They were very helpful even though they were only going to be selling me something for less than $2!

Love this place. They have the brands we use, and the quantities we need. Didn’t like the drive to their old location so much. But the move closer to town should solve that problem!

Hopefully there will be more of a “self serve” layout at the Hartford Avenue address. We will continue to use them either way; I just think it would make it easier for everyone involved.

I recommend them and will use them again. They showed up on time, worked quickly and the work was well done.

Mike has years of experience and is the best around!

Mike made a lovely lamp for me out of an old antique jar. He had great suggestions from type of shade to electrical attachment as to not damage the jar. He also can repair any lamps you have that need new wiring or other issues
He is fairly priced and turnaround time was quick.

Needed electricity put into basement. Gates came almost immediately and worked well with carpenters when we were building a room. Very fair in his price. Recommend very highly

After some issues with a stove in my new home I called and scheduled a quote so I could file with my insurance company. I discussed this with the administrator and guaranteed I would pay for any services and my insurance would reimburse me; the electrician would just need to call my insurance to get an approval code.

Electrician came out and I explained the insurance and it was not a problem; very nice technician who was willing to come on his way in so I could head off to work.

I received a quote and emailed back with the insurance information and I received no response. Called several times and left messages with the answering service. The last time I called I asked for the message to be a call back even if Gates would not be doing the work-I never received a call.

I tried for several months to get a response on my electrical work and never heard back. My stove blew out in February and in June I was still asking for a return phone call from Gates.

I understand the high demand of electricians right now but would have appreciated knowing the job wasn’t going to be possible before it became months down the road.

I’ve encountered one of this company’s drivers multiple times on I-91 near Thetford, VT. The driver of a red Ford Transit (plate 418A704) drove aggressively, tailgated, and cut off multiple cars. This behavior is dangerous and unprofessional, especially for a company vehicle. I hope management addresses it immediately.

Kyle is a true professional and his team goes above and beyond. My family and I have been using his services the last few years with the renovations on our home. The service was excellent and on time. All questions were answered, and his team always took time to explain what was being done. Kyle would explain the correct options and upfront about all the costs involved. We never felt like there would be a surprise when receiving our bills. We felt the cost was fair and it represented his professionalism. We would recommend Kyle and his team for any small or large jobs. We are extremely grateful we found Kyle and his company.

Staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable. It's an okay place if you're in a pinch but they almost never have the basic things you might need. Can't be blamed on covid anymore. Green mountian Electric Supply in Leb or Stj legit always have what I need.

Found this place when looking locally for replacement breakers for my house. Went in with less information that I actually needed plus a picture (less than optimal) and they were very kind and helpful.
