I needed an electric baseboard replaced, and had a ceiling fan issue. he solved my problems with the baseboard within an hour and saved me from buying a new ceiling fan by looking up the parts I needed for it, which I ordered, and when they came in, he didn't charge for the 5 minutes it took him to replace those parts. He was on time, and professional. I will definately call him again for my electrical needs. Thanks Brandon!

It's always great having Nate do the service maintenance on my generator (3 years now). He's professional, courteous, and knows all the functions and equipment.

Although, the products were not what I needed just yet, Kelly Rockwell was extremely helpful and friendly. When my needs evolve, based on the customer experience I had, I'll be sure to contact them again.

Nate has been coming to service my Generator for a few years now and he Is knowledgeable, professional ,timely and someone I have absolute trust is....you cant find a better firm than Reliant and a better serviceman than Nate

Actually Zero stars for work on Generac generator. Followed recommendation for a different LP setup, after visit from technician where generator would not start. New fuel lines and still would not start. Needed a new starter and proper adjustments. Sorry...will not call them again.

This company provides excellent service and a great product. They installed a Generac propane powered standby generator and it runs my entire house. It turns on automatically when the main power goes out. Fantastic job! I highly recommend Reliant Electric. -Tom, Colchester, VT

Reliant Electric Works is top notch. Art Bennett is a pro and his team is as well. We purchased and had them install a 22kw generator and we are glad we went with them. Received a call back a few days ago and was notified that the staff member, Who created the confusion, is no longer working for the company.

When I called one staff member always seemed confused, like she didn’t want to work at the company, she lacked confidence in her ability to communicate. This led to miscommunication, confusion, aggravation and wasting my time and the technicians time. Wish we went a different direction.

They were super helpful and got me out of a bind when I needed a breaker thingy for my hot tub. Very professional and friendly staff.

I had a very good experience with this business this spring (2024). My project was a small attic renovation requiring some electrical detective work and flexible solutions. Alana responded promptly to my initial inquiries, squeezed in an exploratory site visit despite her full schedule, and provided realistic cost and scheduling estimates. She completed the work ahead of schedule, and was flexible and accommodating to our schedule and circumstances. Final cost was well within her estimate. I recommend ARJ Electric without reservation.

The person i called didn't even have a professional name of the company when answering the phone. I called for a quote and was hung up on.

Used for some data work on a project. Had two guys in and out in a day. Will call again.

Of the three electricians I called, only one answered their phone: Gray Electric! I had to replace an old broken gas oven with a new electric one and needed the electrical run to the breaker. He worked with my unpredictable timeline to get the job done. The crew was professional, friendly, and handled everything. We are lucky to have them in the area.

Have had work done in the past and VERY happy with the results. I am currently waiting for a quote on a minisplit system. They're pretty busy being the best in the area... but worth waiting for.

Once again no call back. Got call back after left this post they looked at what I needed promised they would call me with a estimate and what they thought NEVER got a call I had another company come jerms and this gentleman came right on time offered me three different options and fixed it within hour. Very polite gives me hope there is still polite dedicated people who can still give you great service

We had an issue with a mini split AC leaking water during a hot spell. These guys were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Very pleasant to work with!

My wife and I purchased a home in Fairlee recently, and there were a few things we wanted to get done before (and after) moving in. Seeing that Gray was a local option, we reached out to start scheduling projects, and ended up connecting with them again when we encountered a fairly urgent issue with our heating system.

Due to my wife’s and my work schedules, our availability was a bit limited, but Cassandra and her team were patient and flexible communicators throughout the process. I also appreciate how Adam took the time to explain straightforwardly what the issue was and what our options were when he stopped by for a consultation.

I can’t recommend Gray highly enough!

They provided a clear breakdown of the work, fit us in within a few days, and completed the entire installation in just a couple of hours. Clean, efficient, and an excellent result.
