Custom Home Builder reviews across the US

These guys are the best! From the renovation process at my home, to continued cared over the years, they’re always punctual, professional, and available when I most need them! Would highly recommend!

They built us a beautiful home in rapid fashion. They did everything they said they going to do, they weren't petty (nickle and dime every expense), and they do great work.

Incredible experience from start to finish. A wonderful family that truly loves what they do and takes pride in their beautiful work. I would recommend Skyline to anyone interested in building.

Margaret, Armen and Vaghan were an absolute joy to work with. Every step of the way they were helpful, supportive, and made the entire process stress free and a lot of fun. Our family absolutely loves our house and after working them, I would definitely consider building again.

We preferred Skyline Building group
because they construct the house for an affordable price and provide quality house. At the same time, each member treated me their own family member. So, I would strongly recommend Skyline to people who look for a fancy house at reasonable cost.

Armen, Vaghan, and Margaret built our dream house for our family! They worked with us comprehensively in the planning phase to understand our needs and created a vision for how the house would be constructed. Armen has extensive knowledge and experience in the construction field, so he recommended exactly what was necessary for our custom home. Throughout the construction process, Armen was always responsive and kept us updated on the progress. His team ensured that the quality of work was maintained at every stage of the construction. Lastly, they planned ahead for what was coming during the construction phase and completed the construction before the contract end date.

Thank you for building a memorable home for us! And yes, we would recommend Skyline to our friends and family!

Can’t share enough how much we appreciate the Skyline Building family! We’re building our home with them and the entire experience has been amazing right down to picking plumbing fixtures. They are people of their word who you can depend on to do things the right way - from the ground up!

The family of Skyline has made the building of our home actually enjoyable. Their expertise, high-custom quality, excellent workmanship, compassion, and underlying it all, their integrity, make the Skyline family exceptional.
They go above and beyond and truly are passionate and sincere about building a place a family can call home.
We see them as trusted friends, and we are thankful for them.

My husband and I contracted a house through Skyline Builders as it was under construction. We made several changes along the way. Skyline Builders is a talented family run business. Armen, Vaghan and Margaret were very cooperative and pleasant to work with. They are responsive to our calls and creative with their ideas. Their team behind the scenes are professional and take pride in their work. We would not have any reservation using them to build another home for us. It’s a pleasure to call them friends.

Skyline made our dream home a reality! The process of building a home can be challenging and overwhelming, but Skyline makes it a smooth & easy process.

We built our home in FL while residing in IL, which was a pretty big undertaking and a leap of faith. We looked into several other builders before choosing Skyline. We chose them because they are trustworthy and sincere, just genuinely good people. They build an exceptionally amazing home, with attention to detail and quality. Skyline was genuinely excited to help us get every single thing just right. They worked with us every step of the way to ensure we were happy with the final product. To say we are happy with our custom build is an understatement. We are thrilled!

If you’re looking for a new home or to make improvements to your current home, I can say with confidence that you won’t be disappointed with choosing Skyline.

Skyline is a family run business. When I came across one of their houses under construction, I was hooked. This 3000sft 5B/3.5B home is about as close to a perfect house for me then if I designed it myself! I had a few change orders, and the builder was more than amenable as possible! The work was done properly, at a reasonable price! Skyline and the family members were great to work with, and I am very happy with the product they built. Thank you!

The company under the direction of Stuart Thayer was extremely professional and we are thrilled with the work they did on the remodeling
of our masterbath. From conception to completion they put us in contact with excellent architect/designers, tile, plumbing suppliers, and countertop fabricators. All of their full time workers and subcontrators were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. When there were suppliers delays or subcontractor issues, we were informed and updated regularly. Finally, the workers covered floors and work spaces and a cleaning crew was sent when all major work was completed. This was a major project which Robinson and Thayer completed beautifully.

Top notch workmanship, responsiveness and attention to detail. You will not find a more trustworthy professional than Stuart Thayer in all of the custom renovation/construction industry. We used Robinson & Thayer to complete a large home addition and other interior renovations and Stuart's management of the job allows you to live your life free of worry and stress. He is sensitive to a family's needs and budget as well. He is a perfectionist and will ensure every detail is correct. We will never have another company work on our home for anything big or small.

On time and on budget, add to that great communication and you have Dove Creek Contracting!

Excellent experience all around. From first meeting through quote and completion everything was on time and professional. The quote was accurate and transparent, work started and finished on schedule and communication was excellent. Quality of work and oversight was appreciated. Highly recommend.

We have been long time and loyal dove creek customers! Can’t ask for better customer service; most recently we were in a tight spot with plumbing issues and they were responsive and responded so fast. We’re grateful to such a super team!

The guys came to the house last summer and remodeled our kitchen. Will and Josh are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They consulted and comforted us through every step of the process and we really appreciated that. The end product was amazing and made us grateful that we had it done. There is no question that we will ask for their help again with future projects.

Dove Creek installed a new kitchen, flooring, lights and painting in my house. I enjoyed working with them. Excellent work, timelines met, and great communication. I look forward to having them do more work in my house next year.

We’ve hired Dove Creek for multiple projects from a major kitchen renovation with a wide, load-bearing header involved to an outdoor drainage project. Great communication, great work, great pricing.

We hired Dove Creek Contracting to update our kitchen and dining room areas. We were very pleased with how quickly the process went, as well as the attention to detail provided by Will and his team. We always felt like we understood what our options were, and the team was always quick to pivot when unexpected issues came up (like when we discovered that the previous owner used concrete to install the backsplash, resulting in a drywall issue). Amazingly, we came in slightly under budget even with the concrete issue. Additionally, they did a beautiful job installing new kitchen flooring, a new fan for our cathedral ceilings, chair railing in our dining room, and installing a new set of french doors to access our deck from our dining room. Highly recommend.

I have used Dove Creek contracting for several home renovation projects. In addition to being professional, communicative, and knowledgeable of their craft, they are a great group of guys to work with. I’ve worked with a number of different contractors over the years and you can certainly tell the difference between contractors and quality contractors. These guys take pride in their work and do everything in their power to get it done right the first time which believe it or not, is a difficult quality to find with contractors. 10/10 would recommend them for any home renovation or construction project.
