Steve, Matt Brad DeVar, and new Brad are great. The guys are nice and very helpful. They will get you what you need if not in store they will order it and have it there usually within a day.

I came to purchase materials from your store today. The service person were rude. The regional person said I needed I D to use my card. I have accounts with CES, Billows, and Colonial. I have been in business for 47 years.

Great, honest company. Had a bad experience with Horizon and Old School came out and took care of our problem and put our minds more at ease. Jason is very responsive and the monthly contract option provides great peace of mind.

Really solid service. Showed up on time and super friendly/knowledgeable. Did a lot of troubleshooting to make sure they identified the right issue with my furnace the first time. They ended up finding the ACTUAL cause of my issue unlike the previous company that came out last week to "fix it". Thank you!

Our last visit was 2022, October. So to leave a one star review 5 days ago is outrageous.

Jason finally answered the phone to try to politely inform you are on the do not service list.

unfortunately it wasn’t up for discussion, I’m sorry if it seemed rude to state the facts, wish you a good day, and hang up the phone.

Rudeness is what landed you our very short do not service list.

I love my company, I love my boss. And seeing you try your best to drag our good name through the mud for no good reason, only confirms we made the right decision when we stopped answering your calls.

Anyone else is welcome to call or leave a voicemail at any hour if they have an emergency.

Bill and Jason where very prompt and worked late to ensure our air conditioner was in working order before they left . Definitely recommend them for your heating or cooling needs.

These guys were great. Diagnosed a problem and figured out a couple other issues. Were on time and professional. Am going to have them replace a couple thing to upgrade my heating system. And helped me figure out some energy efficient cooling solutions. Will be a lifetime customer. Update 2/20/23 called Jay about a leaking water heater and he stopped by a few day later to replace. Showed up on time and had the heater replaced in a matter of hours. So pleased with his work. Couldn’t have asked for a better local contractor.

Jason and Bill did a beautiful job installing our new AC and furnace system. They were efficient, getting the job done in two days and less than a week from when they were hired. Their work was very professional and clean and they explained everything during and after the install.

I called Old School Heating & Cooling for an issue with our A/C.

Jason came out and analyzed the issue. He fixed the issue right away. But, to make sure he was satisfied with the fix, he checked the manufacture's technical support. They recommended a part, covered under warranty, to install to eliminate future issues.

This is why I highly recommend Old School Heating & Cooling. Jason went above and beyond to make sure all is good with his work.

Once again, I have to say Jason is one of the best HVAC technicians I have ever used.

Please consider them for your next check-up, problem or new HVAC equipment, I don't think you'll be unhappy.

Local, respectful, helpful — and I haven’t experienced any unnecessary upselling or stress when working with this team. (Most of the time I dread making calls for home maintenance because of the hassle and stress involved.) I trust this business and would definitely recommend them to others.

Bill and Jason are the best! We can’t say enough good things. They are prompt and thorough, and willing to try many things before recommending any sort of big expense. Their prices are fair and they are extremely trustworthy!

We were having intermittent problems with our 15 year old heater and after two other companies came out and the problem continued we called Old School Heating & Cooling. Jason and Bill came out and were super friendly and spent time to truly diagnose the problem. They were able to find the issue and get a new part installed the same day working around our scheduled. Their prices were very fair and their quality of work was top notch. I will definitely be using Old School Heating & Cooling for all my future heating and air conditioning needs.

As luck would have it, our air conditioner failed on the hottest day of the year, after business hours. After calling Old School, Jason and Bill came out within hours. They were professional and honest and did a great job and had us up and running in no time. Can’t recommend enough!

Jim arrived during the provided appointment window and quickly diagnosed the issue. He took to the time to explain the issues and showed me how the gauges work and what they should be reading and what they were currently reading. Different options were provided and the work was done quickly and efficiently and also at a fair price. Definitely recommend. House is cool now!!!!

We are very impressed with Old School Heating and Cooling. Jason and Bill spent a while in our home during the initial (free) assessment, gave us three options to improve climate control in one part of our house, and recommended trying the least expensive first. Estimates were reasonable and arrived promptly. When they adjusted the work slightly the day of, they also decreased the price accordingly. They also got us in very quickly when we had an unrelated A/C issue a couple of weeks later. Great communication, very reliable and punctual, we can’t say enough good things!

The humidifier in my home needed to be replaced. Jason and Bill came to install a newer model while moving it's location and duct work for efficiency. They were prompt, professional, competent, and clean. I appreciate that they explained what they were doing, why, and they showed me how the new system works. My family is relieved to have humidity in the air again!
