Mary is always prompt and courteous. They come in and always says good morning. I use mary weekly and she always does a fabulous job. Mary is always willing to work with a fluctuating schedule and accommodates to to her best ability. Love this group and very happy with them professionally as well as developing a wonderful friendship.

Mary has been cleaning us for about a year now, and we have been very happy. She makes setting appointments easy through texting, and is always a few minutes early. Appointments are 3 hours, and they hustle during that time. She isn't satisfied until she can walk in from outside and immediately notice the fresh cleaned smell. Highly Recommend!

Mary was awesome. I called her at the last minute on a Friday afternoon, and though she doesn't typically do weekends, she was great enough to mobilize on short notice and come by early the next morning. This was a move-out cleaning, and everything was like new. In a move-out situation, communication can be a bit nerve-wracking, but she was very responsive by text and by phone. Mary is also a lovely person and great to chat with! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mary and her team are the most thorough home cleaning service that I have ever hired (and I have had more than 10). They arrived on time and worked extremely hard to clean the house from top to bottom. They worked hard and quickly for the 3 hours that they were here. Updated review: Mary at Crystal Clear Cleaning Services and her assistant did a spectacular job cleaning my house. Mary was very accommodating and was able to make some adjustments in her schedule to be able to clean my house last minute. Their thoroughness and attention to detail was very impressive. I was booked for a 3 hour cleaning but they ended up staying a little later just to get the job done and get the job done right. I'm extremely appreciative of Mary and her team for their outstanding customer service and quick responses.
