We used Mosaic to design/pour a stamped concrete patio. We had high expectations as this is a very reputable company with almost 40 years in business. Our project was not smooth sailing by any means. We had our ups and downs with one owner until another owner Klint, stepped in. Klint was professional, understanding and willing to work with us. The concrete work itself was done well. While the sealing is far from perfect, we were able to come to a solution.

Mosaic created a custom deck and outdoor living area that exceeded my wildest expectations. They do very high-quality work and their people really care about making you happy. They were very flexible as our needs evolved during the project and had strong attention to detail. Highly recommended.

We have a lovely home in the Village Castle Pines with a terrific view. Two original separate decks of standard wood beam construction, one off the kitchen and the other off family room. After 12 years, both decks needed serious attention. Mosaic presented plans to replace, extend, and connect the two decks, creating an incredible "wow" feature to the house. The quality of products (metal beams) and engineering used by Mosaic truly compliments and becomes a seamless extension of the "living space" of the home. We will have no worries about maintenance, appearance, and use of our new large deck for many years to come!

Mosaic originally installed our deck some years ago & we have been extremely pleased with that installation. We very recently needed some maintenance work done, & again, the job was done professionally, on a timely basis, & to our high standards. We highly recommend Mosaic for any deck installation!

Klint and the design process got us to a point where we would never have reached, helping us to think not just about aesthetics, but function and the ability to create spaces that adapt to the constantly changing wind and weather of Colorado.

Tim and the "work crew" employed the highest quality materials and ensured we were understanding the timing, sequencing and progress along the way. Communication is critical, and Mosaic stays on top of it so that I didn't have to become a project manager like so many times when I've used other companies and contractors.

What happed when issues or key decisions arise, as was inevitable? They talked to me, laid out options, researched any questions I had about alternatives, and we came to solutions, often times even improving upon original concepts.

I talk to my kids a lot about "completed work" and how important it is to finish off what you are doing for others. Mosaic lives that philosophy, ensuring that the "fit and finish" are up to the high standards. They don't leave until it looks like what you want. I wish more service providers were like that. Mosaic became more than designers or contractors, but real partners...as if they were creating something for their own house.

Exceeded expectations. Will gladly hire them again if the need arises.

We worked with Klint during the discovery phase of our project. We did not ultimately choose Mosaic based on our needs, but the time we spent with Klint was stellar. He was super responsive and professional and I have no doubt Mosaic would have done an excellent job had we moved further into our project with them. They were not a fit for our needs now but I would highly recommend them for someone looking to have the outdoor space of their dreams with a responsive and professional team behind them throughout the process. Klint went above and beyond just in the short time we spent.

I have been photographing some of Mosaic's most impressive decks for the past 3 years and when I finally bought a house of my own, I knew who to call when adding a patio to my backyard. Not only are the people at Mosaic super talented but they are the nicest people you will ever encounter! I had David and Michael come over and view the backyard and gave them my ideas on what I wanted. Since I am no professional in this field, David gave me an even better idea on the design and location of the patio to make it welcoming and great for entertaining. Everything came out amazing. Whether you're looking for a small patio or Mega Deck, I highly recommend getting these guys to work on it for you.

Mosaic was not our lowest cost bid, however, after a detailed analysis we felt that they would provide the very best value and that turned out to be true. A very high quality rendering allowed detailed visualization prior to contract signing. Expert engineering was completed by the Mosaic staff. Mosaic used the highest quality materials including steel framing instead of wood. Professional project management by an individual with many years experience. Extremely customer focused with constant communication and updates. Every concern was addressed immediately. In spite of the challenges with supply chain issues and tight labor markets the project was completed in a timely fashion. The project outcome exceeded our expectations.

Mosaic provided a competitive and high quality service from design through construction. It was a pleasure to work with Reyes (Project Manager), whom kept close watch on the various subs. Any issues were taken care of and the job was done right.

We have been working with Klint and his design team to replace our deck. It would have been a complete tear down and remodel. Klint and his team were very professional through the whole process. Ultimately, we decided to wait a few months until the Fall or Winter to move forward with our project. We're very confident that Mosaic Outdoor Living will do a fantastic job with our deck and outdoor living space! We hired Mosaic to build a new deck, outdoor kitchen, and oversee a pool project. The project began right as COVID started. I had dim hopes that that project would progress, but it did and when all was said and done we were very pleased with the end result. We have a beautiful outdoor space we use both summer and winter. We worked mainly with Michael at Mosaic who was both professional, responsive, and very pleasant to work with. Any building project can be tediously with unexpected delays and material constraints, but because of Michael's management skills it progressed nicely even during COVID. Thanks Mosaic for a job well done!

We looked at several companies to build our new deck and Mosaic stood out above them for so many reasons (most transparent, flexible and willing to listen to your preferences). We were very fortunate to work with Klint (one of the owners) who was amazing all around. He shared his philosophy that they would do what it took to make sure we were very happy with the end product.

One year later we couldn't be more thrilled with our new deck (which is the envy of our neighborhood)! The quality of the materials were high end and our project manager (Michael) never tried to cut corners in any way. The only thing that did not go according to plan was the timeline to completion originally set forth, but that was not the company's fault as it had to due with material delays from covid. We couldn't be more thrilled with using Mosaic and highly recommend them for anyone wanting a high quality new deck!

I love our new deck! From start to finish, the team at Mosaic Outdoor Living and Colorado Custom Decks was professional, quick to respond, and worked efficiently. I couldn't believe how fast the old deck was torn down and the new one installed! Our project manager, Chris Palacios, was very helpful, attentive, and easy to get a hold of. Chris immediately addressed any concerns I had. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and always greeted me with a smile.

Overall working with this company was a pleasant experience. I know we have a solid and beautiful deck that we will enjoy for many years to come. I highly recommend them.

Mosaic Outdoor Living did an amazing job on our deck. From the initial contact to the final walk through, the process was smooth. they were on time and professional. Great communication (Mike the PM was the best I've ever worked with) Highly recommend them.

We used Mosaic Outdoor Living to reconstruct our previously poorly constructed deck. We also had them add a pergola with heaters, a privacy shade and a BBQ cooking center. We started working with the owner Klint who helped us design the project. The CAD drawing they created made sure we knew exactly what the finished project would look like. Once they started, our project manager Reyes, was great to work with and was always responsive to our questions and requests. Starting in December during the snowiest winter in years, it was a little bumpy on the progress time line but they kept the project moving forward until we reached the finish line. The finished project is spectacular and we couldn't be happier with the results. We are already putting it to good use and look forward to many years of enjoyment. We would highly recommend Mosaic for your next project.

We contracted Mosaic Outdoor Living (AKA Colorado Custom Decks) to demolish and rebuild our back deck. We are pleased with the outcome of the project, and it was all because of our project manager, Michael. Mosaic is fortunate to have him on their team; my husband and I really appreciated Michael’s attention to detail, his professionalism, the care he puts into his work and most importantly his integrity.  It was a long process that we started during Covid and though it took longer than planned (which was by no fault of the company), it was definitely worth the wait. We had a few minor hiccups along the way, but Michael kept on top of it all, with timely updates and he saw everything through to the end. I really enjoyed working with Michael at Mosaic Outdoor Living and I am so thankful that he was our project manager and the deck is incredible!!

We love the patio that Mosaic built for us. The project definitely had some bumps in the road, as most construction will. We wound up with 3 different project managers during the job, and feel that caused some miscommunication and delay. Our only disappointment with the patio itself was that the infrared heaters that were installed do not completely warm the patio like we feel they should. But overall, we are extremely happy with the final result.
