We have been wanting to add on to and cover our deck since we bought our house. We have had several contractors look at the job with negative results. Some even telling us it couldn’t be done. Keystone came in and gave us options. They are so easy and helpful to work with from start to finish. They arrive when they say they will, spend all day working and clean up before they leave. I have never worked with a contractor that paid such attention to detail. Their work is flawless and if you want a change, they are right on it. Johnny, Reuben and their team are artists in their craft. Working with them was an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend them.

Keystone company is by far the best organization I've dealt with, I could write a novel on all the rework I've had to do or higher someone else to redo when dealing with local construction or landscaping companies. If I could hire Keystone for every project I still have to complete on my property I would do that without hesitation. The deck is solid, and the rainproofing under the deck has been working great with all this rain in February. Thank you Keystone for an outstanding full length deck. I can't express enough how your approach to customer service brought me and my wife a piece of mind during the whole build. I would recommend Keystone for any job within their scope of work. Finally, a company that gives you a finished product that is worth the money spent. Again, great company and thank you Elam and your crew for a job well done.

Can’t say enough great things about our experience with Keystone. They were detailed and organized throughout the entire project. My personal favorite was how clean they kept the job site at the end of every day before leaving. They took great care of us and our project!! From the beginning phase, design phase, to the build out, and punch list at the end, everyone was professional and kind!

We collected 5 estimates before selecting Keystone Custom Decks, which we are so very please with this choice. Their estimate included 3D aerial images with AI generated color and material options to help visualize best color and railing options. Our project included +1700sf deck on 2nd and 3rd levels on a log cabin, which provided multiple challenges. Ben and teams' attention to details, comprehension of structual and astedic concerns, nightly site clean up, and level of finish work was so very much appreciated. The overall structural integrity of the decking is impressive. We spent many summers repairing and rebuilding the 20 year old wood deck. Now we can enjoy a near maintenance free outdoor living space for years to come. Thank you to all Keystone teams especially to Ben, Durell, Leon, and Steve for their extra efforts. I would absolutely recommend this group for your decking and outdoor living project.

Colorado Custom Decks did an excellent job of providing design options for our deck that was 24 years old and in need of some repair. Their design changes helped increase the usable area of the deck as well as open up space below where previously 2 support columns had separated the functional space. The work was excellent and they were very responsive to any concerns or questions.

Mosaic installed our outdoor kitchen and did a beautiful job. When I called them back a few years later for recommendations on a different type of landscaping project they bent over backwards to connect us with amazing contractors. I highly recommend them!

First time purchasing a new deck and we had a lot to learn! First of all, Klint (part owner) met with us in person back in 2018 to walk us through all of our options and provided us with recommendations, ranging from low to high end budgets. We procrastinated - because it's a lot of $$ - and finally decided to pull the trigger two years later, and this time we were much more prepared having done our homework. We selected 4 different companies for bids and once again included Mosaic as they were our first choice back in 2018. Throughout the vetting process, Klint was in constant contact and willing to address any of our questions. Sometimes we reached out to him, sometimes he reached out to us - no other company was close to the service provided by Klint. He inquired into the other options we were researching and offered his opinion of the different options and products - he did not speak poorly of any of the companies, rather pointed out everything we should be aware of and questions we should have answered. For example, the the type of undercover system (different company) you should use with a steel frame (what makes Mosaic the best) versus a wood frame (everyone else). At the end of the day, for us, the decision came down to whether we wanted a steel frame or wood frame. I would recommend Klint and Mosaic to any of my friends and family as they are the most professional deck company, most interesting in determining customer needs and then designing options, and they have the hands down superior product. Custom everything, built however you want it. They will also design various options for you and will go as big or small as your dreams and budget allow. Even if you are currently working with other bids, i recommend reaching out to Klint and he will help address any of your questions (even if you chose to go with a different company.

We worked with Klint in the initial design phase of our deck. We found him to be highly professional in his approach. Being a good listener, he provided us with lots of ideas and alternatives for the deck design, while also being responsive to our cost concerns. He is very knowledgeable regarding material, design, and construction options, as well as Mosaic's processes and procedures, and his explanations were always clear, and concise. It was a pleasure working with Klint on this project.

We had our old bare concrete patio removed and added a new covered, stamped concrete, patio. Throughout the process I felt like the Mosaic team, led by our project leader Reyes, was always looking out for our interests. They provided thoughtful design ideas and executed the build to deliver exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend them!

We absolutely love our new deck by Mosaic Outdoor living. The beauty, quality, and attention to detail are amazing. It's almost unbelievable how the new and repaired stonework exactly match the existing stonework. We knew the deck would be beautiful and enhance our outdoor experience, but we couldn't have imagined the level of enjoyment we get every day.

I spoke with Klint about a project we wanted to do at our new home. The project was not in the "sweet spot" for Mosaic, but instead of just telling me no, Klint took the time to send me two referrals that he thought who's business models were more in line with what we needed. How unusual is it for a company to take the time to do something like this? Well, I contacted three other companies at the same time as Mosaic; one contacted me back and said we only do jobs that are $20k and above and left it at that. The other two didn't respond at all. Our new outdoor/indoor living project turned out amazing! The project took longer than what was expected but the outcome was worth the wait. Our project manager Tim was awesome about keeping us up to date on everything during the construction of the project. The design completed by Klint was spot on with the finished product. The quality of everything was top notch. We love our new space!

Great planning by the Mosaic team from the beginning. They handled the planning, design, CAB submittal and approval, permits. Their project manager, Reyes Ramos, was exceptional. We requested a change and it was handled without incident. Highly recommend Mosaic for any deck additions or new builds.

We had a very large patio covered designed and installed b Klint and team at Mosaic a few years back, which turned out beautifully and matched the house as if it was part of the original build. We had an issue with one of the sunlight's leaking and called the Mosaic team for consultation. They reviewed the issue and called the original manufacturer and had it replaced in a timely manner. Mosaic did my deck a few years ago. They are a top notch operation and built an awesome deck that blended well with my modest house. The experience was great from the start of designing things with Klint to the finish with Jason, Erika and their crew. They made temporary ramps and platforms during the demo and construction so my old dog could continue to get to the backyard and designed in stairs she could navigate. Even a couple years after the the deck was done Jason followed up on a small issue I was having and took care of it, no problem. I could not be happier with the deck and Mosaic.
