miguel and Best Builders were expert at all of our work and there was great communication throughout the project.

We called Eddinger and so happy we did! We had a water leak on our property that we could hear but couldn't find. We called Susie and she had someone out immediately. They assessed the situation, found the leak, dug up and replaced the pipe and had everything back to normal before we got home that day. We couldn't even find the area they worked on. They have done many projects for us over the years for our home and our business. If you want a professional service that is done right, call Eddingers. We can't recommend them enough!

They build nice luxurious homes. Lots of them that I viewed are one story!

The process from design through construction was exciting and gratifying. Krenzler was easy to work with, utilized quality contractors, payed attention to the fine details and provided an outstanding home.

Our plan was to relocate to Washington, and we had allotted ourselves a week to find a new home. We visited countless new homes that we simply didn’t find attractive enough. Either the floor plan didn’t flow, the cabinetry wasn’t right, the craftsmanship was lacking, or the property wasn’t ideal. And on it went. That is, until we stumbled across (rather, trespassed onto) a new construction that was nothing but walls, windows and a roof.

But the red lines painted on the floor were clues to the eventual layout… the great room, the adjoining kitchen with its counters, appliances and a floating island, the guest and master bedroom with their bathroom counters, showers and tub, the walk-in, and the patio. This was incredible. Exactly the layout we were hoping for.

We were scheduled to leave in 3 days, and to our surprise, and delight, the builders agreed to meet us the next day, which was Labor Day when everyone else was taking the holiday off. Wow, who would do that? As we met the Krenzlers, we soon found out. We learned that the Krenzlers are a 3-generation investment in their namesake business that began in 1970 with Gordon, now retired, and his son Keith, and later joined by Keith’s son Jason. We learned that the Krenzlers are “custom” builders, which means they will tailor their construction to whatever you want, be it stretching, pulling and shaping walls and ceilings, to fabricating custom cabinets, to resizing and relocating anything and everything.

We learned that they had at one point built an entire subdivision of homes, one amazingly different custom design at a time. We saw that their craftsmanship and attention to detail was unmatched (they are personally on the construction site each day). And we already loved the floor plan they had envisioned for the house we saw, and the lot they had chosen. So they told us we should select everything that comes with the house… the hardwood, carpet and tile flooring materials, the type of wood and style of cabinetry, the material, color and design for the countertops and back splashes, the lighting fixtures, the plumbing hardware, the stone for the exterior walls and fireplace, and the interior and exterior colors of the house. And with that, they whisked us off to show and help us with all of our choices. It was a whirlwind! Who knew getting a new home would be fun?

The Krenzlers took the initiative to help two strangers who were probably in over their heads, by leading us through a maze that for us will likely be a one-time adventure. And when the construction was completed, and on time, they insisted that we examine every last detail, and to call them if ever we needed anything. We haven’t had to, except when I messed up something on my own. But they were quick to respond when we did have questions about how something worked.

Prior to this, I didn’t understand what “custom” meant. But having experienced the custom changes they did for us (i.e. wife-designed closet-system, added crown molding, etc.), we would not do it any other way. It’s clear they meant what they said when they told us they stood behind their work. It also speaks volumes when someone puts their own name on their business sign, and the Krenzlers do not disappoint.

Krenzler homes did an amazing job on our home. They personally oversaw every subcontractor and checked each ones work, not hesitating to deal with it quickly when it wasn't up to par and making sure each step met the highest standard. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

After spending a year of going through builder’s model homes, we happened on Parkway Heights by Krenzler Homes. My wife and I walked thru a model home and within minutes we could see the difference in quality and attention to detail. We quickly made the decision to sign up.
Keith and Jason along with Barbara Dunn went thru the basic plan we selected (the model home) and worked thru changes giving Wife the library she has always wanted, and for me a 37 foot extension on the garage bay for a shop. Barbara worked with us on many of the details that you would not think of for the new build.
I visited the job site almost every day and was amazed at the quality of material that was being used and attention to detail. If I questioned something, I would tell Jason and he would get back to me within the day.
At the completion of the project we feel we have not just an excellent product but an extraordinary product and an ongoing friendship with the Krenzler’s and Barbara.
Of course, we would recommend this builder to anyone without reservation.
