Cesar was very prompt in returning my initial inquiry. The estimator was on time and gave a very competitive price. I got other estimates but theirs was the best. They performed the scope of work on time and with excellence. I found the entire staff to be very friendly, accommodating, skillful and efficient. I liked them so well that I asked for business cards so I could refer them to others (including some real estate agents I know) VERY HAPPY !!

Do not give a 50% deposit! We were going to hire this company to do pipe bursting for a sewer main upgrade. It was specialty work and the owner claimed he had experience doing this exact type of job. A few days later I found out from the equipment rental company that he had never rented this type machinery before and they are the only ones who supply it.

I called the owner stating we no longer wanted to work with him and told him NOT to deposit the check I had written him. I then notified the bank to put a stop payment on the check. Three days later I get a notification from my bank stating he tried to deposit my $20,000 check! Thankfully, we stopped it in time but he is a crook and is misrepresenting his capabilities. We ended up renting the equipment and doing it ourselves...should have done that in the first place.

Cesar was quick to quote and very responsive to any questions. They replaced a waterline that was leaking using trenchless methods. I am very happy with there work as you would never know the work was completed. Every areas was restored to as found.

I ultimately chose Cesar due to his promptness and his method only required his company versus me having to hire out 4 different contractors which would take a lot more time.

    Highly recommended!

We hired COMPLETE TRENCHLESS INC to put a new water service line using their trenchless technic. Cesar and his crew certainly master the task and did a very good job. The equipment they choose fits perfectly for the scope of a residential project, meaning it's cost-effective without losing much of the tunneling accuracy. Some other contractors we interviewed proposed using a boring machine, which to me is overkill and waste of $$. The new line was about 65 feet, went in within a day, along with a new shutoff at the location we preferred. The new line comes with a 25-year warranty on labor and materials. We are very pleased with their work and have recommended them to our neighbors, and whoever needs to replace their residential service line.

Very happy with the sewer line repair that Cesar and his guys did for me. They were responsive, positive, and hard-working. Weather unfortunately added some delays, but the work got done. They offered me a very competitive price compared to other quotes I had received in the area. 100% would recommend to others.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Complete Trenchless.
At the beginning of December, I was informed by the water company that there was a leak between the meter and my house. I called on January 2nd, and Cesar Lara came out in less than two hours to give an estimate. He described how the work would be done to minimize the amount of disruption to our landscaping, including walls, and I had an email estimate minutes after he left. I called the next day to schedule the work, and the following day his crew, Bruce and Tomas, arrived on time. They had to wait for the underground utilities to be marked before digging, but started to cut away the cement floor in the garage where the old water line entered the house. The utility marker guys arrived mid-morning, and then Bruce and Tomas worked for six hours straight until the new water line was installed, pressure tested, and the water was back on. They had to leave the holes at both ends of the project open, until the new line could be inspected, but were back the next day to fill everything in, and to patch the cement floor in the garage. These guys are rock stars, and except for the cement patch, I can’t tell anything was disturbed. As a side note, I knew I didn’t want to have to dig up our landscaping, so was looking at trenchless options. Google search brought up lots of plumbing companies that said they could do the work (in addition to normal indoor plumbing jobs), but in the end I decided to go with a company that specializes in trenchless work. And I am so glad that I went with Complete Trenchless. The whole process was turn-key, thanks to Cesar and his crew, and I couldn’t be happier.

    Update:
Cesar reached out, apologized and rescheduled for another day. This time the team arrived and made a great job replacing the water line.

    Original review:
From the other reviews it seems that this company does a decent job.

However, in my case they didn't arrive at all.
Two days before the scheduled appointment, and a week after they provided me with the estimate and a start date, Cesar stopped replying to my emails, and they never arrived. Now I need to find another contractor, and a week was lost.

Complete Trenchless did a great job replacing my home waterline that had burst. The Program Manager, Cesar was easy to work with and knowledgeable. His crew was very skilled and efficient with all aspects of the job. Victor ran a line across my yard, under my driveway and had it come out within inches of the cutoff in my garage. Kudos to Complete Trenchless for a job well done. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Cesar and the team from Complete Trenchless are outstanding! They ran a new water line from the meter to my house, which was mostly under my driveway. Having a water leak at your house is never enjoyable but when you find a company like Complete Trenchless who does a high quality job for a great price, it certainly makes the process better. I’d recommend and use these guys again without question. If you have a water or sewer issue don’t hesitate to call them, seriously!!

