The entire crew was very professional. They kept my yard tidy, which I appreciated as that has been a huge problem with previous contractors. They used pressure-treated wood with a sleek railing design that perfectly matches my outdoor aesthetic, even adding built-in benches for extra seating. Called these folks in a panic right after that nasty snow storm. It left us with ice dams and water dripping into the upstairs hallway. The guy who answered (think his name was Ben?) listened, didn’t try to upsell me on a full tear-off, and had a crew out the next morning to fix the ice dam issue and patch the damaged spots. Roof looks solid now, no more leaks. Super straightforward, fair pricing for emergency roof repair work in Winchester area. Would use them again in a heartbeat and tell my neighbors the same!

I gotta give a huge shoutout to the guys at Hemlock. My roof was leaking like crazy, and they came out same day to take care of its They were super transparent about pricing and the roof repair they did was top-notch. Seriously, if you're in need of roofing services, give these guys a call!
