If you’re gonna advertise your business on a vehicle, do not drive like an a**. We had a baby in our vehicle and a driver in a white dodge was tailing us with the business all on the back. Drive smarter :)

I rarely post this negative of a review; but wanted others to be aware. They walked off the job.

Did not have professional courtesy to say why or share/discuss what was wrong with others working on this projecct. They simply just walked off and never came back.

We were given the impression, it was a challanging job - since there is enough work, they do not need to take anything challanging.

I'm a contractor in the pacific NW and I've had Linescape bore main water services for years. They are always there when we need them and friendly and professional. I appreciate Linescape and would suggest them to tackle any directional drilling needs.

I own a roofing construction company and have been nothing short of impressed with each crew they've sent to my house 3 times now...and now I need them again having lost a water line to my outside water spigots while excavating for a new driveway.

Shout to the drill team that came out to my house in Canby … village on the lochs yesterday and was able to drill that new water line !! It’s very rocky out this way literally we are on a old rock quarry!! Much thanks to that team the rocked

Al and Ryan are total rockstars... we had the honor of working with them today during an irrigation project where they shot a line under a brand new stamped driveway and up a small mountain into tiny hole we joked they could hit. Well they hit the mark dead on. They were also a blast to work with and you can tell they both enjoy what they do... give these guys a raise.

Great job on directional drilling a new main water line for my house. The crew showed up on time and was easy to work with. A much better option over digging up the front yard and solved the water pressure issue I was having with the existing 60 year old galvanized pipe.

Alec and Ryan came and bored a new water line from the meter to my house. They had to navigate around all my other utilities as they were all located in the same narrow strip 12-foot wide strip of ground. They were very careful and diligent in the process - hand digging at least two exploratory holes to confirm actual depth of some of the other utilities in addition to digging up the meter and digging a hole at the house termination. This was all being done in early July when it was well over 90 degrees and these guys maintained a great attitude through all of this hot, difficult, and dirty work. I fully expected to be without water overnight until the plumber could come and hook up the new water line the next morning, but that was not the case. These guys did such a great job, that my old leaky water line was still intact and we were able to access water by turning the meter on and off manually at the street. Can't say enough about what a good job these two did.

My plumber had them drill over 100 ft for a new main line. I am very impressed with the skills these guys have! If I ever need a directional drilling company in my future they're definitely top of the list!

LineScape is the best in the business. They were quick to respond, on time, and the team was courteous, professional, and left the site as clean as they found it. I highly recommend them for drilling needs for water, electrical, of anything you need under grounded.

We don’t know this company, but would never recommend them. They did work on the property next to us. We used a different company that we will refrain from naming. Their crew was unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude. We called the police on them. Their equipment was unloaded on our property on top of our landscaping, and they had to come a second time because their first dig failed. See pics for more details. The pics reflect two different digs. If you value your neighbors, check reviews when you are researching options. Highly unprofessional company. Do Not Recommend

They were very professional: helpful on the phone, showed up when they said they would and despite telling us that they thought we needed to replace when we were on the phone, when they got to the house, they recommended repair. Completed it the same day. We were very pleased.

Cesar's team worked really hard whole day to replace my main water line, which was the old, galvanized style. Job completed as promised, fair charge, I'm happy.

Cesar and his team were fast, fair, and professional. They completed a sewer line pipe lining for us, saving us a couple thousand dollars over a traditional pipe replacement. Thanks guys!

Great plumbing work, Terrible customer service. Workers did a fabulous job. They do not return emails or phone calls. Work was completed 2 months ago and they still have not gotten back to me on an inspection. I don't even see they got a permit with the city. Very disappointed. My driveway is still torn up.

Cesar and his crew were great! Installation went exactly as they described and they replaced the landscaping like it never happened. Will use Complete Trenchless again if needed.

These are hard working, knowledgeable guys who saved us from having to replace our septic line. We very much appreciate that they traveled so far to help us. (We are off the grid in many companies opinion though we’re just 20 miles from Gig Harbor).

They replaced a very difficult water line that went up a steep hill under my basement slab to the water main shutoff in the back bathroom. They came in on budget, got the work done and the crew was awesome. Hardworking and they even cleaned up great. I would highly recommend them.