Our water line runs from our water meter some 340 lineal feet from a street a block away to our house. It runs through a seismic and erosion hazard environmentally sensitive area on a steep hillside. It is a very challenging job. I called 4 contractors and Complete Trenchless , iNC. responded very quickly with site visit and firm bid. I had to call the other contractors to push for their bids but they either said it was too difficult a job or that they could not get to it because their subcontractors were booked up. Complete Trenchless did an excellent job and finished within 3 days. The owner and his son communicated with me well and kept me apprised of any issues. They do all work in-house—no subcontractors— and that saved time and money. They provided a 25-year warranty on their labor in addition to manufacturers’ warranties on the materials. The crew is very experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working, polite and personable. They did a similarly difficult job last year for one of my neighbors and my neighbor highly recommended them to me. I was so lucky to have Complete Trenchless , INC. put in my new water line and new irrigation faucets. I highly recommend them.

Let's start by saying sewer replacement is an expensive endeavor. However when you spend that money you want the best work at a competitive price and Cesar and his team deliver. They had too dig down roughly 10 feet, fix a collapsed portion of pipe, clean roots from my very old line then do the lining. Both my neighbor who's yard was needed for the dirt and the city inspector were also very happy with the work. I will 100% recommended them to anyone who needs this done. Thank you Cesar and please say thank you to your teams, who are very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Everything from start to finish, including clean up, was excellent.

The Complete Trenchless team did an amazing job of replacing our old leaking water line in just one day. They were quick to respond to our service request and did a great job for a great price. I highly recommend them!

Cesar and crew are great. Took a while to line up our schedules but I was happy with the bid, the speed of the work once we got going and the team’s overall communication. He was also good at dealing with my neighbor who I share my sewer pipe with and she was confused about the way it would work and he was good with working with us on that to make sure she was ok as well. Good value for the work too, best price.

Fast, professional and communicative. Their price was quite a bit less than the other competitive bids we received. Our terrain was wooded, rocky and 150 feet long. We would definitely use them again and would recommend Complete Trenchless to anyone who needs this kind of work. Completely satisfied.

Cesar Lara is rude and unprofessional. On top of that their work is subpar. Avoid this contractor! There are so many other plumbers out there that are so much better.

Our sewer line got clogged with tree roots, which is pretty common around here. We had Caesar give us an estimate a couple of years ago but never got around to doing the work. When the sewer backed up on a Saturday night, we called him, and his crew was out first thing Monday morning to get started. Caesar was super easy to talk to, priced fairly, and his team was professional and did exactly what they said they would. That was a nice change compared to other plumbers we’ve used. We’d definitely recommend Caesar and his crew!

Trenchless put in a new water main from the meter to our house. Most of the length of the new pipe had to go under the driveway that serves our house and 2 other houses in our 3 house subdivision, so we needed a trenchless solution. They came in with high tech boring equipment and went down 5’ to avoid other gas, electric and water piping. They made connections on the meter and the connection on the house. They were done in one day. They were professional, polite, well trained, and focused. The work was inspected by the permit department, and signed off with no issues. We are very pleased with the entire transaction, and would not hesitate to hire them again on our next house. Thank You Very Much Complete Trenchless!!

Complete Trenchless was $10-$20K less than the big name plumbing companies we called to replace our water line. They are specialists in what they do and were done with our long line (under sidewalks, retaining walls, and into our crawlspace) in 2 days. There was some work after the fact to clean up the landscaping, but for the cost savings, it was definitely worth it!!

He took our 50% deposit and did not ever show up to do the work. We are now taking every legal means necessary to recoup the deposit (a significant amount of money). DO NOT HIRE HIM!

Complete Trenchless’s website looks impressive — polished branding, glowing testimonials, and a badge claiming they’re BBB-accredited with an A+ rating. But if you actually follow the BBB link on their own site, you’ll find that they’re not accredited and have an “F” rating with multiple unresolved complaints. That should have been my first red flag.

The initial crew they sent out was friendly and seemed competent. They got the trenchless line replacement done, and the work passed inspection. But once Cesar, the owner, received his final payment — before the job was fully completed — he disappeared. Completely stopped answering calls, only occasionally responded to texts after I threatened escalation, and even then just sent vague promises like, “We’ll come tomorrow.” I got that same excuse five times over nearly three weeks. Each time, nobody ever showed up.

Now I’m left with multiple open trenches in my yard, exposed pipe, and an increasingly frustrated right-of-way inspector who could hold me liable for the unfinished state of the project. The pictures attached show how they left my front yard (even their cones are still here).

Cesar might underbid competitors to win your business, but this company is a total gamble. If you do take the risk, I strongly advise you never pay in full until every part of the work is completed and confirmed in writing. Otherwise, you may end up in the same frustrating and expensive situation we’re now in.

I paid Cesar 50% to do a boring job at our property. He never did the job, did not show up on scheduled days, and always gave excuses during poor communication. He has still not returned our 50% deposit, it has been months now.
